i been trying find a way to change the password for secue question i dont know what its and i need help becuase it wont let me download becuase ask me for secue question and i dont know what its and wont let me reset the password

How have you tried to do it ? You should be able to remove the email address as being the rescue email address by logging into your account on http://appleid.apple.com, selecting the 'password and security' section of your account, and answering the two security questions - then try logging out of that site and then log back in and see if you can put that email address as your primary email address. If you can you should be able to put your current primary email address as your new rescue email address

You can't delete your purchase history, you can only hide it (in iTunes on your computer).

If the old ID is an earlier version of your current ID, temporarily recreate the old ID by going to https://appleid.apple.com, click Manage my Apple ID and sign in with your current iCloud ID. Click edit next to the primary email account, change it back to your old email address and save the change. Then edit the name of the account to change it back to your old email address. You can now use your current password to turn off Find My iPhone, even though it prompts you for the password for your old account ID. Then save any photo stream photos that you wish to keep to your camera roll. When finished go to Settings>iCloud, tap Delete Account and choose Delete from My iPhone when prompted (your iCloud data will still be in iCloud). To change the iCloud ID you have to go to Settings>iCloud, tap Delete Account, provide the password for the old ID when prompted to turn off Find My iDevice, then sign back in with the ID you wish to use. When you delete the existing account you will get an option to keep the iCloud data on your device.
Before deleting the account, save any photo stream photos that you want to keep to your camera roll.

In order to change your Apple ID or password for your iCloud account on your iOS device, you need to delete the account from your iOS device first, then add it back using your updated details. (Settings > iCloud, scroll down and hit "Delete Account")
