Sorry I looked everywhere, but I'm wondering what the easiest way to jump to the next song selection after the iphone locks-I would assume there is an easy way to do this?

Not all applications will go from Portrait to Landscape. Changing just requires you to turn the device. However, if you have the orientation lock activated, then it will not change to landscape. Basically, you put the same itunes database file on all the PCs. This fakes itunes into thinking it is always the same PC and the ipod is OK to sync with it. It will NOT keep your libraries truly synced, though. I've just resigned myself to always buying from one PC and manually transferring the content to other PCs I want it on.

You should be able to copy iTunes purchases from the phone to your Mac's iTunes via File > Transfer Purchases. For music purchased from other sites and/or copied from other sites, then if you haven't got a copy of them on a backup then you will need to find a third-party program that can copy them off the phone.

If you have to restore, yes everything will be erased from your iPhone. If you have a backup, you can put that backup after the restore.

When the phone is locked, you can pull up on the camera icon in the lower right of the screen to access the camera. If you have Control Center enabled in the lock screen, you can also access the camera that way.

It's a common way to run multiple OSs, if there's room. I've had two on my internal HD for a couple of years. Plus a small partition for a copy of my Snow Leopard Install disc. Just be sure to leave at least 10% to 15% free on each partition.
Running Lion on a partition of the disk that also contains your backups is not a good idea; if that drive fails, you risk losing both copies of your stuff!
OSX will also run somewhat more slowly, because access to an external is slower. That probably won't be very significant, though.
Also, would the decision be effected by how long I want to maintain the SL section? I am assuming once I sort out what to replace Quicken with, I won't want to keep the SL section. So would it be easy enough to 'clear out the SL data, and open the partition?

All things considered, your best bet may be to "clone" your SL partition to the second one, then (once you're sure everything is cool), erase the original (top) SL partition. You can use the Restore tab of Disk Utility for that (#7 in the same link), or a "cloning" app such as CarbonCopyCloner or SuperDuper. Then install Lion on the top partition.
When you're done with SL, just delete it's partition and expand the Lion partition down into the vacated space.

Hey there, i want to know how to make a PDF document locked (so you can't change anything) but you can fill out the forms and them save then with the edits in the forms done? Is there anyway to do this? Or do i need to take some settings off. So far I have made it so someone can write int he box, but then they can't change the edits at all.

If you are having issues with the functions keys, then check the settings in System Preferences > Keyboard and look to see if Use all F1, F2, etc. keys as standard function keys is unchecked so you can use it properly.

Streaming from youtube to appletv stops when iphone locks

since updating to iOS8 I have an issue with airplay streaming. When I stream from apps like youtube or spotify to appleTV through airplay when my iphone locks screen the airplay stops streaming music or video.
I appreciate help with this.

I know we can change song information by group by selecting multiple items.
However, this option only allow to change a limited set of information.
I can't find a way to change songs by group in some of the options in the "Options" tab, i.e. Remember playback position, Skip when shuffling and Video Kind (for videos only).
Any help is greatly appreciated.
