Thanks for any help you can provide.LR on your laptop is still a desktop version. It is just now able to upload to the cloud to replicate photos to either http://lightroom.adobe.com/ or an iPad that has LR Mobile installed.
I think you probably just want to change the LR 5 identity plate back so it doesn’t mention LR Mobile all the time. Hover over the identity-plate area, and click on the little triangle that appears, then choose Change Identity Plate. -

I purchased an online number and the subscription was for 3 months which is charging me 18$ per three months, now I would like to acquire that number for an year and need to pay the whole amout at once to get discount as well but I am not seeing how to change my subscription without releasing my number

From your account it appears that most of your calls are to India. In that case it may be better to stay with your current Subscription as to change it you wound lose being able to call India and have to fund those calls with Skype Credit.
