I wouldn't be too concerned. The most likely cause is that someone is attempting to login and made a mistake in entering their Apple ID and typing yours instead. So, they are getting an error and offer to reset their password. But the email that generates is being sent to the real owner of the Apple ID they are entering, you. If you are really concerned, you can go to the Apple support site and reset your password yourself to be on the safe side.

However, if you're not able to receive email to your rescue email address, you may need to contact iTunes Store Support:
You'll need to contact iTunes Store support to have your questions and answers reset.
After your password, security questions and answers are reset, I'd recommend providing a different rescue email address:
You can edit or delete your rescue email address at My Apple ID. To edit your rescue email address:
Navigate to My Apple ID using your web browser.
Click "Manage your account"
When prompted, sign in using your Apple ID and password.
Click Password & Security
You'll be asked to answer 2 of your 3 security questions before you can make any modifications. If you are unable to remember your answers, you can choose to send an email to your rescue email to reset your security questions.

However, I found some difficulties in applying the new ID in my devices.
The situation is like this:
1. I can not find how to change the apple ID on my air. When there are updates available, I was asked to enter my password.

Removing data is all or none, and "forgetting" to do so before selling your phone is no "small thing" - it's like selling your purse with your wallet and credit cards still inside.
So I am afraid you were not very helpful!
Every day there are posts from people with obviosly found or stolen iPhones who mysteriouly "forget" their passcode (or forget to obtian it from the prior owner) and who somehow don't have access to the computer the phone was synced with, looking for help to gain access to the phone. Well my problem come from that I can't configure open Directory, just after creating a new admin, I have no possiblity to change the type of password, there is just the type shadow, and I know that we had to choose open directory's type.

My problem come from that I can't configure open Directory
You won't be able to configure Open Directory to allow different password types unless you either bind your Server to an existing KDC or make your Server the KDC. For the Server to be a KDC (Kerberos Distribution Center) it has to be an Open Directory Master. Successful promotion to an Open Directory Master Role absolutely depends on a correctly configured and running DNS Service - either on the server itself or on another server on the same network.
There are plenty of posts in these forums outlining how to configure your Server in terms of DNS as well as how to promote to Open Directory Master. Apple themselves make available Admin Manuals that should assist:

I have not pinpointed the exact dates but I know I changed my Apple ID and downloaded the apps around the same time a few months ago.
My old ID is being used by a family member. I entered the password for that ID and the updates worked.
Next I will have to see what happens when I try to update the apps, she has some of the same, on her iPhone.

Yesterday, I wanted to put all my music (200) songs on my iphone. Yes, there is enough space and everything. but when i pulled it in, it said i had to restore my iphone. So i quickly downloaded all my photos to my laptop and restored it. Well, you've got a huge problem on your hand if you can't remember the Apple ID/Password that was originally used to activate this phone. This is called Activation Lock, & there is no way around it, & Apple will not help you. If you can't remember this info, you won't be able to reactivate the phone.

Hello NJ,
I tried your solution and its a very good workaround for the workbooks stored in the Database, but when i open workbooks from file system then Discoverer defaults the export path to the Directory from where we have opened the workbook.
My clients are having most of their workbooks stored in File system & stored at different locations. So i wonder if there is just one common solution if possible?
