How to change the size of youtube play/pause and progress bar?

I have windows 8 and on internet explorer (hah), youtube videos play fine there. However, when I use Firefox, the display below videos showing the progress bar and play/pause decreases in size immensely. Is there a solution to this?
This also applies to other videos on websites such as twitch, but not vimeo.
I have tried changing font size to no avail, but I am relatively new to Windows (a Mac convert) and don't know the full options.

I talked to Lenovo support and found the solution! Download the Youtube Center Add on to Firefox.
https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/addon/youtube-center/
Then, click "Player" and change the Player Type to HTML5. Go to "Player Size" next (still under Player) and change the default to "Small". It works!
If the other thread didn't get sufficiently solve,d feel free to link to this. I don't want to necro the thread though.
Thanks to jscher2000 though!

    You need to select it.  Copy that selection to a new layer, and use Free Transform to resize it.

  • For the life of me, I can't find out what size a photo is in terms of inches or how to change the size of the photo[s] so I can print them. I think I read somewhere to click edit, then click adjust. Nothing there about sizing.

    For the life of me, I can't find out what size a photo is in terms of inches or how to change the size of the photo[s] so I can print them. I think I read somewhere to click edit, then click adjust. I don't see anything about re-sizing when I click the adjust tab: only saturation and tint levels. Thank you.

    With respect to digital images, there really is no size in inches. The size is given as number of pixels horizontally and vertically. In iPhoto '09 you click the little "i" inthe lower right side of the window and it will display information related to the selected photo, including the pixel dimensions. I do not have iPhoto '11 installed so I don't know if it is the same there.
    In some applications, such as preview, it has something additional called Dots per Inch (DPI) which you would think would allow you to convert the pixel dimensions to inches. It is not a real thing, though. The DPI is determined by how large or small you have chosen to print your photo and the capabilities of your printer.
    There is also something called Aspect Ratio, which is usually expressed in inches x inches such as 6x9 but that doesn't mean the size on the screen or when printed is 6x9.  It is the ratio of the pixel dimensions.  When cropping your photos, you will have several standard aspect ratios to choose from plus any custom ones you create.
    In iPhoto '09, after you choose Print, in the Print Setting window are the settings for the size you want the photo printed. You want to shoose a setting with the same aspect ratio of your photo. Otherwise, iPhoto will resize and/or crop your photo to fit the size you have chosen.

    HI,
    In order to change the size of a radio button... one way you may consider is to Customise the Radio Button.
    Place a Radio Button (RB) on the FP of a VI, Right-Click the RB > Advanced > Customise...
    Click the Mode Button (most Left button) for Edit Mode
    Right-click the radio button (the round image) now, you will see a list of actions i.e. Copy to clipboard, import picture ...You will see Four images under the 'Picture Item', those are the images that you will need to replace.
    Prepare Four Images of the similar but larger expected size
    *** Copy the 1st new image to clipboard. Back to the Picture Item and select 1st image. Then, select Import Picture (to replace the existing image)
    Repeat *** for all four images.
    Once done, change the mode back to original. Save the *.ctl
    You are now ready to use the customised radio button!
    Quick sample attached (sorry for the poor images created )

  • How to Change the Size of the Parameter Form in Report6i

    hi
    Does any one know how to change the size of the "PARAMETER FORM" in Report6i.

    Hi,
    You can change it in the "Parameter Form Window" property of the Report Object.
    In the object navigator, select the Report object and open its property palette. Under "Parameter Form Window" you can change the "width" and "height" properties.

  • How do I change the size of file menu's and tool icons in Photoshop' opening page.

    How do I increase or change the size of file menu's and tool icons on the opening page/worksheet of Photoshop? The File Menu drop down commands read properly at a comfortable size. I am not sure how I accomplished this, but everything I have tried has no effect on the other page items.

    Hello, you can change most of Photoshop's interface text by going to preferences>interface>UI font size.
    For the size of the top menus and the whole interface, there is no function to do that for the moment. I suggest to vote on this thread: http://feedback.photoshop.com/photoshop_family/topics/problem_with_hi_res_monitors

  • How to change the size of redo file

    Deal all,
    I finish installed the db,and the size of redo file is 50m by default. I found many "checkpoint not complete" events in alert.log file.
    Now i want to change it to 100M and try to avoid the event appear again ,how can i do?

    As Sb has already correct reply that size of redo logs can not be changed. We have to create new bigger/smaller size of redo logs and then 'alter system switch logfile' to inactivate older logs. Now you can drop older logs. Redo logs are something a glass of water. We can not change the size of glass, if we wish to dring more/less water, we will take that sized glass and we will get that sized water.
    Remember to consider the multiplexing/grouping when doing any maintenance like this. And there may be archive log & backup space considerations.

  • How to change the Size of the font of the JDeveloper IDE

    First of all, this question does not concern the code editor.
    How to change the font for the editor is clear, well documented in the documentation as well as in many of this forums threads.
    My question is how the font of all the IDE components can be increased.
    Is some threads I found to change the font size in the ide.properties file.
    I tried that solution but it does not bring any solution.
    I'm a person with low vision, using a MB Pro with OS X lion just for overall better visibility.
    Talking to a lot of people, who have good vision capabilities, it seems that even a lot of people suffer from the fonts which are to small.
    So ... is it possible to document clearly where to do what and in what versions of JDeveloper.
    I've not yet discovered if any kind of skin settings can be applied ... but this would be great, surely if some kind of predefined bigger fonts would be available.
    Currently I'm using version 11.1.2 and 11.1.1.5.
    Help would be dearly appreciated.
    Greetings,
    Jan.

    Did you close JDeveloper and re-open again after making the changes in ide.properties?
    If changing the ide.properties does not work.
    Try this:
    Go to 'Tools' Menu and select 'Preferences' Sub menu:
    Select ''Code Editor" and select "Fonts"
    Set the options for font-size as in screenshot:

  • How to change the size of New Page create pop up window ?

    In Site Actions on clicking of New Page the pop up page is opened it is stretched mode.
    I want to change the width of that pop up windows only.
    After pressing F12 key i find that it is happening because of the java script  function on calling of which that page is opened.
    But i am unable to find that javascript function from where it is calling or where it is written or how i can modify that function.
    So please help me out in solving that issue.

    Hi,
    According to your post, my understanding is that you want to change the size of the new page pop up dialog.
    We can create a new dialog with proper size to achieve it.
    I have made a simple code demo to create a new dialog with proper size, you can have a look at it.
    <script src="http://code.jquery.com/jquery-1.10.2.min.js" type="text/javascript"></script>
    <script type="text/javascript">
    $(function(){
    ready();
    function ready(){
    $("span[title='Open Menu']").click(function(){
    //alert(2);
    setTimeout(openNewPageClick,500);
    function openNewPageClick(){
    //setTimeout(openNewPage,1000);
    $("#mp1_0_3").removeAttr("onMenuClick");
    $("#mp1_0_3").click(function(){
    url="http://sps/_layouts/createwebpage.aspx";
    openDialogBox(url);
    function openDialogBox(url){
    var options = SP.UI.$create_DialogOptions();
    options.url = url;
    options.height = 900;
    SP.UI.ModalDialog.showModalDialog(options);
    </script>
    Note: You should change the ID or class to fit your environment.
