How to check DO SHIELD warranty Lenovo u410 + Screen Issue

How do i check if my machine has Do shield warranty or not ? I had registered the same when i brought my ultrabook
Lenovo u410
Also my screen LCD is coming off the bezels and the back aluminium cover . My ultrabook was purchased in august 2012 . So wanted to know if fixing the screen will come in Do SHIELD warranty . I am really upset with the build quality as I only use my ultrabook at home and that too with maximum care.
Please help.

I looked into this link ,it seems that it requires you to register the product .
Earlier that was not the case. You could just check the warranty by entering the serial number and location .

If the product was never registered, you won't be able to check warranty, because as far as Apple is concerned, it's still new and has not been sold yet.

Lenovo u410 Bios issue

I have a Lenovo u410 i5 Laptop with the following issue
-On Power on: I can hear the fan spinning, along with the hard drive, but screen doesnt post anything (blank)
(It is not a hardware issue, because the screen backlight is on, and it's blank)
-On NOVO power on: Posts: NOVO button menu, followed by the options: Normal startup, BIOS setup, Boot menu, System recovery. Regardless of which option is selected, it posts blank screen as described in first scenario.
I have tried removing hard drive, Flashing BIOS with 4GB flash drive and PHOENIX WINCRISIS, but still nothing.
There is currently no HDD or USB flash stich with an OS that have successfully booted.
PLEASE HELP

The Issue is not the screen or the graphics cards. As I mentioned earlier, upon booting via NOVO button, it posts a menu where I can select one of the following options: Normal start up, Bios set up, Boot select, System recovery.
Regardless of which option i select, it goes to blank (black screen, but the backlight of the screen is on) and nothing posts on screen. I need a detailed step by step description of how to reset BIOS via USB flash drive.

I have created two radiobuttons with screen painter and grouped them and given function- code for the group. In the program i want to check which radio button is clicked. I am not able to set Fcodes for each button differently. Can anyone help me how to do this.

The function code must be the same, so check the value when processing the code.
PARAMETERS p1 RADIOBUTTON GROUP grp USER-COMMAND opt.
PARAMETERS p2 RADIOBUTTON GROUP grp.

    WHEN 'OPT'.

Adapt the logic in PBO with dynpro. (If OK_CODE is the FC of the group, then check individual values of the radiobuttion of the group)

Lenovo U410 standby issue

Hello, i am using my U410 now since nearly 1Year. I think it is a very good machine and a typical very good lenovo quality. But since some months i have a problem with it. The Problem happens when i am trying to get it in the sleep mod. When i shot down my display than the machine is Not Gong into the sleep Mode somethink happens i think there is a problem. Sometimes this happens when it is a while in the Sleep Mode it is not going to the sleep mode and its shottingdown the whole machine so i must make a complete reboot when i open the display. But in the last time it is not going to the sleep Mode any more! I am using Windows 7.
I updated Rapid Start..But the Same Problem...Please can you help me

I just installed Windows 7 on a SSD on my X120e. It is a fresh install and I really liked the Black Login Screen that my Lenovo X120e that came on the regular drive. Is there a way to download this screen and make my login screen back to this screen?

Create Recovery Discs from your HDD, then load them onto the SSD.

Warranty? You have to conntact the place where you got it.
To know if it's not been used yet, Go to the Phone App> Swipe down from the top screen> Settings> Call Summary.
if the number there doesn't match your personal use since purchase, you will know it has been used before.
