I've heard so many discussion saying about the free ram? how can i check the free ram during the use of the mobile?
Please help...

I am a e72 user, and yes, the ram sucks. In matter of fact, all my posts for the e72 is more concerned on the free ram available.
Anyway, use the following software called Taskman:

It is a trial version, but nevertheless you will see how much free ram the phone has.
Now all i can do is just sit and wait and perhaps a miracle can happen where a future firmware can somewhat free some RAM (very unlikely).

If your question is how much space is on your HDD, then click on the HDD icon on your desktop and the COMMAND 'I'. That will give you a window with that information.
If you want to examine RAM usage, open Activity Monitor>System Memory.
Your battery charger will get hot if you are using your MBP for a long period of time but should nor get 'really hot'. I you have concerns, bring it to an Apple store for evaluation.

You can use Performance Monitor and add the required counters.

Below are the steps to monitor the process in Performance Monitor.
- Go to the Performance Monitor.
- Right-click on the graph and select "Add Counters".
- In the "Available counters" list, open the "Process" section by clicking on the down arrow next to it. Select "% Processor Time" (and any other counter you want).
- In the "Instances of selected object" list, select the process you want to track. Then click on "Add >>" button. Click on OK.

For more information use a utility such as OmniDiskSweeper or put in a larger hard drive.
Freeing Up Space on The Hard Drive
1. See Lion's Storage Display.
2. You can remove data from your Home folder except for the /Home/Library/ folder.
3. Visit The XLab FAQs and read the FAQ on freeing up space on your hard drive.
4. Also see Freeing space on your Mac OS X startup disk.
5. See Where did my Disk Space go?.
6. See The Storage Display.
You must Empty the Trash in order to recover the space they occupied on the hard drive.
You should consider replacing the drive with a larger one. Check out OWC for drives, tutorials, and toolkits.

I know how to change my settings for burning CDs but I need to know how to check at what setting my DVDs are being burned. I just purchased some archival DVDs and the manufacturer recommends to not burn them any faster than 8X.

And I don't recommend burning DVDs at greater than 4x - with 2x being prefered.
iDVD doesn't allow you to adjust the burn speed. What you must do (and is a good idea for MANY reasons) is create a disk image out of iDVD - it's an option under FILE. Verify the disk image is correct with Apple's DVD Player application and the use Apple's Disk Utility (it's in your Applications>Utilities folder) to burn the disk image to writable media. How much free ram should be available?

The ram that is available is determined by the applications actively operating right? Therefore if I quit some applications the free space shown in "Activity Monitor" should increase right? But how about the inactive space; Shouldn't that be considered free space too? Please help I think I might need more ram memory. Thanks in advance.

Here's the rundown on memory usage (from the Help menu in Activity Monitor)
"Wired: Wired memory is information that can’t be cached to disk, so it must stay in RAM. The amount depends on what applications you are using.
Active: Active memory is currently in RAM and actively being used.
Inactive: Inactive memory is no longer being used and has been cached to disk. It will remain in RAM until another application needs the space. Leaving this information in RAM is to your advantage if you (or a client of your computer) come back to it later.
Used: Used memory is being used by a process and not immediately available.
Free: Free memory is not being used and is immediately available.
VM size: Virtual memory, or VM, is hard disk space that can be used as memory. VM size is the amount of disk space memory being used. Mac OS X can use more memory than the amount of physical RAM you have. A hard disk is much slower than RAM, so the virtual memory system must automatically distribute information between disk space and RAM for efficient performance.
Page ins/outs: The number of times Mac OS X has moved information between RAM and disk space."
The way I understand it is that as long as you have few or no Page Outs you are fine with the RAM you have. Also, as you can see, the Inactive Memory is available for use by other apps if necessary.

how can i find out how tbl1 is being updated ? do i check thru those "referenced by" ?
or it updating another table set off a trigger that updates tbl1A can i find out from tbl1's details i.e those referenced by ?
pld advise as i do not know how tbl1 is being populated with certain data

Dependencies can help only if table populated with static SQL, placed in stored procedures.
Any kind of dynamic SQL or direct SQL-calls from client can't be tracked in such manner.
But You can try to query V$SQL in order to find exact statements modifying table.
My favorite way to solve such issues - SQL*Trace.

Give the date range and also enter the sold-to-party.
Tick the check box "Open Sales orders".
Enter.I will gives you the list of orders that are open means pending.
You can also use the T.Code "VA05n".
Here also tick the check box "Open orders".
Enter the document type etc...
Execute.Here also you will get the open orders.
