How to check if you have 1:1 pixel mapping over VGA

Hi
A few months ago I came across a picture you can set full screen and see if you have 1:1 pixel mapping. I cant for the life of me find this here or anywhere on Google. Does anyone have this file?
I have a suspicion that my screen is out half a pixel or something (I don't know if thats possible!!) but it just seems slightly blurry. When I do a screen shot a zoom in it doesn't look sharp either, lots of grey pixels around the words.

Its such a good feeling when you crack something, the checkerboard link you gave me showed my screen wasnt perfect, the image shimmered, whilst it was fine at work.
First of all thought it might be refresh rate, but Im locked at 60Hz in the mac setting, then remembered something I had read whilst exploring checkerboard links. It was to run an auto adjustment through the monitor (in my case a TV) settings, not the settings on the computer. Navigated the TV settings menu, happened to find an auto adjustment menu option for the PC input, and ran it.
Bam, screen blanked and then came back, and oh my goodness, it was like a veil had been lifted from in front of my eyes. The increase in sharpness was mind blowing. Its perfect 1:1 now. Absolutely stoked, my screen now looks like I hoped it would before getting the mini, its perfect!
Hopefully this helps someone sometime. Im just gunna insert some keywords relating to my TV that hopefully leads someone to this thread sometime so they can also have my joy too!

I am a Semi-Proffessional gamer and it's great but with every high there's a low. A few rotten apples in the basket so to speak. While playing matches for higher and better ladder places you come accross people with two tools.
Cain and abel & a IP flooder.
What does this do and how it effects you:
Well first off, they have your IP address, which can lead them to knowing where you live. Also if the person with your IP address is capable of doing a "DOX" they can find out anything and possible everything you have done on the internet.
Cain and abel is a tool that helps you recover your lost passwords over the internet and other various tools for recovery but, in the wrong hands and it's a very nasty tool.
A IP flooder sends packets of data to your IP address and attacks it in such a way that it knocks you offline, unable to connect to the internet for a set period of time determinde by the IP floodee.
If you have been IP flooded there's not much you can do bar change your IP address and hope they don't get it again or hope the Flooder isn't strong enough to knock you offline.
So, when I play matches someone decides to IP flood me, I go offline and potentionally lose that round. Now you may thing it's only a game but some people earn there living off gaming, wining up to a million dollars in prize money, so think you lose the vital decider round because you get "DoS"ed, ending in you losing potentionally a lot of money.
What my problem is, How do I check to see if I have been DoSed on a BT home hub 3? I've looked on event logs but I don't think it shows up on there.

You probably can't see the DOS attack on the home hub. If you were using a broadband modem directly connected to your PC, you probably could, with somekind of firewall.
The tricky thing with avoiding DOS attacks is they fake incoming connections that you actually need - so they can't be blocked - or if they're blocked, your services won't work properly. Some routers will automatically stop responding to incoming TCP requests, if they see a flood of them.
In the router configuration, there should be an option to set the router not to respond to pings - or ICMP messages. If someone is attacking you, they may be pinging the router, or pinging something that is letting them know it's you before they commence their attack. The game provider shouldn't be making your address visible to other players. If you think they are, contact the game provider.

This applies only when the Library is on an external drive. You cannot ignore permissions on the system drive.

Slightly more complex: Use an app that will do incremental back ups. This is a very good way to work. The first time you run the back up the app will make a complete copy of the Library. Thereafter it will update the back up with the changes you have made. That makes subsequent back ups much faster. Many of these apps also have scheduling capabilities: So set it up and it will do the back up automatically.
Example of such apps: Chronosync - but there are many others. Search on MacUpdate or the App Store

Note that Smart Playlists with Live Updating use extra processing, so if you have more than a few dozen of them you may notice a slowdown.

Yes, I believe they do. The places data is associated with GPS coordinates tagged on each photo. I think the faces data works the same way -- it is associated with each photo regardless of what album it is in.

I have approximately 30 tasks in my service. When the authorizations are complete, and the tasks are initially scheduled, my server response time (between clicking Approve and seeing the next screen) is about 30 seconds.
Does this sound unusual? Am I trying to do too much with my service?

Having said this, 30 seconds seems like a long time and I strongly suggest that you open a case with customer care on this item.

It's unusual for a whole family to use the same icloud account, since that way everyone gets the same emails, contacts, calenders, etc. All it takes is one family member to delete a contact by mistake and then it will be deleted from everyone's devices. Not good. The usual advice is for every individual to have their own icloud account.
The iTunes store is another issue - everyone can use the same Apple ID to access the same itunes account to download music, apps, etc. without everyone having to buy the items multiple times.

S4BB Audiobook won't work - this file could not be opened check that you have the correct permissions and try again

I bought the french audiobook J'accuse from S4BB and it simply doesn't work. I sought help from Blackberry and got the message that BB doesn't support 3rd party apps. I contacted S4BB, who by the way says they have a warranty on their apps, and got the email back that "for the issues and refund you would need to contact BlackBerry as the only way you can download to the playbook is through App World we do not have access to their system."
I have deleted the app and re-installed, uninstalled and re-installed, searched permissions (not listed there), and it simply does not work. It says "this file could not be opened check that you have the correct permissions and try again".
I put a warning comment on blackberry app world that the app doesn't work and that support is hard to get, and Blackberry has removed both the comment and the very low rating I have this. I found this to be the most disturbing part.
Is there anything I can do to either get this app to work, or get a refund on this app?
Also, why was this comment and rating deleted - this seems to be contrary to the nature of comment sections on apps and does not do a service to your customers who may download this app which doesn't work?
