How to check replaced phone

i had problem in my z3......so i submitted it to service centre.....after 50 days....they told me that company is going to replace my handset.....
but when i got my new mobile(not sure)...i found there was a problem with phone speaker.....now i think that they had given me any old handset....they also charged me 2500
so pls help me to know about that how i can check that service centre had provided me a brand new handset....
imei no. of new is different from the old one....but i think it was someone else's damage handset....not new
so pls help me on that

Service centers are independently operated and you would have to check directly with them. This is a user community for peer to peer help. Most here don't work for BlackBerry.

    They are certainly available from Apple.com but only if you have a US credit card and a US delivery address
    I suspect you do not fit this requirement
    You also have to be careful as the Apple Retail stores sell no contract iPhones these are NOT unlocked
    However if you are able to purchase an unlocked iPhone4 8GB then it will certainly work with the Approved carriers in India

    As has already been pointed out to you, this is a user to user public Apple support forum so how on earth do you expect anybody to be able to tell you how long a replacement phone from T-Mobile will take and when they re-stock their inventory.  How do you expect anybody here to know that?
    Call T-Mobile and ask them!!

    As I said, you walk in and put an ultimatum to them and they will happily give you your money back. But they can't do anything about the ETF and won't try. That's for you to sort out with the carrier
    And even if they refuse, you go ahead and try that consumer complaint. You aren't likely to get very far on that route. Because the first thing the Apple lawyers will do is ask for the paperwork from your appointment so they can see where you signed the bit about "I understand and accept the terms of service". They can't be held accountable for you signing something you didn't bother to read. But you can be held to the terms, which include the sources for replacements and the possibility of receiving a refurbished product. So again, the best you might get is your money back from Apple. But you will still be out the money from the carrier if you are under contract.
    And yes it will most likely be your money and not a new phone. Why? Because Apple has millions of customers they don't need a douche acting one like you so they will happily pay you back your money and send you on your way.

    This issue is blocking my access to iTunes and any other file from my home computer. It keeps on telling me that I have to autorise my computer to pass on files, yet, it seems, for all this to happen, I need to get logged in through the phone's Apple ID. This of course is different to my one on my computer - and I have no password for it.
    This phone is not stolen!! I payed still a fair bit for it. Am still in contact with the previous owner. He doesn't know how to fix the problem either.

    Settings>general>resets>erase all content and settings.
    That will put it back to its out of the box state. Set it up with your own apple Id.

    We purchased a casio phone, there was issues with it, and I was sent to the warranty center. They were very courteous with sending a replacement phone..but the problem was, they replaced it with a phone that was in no way comparable to the one we bought originally.  It was one of the cheap Samsung 'free phones".  I called back.  They no longer had our phone in stock, and this was (as they said ) the best they could do.  I was instructed to call at a later date to see if this Casio phone was back in stock.  I did, and no, they still dont have it.  The lady I spoke to said that she would call me back after speaking to her manager, and another week has gone by and no return phone call.  Where do I go from here?  I'm Not paying a large amount to buy another Casio phone.  I chose this particular phone because of the military rugged standard, and paid a lot of money for it.  What good does the warranty fee do if I cant use it to get one the same value as the one that was defective?

    This sounds as if it were an insurance replacement rather than a warranty replacement. There is no "fee" for the warranty on your phone. Insurance thru Assurion, on the other hand has a monthly fee associated with it.
    Unfortunately, Assurion does not guarantee the same phone you have when you get a replacement. If they have one in stock when making the replacement, yes, but that is not always the case. If you want the phone you returned replaced with an identical phone, you may be waiting for a long time.
    I can't think of anything else you can do except to keep calling and checking to see if they have one of your model phones in stock.

    I suspect unless he had some items in iCloud backup then they are gone.  Connecting an iPhone to a different library from that to which it was previously connected will result in the device asking if you want to erase it.

    It appears then, that the original phone is still "activated" on that line - has your account been credited with the price of the phone? Do you have another Verizon phone (a used one of yours perhaps?) you could activate on that line temporarily?
    If you have a tracking number, be sure the returned phone was received and credited - then you should be able to purchase another to replace it. You can always purchase from ebay, or use a friends' phone or one of your old ones on the line....
