How to check which user type my Leopard is?

i recently bought a leopard os x off my friend. im just interested in knowing if it is a single user or family pack. Just wondering how i can find that out.

The Mac OS X Family Pack allows the installation of the Mac OS X DVD onto 5 Mac (max). There are restrictions on just what Macs are considered part of a Family's household (I think a college student living at school qualifies, but otherwise the Macs generally have to be in the same home).
Besides that, there is no difference between a Mac OS X Family Pack and a single Mac license.
There are no activation codes.
However, the way you worded the question makes me wonder if you are asking whether you can create multiple accounts on your Mac. A separate account for different members of your family.
If that is the question, then every Mac OS X installation allows multiple accounts for different users on the same Mac. You may make some Admin accounts, and some regular users. You can impose parental controls on some accounts and not on others.
You can use Fast User Switching between accounts, without needing ot logout of an account.

If you want to prevent multiple logins happening, use a profile on the database server that limits a login to a set number of simultaneous connections.
If you just ant to check which users are logged in, the v$session table will have that information.

Generally S_RFC and S_SERVICE authorizations are nedded while calling RFC module from R3. Also check for role S_RFC_ADM
The backend should have the authorization to execute the RFC on the backend.
You can test the module in R3 and create a role using PFCG assign the tcode - SU53 (authorization check) and also assign the S_RFC and S_SERVICE to role.

For RFC different authorization object is requried. You can ask your basis team to add the relevant authorization object in a new role and then add the new role to any existing service user or better create a new system user and add the role.

Is there a way to check which user has shutdown the server in windows server 2012.
I know Event Id : 1076,1074,6008 gives information about system shutdown.but want to know which user did that ?

Steps to see which user shutdown the system:
1. Go to event Viewer
2. Right click on system and -> Filter Current Log
3. For User Shutdowns, click downward arrow of Event Sources -> Check User32.
4. In <All Event IDs> type 1074 -> OK
This will give the list of Power off and restart events. It will have the date and time as well as Username.

How to check whether user login in SNC mode or Non - SNC Mode

When SNC is enabled system will accept secure network connections. But,It is up to the user to login in SNC mode or NOT.
Can any one let me know How to check whether user login in a SNC mode / Non-SNC mode?. Is it only through SU01?.
Is there any other possibility?. where to check if user login through RFC connections?.

Check T-Code SM04 on every instance. In the column Type you can see what kind of login has been used (GUI, RFC, Plugin, System).
But,It is up to the user to login in SNC mode or NOT.

If you have only a single home, the quickest/easiest way is probably just to check the properties of %ORACLE_HOME%\odp.net\bin\2.x\oracle.dataacess.dll

Hello ,
Create a script for SU02 transaction in the SAPGUI mode, in the script move to the profiles tab and GETGUI the first profile and loop to all the profiles assigned to the user until you find your required profile.
Other way is to identify the table where the profiles are stored and then create script using GETTAB , pass the user name and retreive all the profiles assigned to tht particular user, loop through profiles untill you find your required profile.

How to authenticate multiple user types in WLPortal7

We're using WL Portal SP2, so we're running in compatibility mode.
We'll have a number of different user types accessing our portal. Regular users
only need present a username/password pair. Users with additional privileges will
have an extra PIN code to supply to gain access to extra resources.
We seem to have two approaches to develop, I was wondering which seems the best?
1. Have 2 authentication providers for the realm, the second taking all 3 credentials
We look at the name/password decide (how???) that a particular user needs to supply
a third credential before calling Authenticate which uses both providers to make
a decision. But we almost need to know aspects of the customer profile in order
to prompt for the PIN.
Can you call authenticate more than once if different credentials are supplied
after login? If so how do you get the different providers to set different principals
in the subject? And also, how do you specify the sequence in which the providers
are called?
2. All users authenticate the standard way with username/password. After login
we look up a profile type and if that says so, gather and check the PIN code.
This seems a lot simpler but we have to put in place all our own PIN checking
outside the security framework, which seems to be at odds with JAAS etc.
Any similar types of requirment out there ?

setting a higher leven node where all the needed nodes for the users meet definately works, but its exactly what I am trying to avoid, since directory is large and it has hundreds of nodes and we only need two of them , I have tried adding two openLDAP authenticators, but it then breaks both and NONE of the members are able to login anymore, I think it has to do with settings for control flags ? I have both set to SUFFICIENT? is that the reason? if I have only one openLDAP, SUFFICIENT works fine,as soon as I add one more openLDA authenticatior users do get pulled fine from both of them, but neither of them get authenticated any more;( can anyone sugges on better combination?
