How to check zobject not used recently

I want to see all the Z development not used in last one year. We are going to upgrade from R/3 4.7 to ECC6, so i need to remove all unnecessery Z programs.
st03n will give only 2 months back data.

As 2 years data not possible, what I would have done is to create a report which has all the Z Programs and check with Application Team what's need and and whats junk.

National Instrument's solution is either reformat you drive to less than 126GB or replace the drive with one less than that size.
Please NI, tell me you are going to fix your LabVIEW Real Time soon, and that we won't have to wait for LabVIEW RT 9.2.1 in 2011 for this one to be fixed.

Drives as large as 126GB or more have been around since about mid 2002. That's about 7 Years now and LabVIEW Real Time STILL can't use drives larger that 126GB! Please NI. Do something.
We deserve fixes to the old versions of LabVIEW RT. How about updates to LabVIEW RT. Such as 7.0.2, 7.1.2, 7.6.2, 8.0.2, 8.2.2, 8.6.2.
We don't need new features or versions of LabVIEW RT such as 9.0 until we have some of bugs fixed in the existing versions.

The RealTime OS is an NI Product that is purchased from NI.
NI may or may not outsource design, developement, or manufacturing of the products that it sells under its own Company name.
For this reason I would be concerned if I were a PXI Embedded Controller designer/developer in the United States.
Yes, 126GB is some space. I see that there are now 2TB drives available. 126GB would be 6.3% of a new 2TB drive. Should we all be happy with being able to use 6.3% of the available drive space. Moore's Law seams to be alive and well. Drives larger than 126GB have been readily available for 5 or 6 Years. This should not be a surprise to NI. Why don't they do something about it.
Thanks for the trivia on Bill Gates. I must have missed that one since I don't try to keep up with Microsoft. I believe that he is a wonderful person and he and his family are doing wonders for the world in their "retirement". The world needs more like him.
What I do remember is Steve Jobs telling us that we would never need more that 128MB and that we would never to need to do anymore software development because everything was already in the "ToolBox".

You can use the below command from the command prompt of DC to get all the AD users who are inactive for last
X weeks,
dsquery
user -inactive X
To extract the inactive user information to a CSV file use the below command,
dsquery user -inactive X > c:\TestFolder\InactiveUsers.csv
NOTE: The value
X represents number of weeks, for example if your requirement is to find the inactive users for last 90 days then the
X value should be 13.

Check whether the checkbox in a form is checked or not using javascript

when we click a check box (TBD) it should set the value of a field to a default value '1234'. If we uncheck the checkbox, it should set the field as Null.
I have defined the checkbox as STATIC2:;1234 in form.
I used the onClick event on the checkbox and called a function to update the column.
Inside the function i am checking whether the check box is checked using
if (document.getElementById('P4_TBD').checked=true)
document.getElementById('P4_COL1).value='1234';
else
document.getElementById('P4_COL1).value=''; /* or $s("P4_COL1", "");
it works only when check box is checked. If check box is unchecked it is not setting the field as Null.
I checked document.getElementById('P4_TBD').checked=false instead of else clause. it is not working.
Please help me on this issue.

When you are using checkboxes or option button, the ID for your button is using an index. If you create a group of 3 checkboxes with the ID = "MY_CHECKBOXES", APEX will create the following IDs for each of your options : MY_CHECKBOXES_0, MY_CHECKBOXES_1 and MY_CHECKBOXES_2. If you want to test if the first checkboxe is checked, you'll use document.getElementById('MY_CHECKBOXES_0').checked.
I didn't test for a lone checkbox, but I expect your checkbox to be "TDB_0" not "TDB" who is the frame around your checkbox group.

I have very basic clarification. Please give me some idea on oss notes. Like currently i am fworking on first implimentaion project. Here my role is testing some specific scnarios. Actually i got some errors while testing. So i have mailed to seniors into the project . I got the replies like : Please check oss note " Note 1174020 - SURVEY: Error when applying a XSLT transformation" this is for supplier registration testing.
Please advise me where i have to cehck oss notes like this. If next time any errors then how I will check for that errors??

SAP note is the official fix released by SAP to the customer issues. Any one can access such notes from SAP service market place. But you need to have service market place access i.e. SUSER ID.
If you working in a project, your basis team can create SUSER ID for you.

is the URL to access service marekt place where you will be asked to enter login id & credentials. Under Help & Support tab you can find a field SAP Note where you can enter the sap note number if you know or you can enter the description of your error message to find relevant sap notes.
Also you can raise a OSS call under report a product error section if you are unable to find any relevant note for your issue.

How to delete layers not used in any layer comp?

I have a psd with multiple layers and multiple layer comps. Many of the layers are not used in any layer comp. I need to import this file into flash, but I don't want to import anything I don't need. So, I need to delete any layer (particularly text layers) that aren't used in any of the layer comps. I know I could go through and turn on each individual layer comp and manually delete, but the way this file is laid out, that could take years and cost millions of lives.
Is there a more automated way to do this?

You could export the layer comps to files and then re-import them to a fresh file.

CRL check does not use proxy

I am on an enterprise network which requires the use of a proxy to reach the internet.
When attempting to open the iTunes Store I get the following error:
We could not complete your iTunes Store request. An unknown error occurred (0x80092013)
I did a packet trace and found that an SSL connection is opened and after the certificate negotiation a CRL check is done. That check is being attempted directly against the Akamai IP rather than via the proxy. Immediately after attempting and failing to connect to this IP 5 times the SSL connection is closed and the error message is generated.
How do I force iTunes to perform this CRL check via the proxy? Can CRL checking be disabled for only iTunes? Disabling it on the entire PC is not a valid solution.

How to check resource existance using standard web-services?

There was the web-service KMNodeServiceStrdWSVi_Document in the SAP EP 7.0 that exposed the function "exists" checking whether the folder exists or not.
SAP EP 7.3 does not contain KMNodeServiceStrdWSVi_Document web-service and I did not find any function in the RepositoryFramework web-service.
Is there any other web-service providing this functionality?

I got the data in the context in the response node .But the problem is that the web service returns an array of objects which inturns has array ob object, I m only able to get those values from the response node from the context which are simple string type.Could u pls tell me how can i get the complex data which is present in the response node in the context.
Can i traverse the node(i.e) the rray in the context.CAn u tell me wat can i do.The response node has the complex structure as defined in the WSDL file ,i just need to get the data present in the array of that context which is populated by the web service.

How to set to NOT use any flash?

Two questions... sorry, they are dumb:
1- Does Safari 4.0.5 support flash?
2- If so, how can you turn it off totally so I can see what web sites might look like on iPad etc with no flash?

Yes, Safari 4.0.5 supports Flash but just make sure you have the most recent Flash plugin version installed which is: Adobe Flash Player version 10.0.45.2 You can view installed plugins in Safari by clicking Help/Installed Plugins from the Safari Menu Bar.
You can install ClicktoFlash but you really don't need to install 3rd party software. If you visit a site that requires the Flash plugin on an iPad, all you will see is a blue square. You may not see the same results on a Mac running Safari with Flash disabled.

i write tool for downloading applet on card. I use apdu trace from NXP eclipse plugin as source of information and i read also about cap-file format in Java Card Virtual Machine specification. And i have questions about data transferred by LOAD command.
As example - from apdu trace i see that transferred data are "C4820E33 DATA1 DATA2". Full length of transferred data is 0x2EE2.
C4 - OK, this is "Load File Data Block" tag as specified in Global Platform
820E33 - OK, this length of tag, =0x0E33
DATA1 - sequence of cap-file components: Header.cap, Directory.cap, Import.cap, Applet.cap, Class.cap, Method.cap, StaticField.cap, ConstantPool.cap, RefLocation.cap. Length of DATA1 is 0x0E33, i.e. DATA1 = 'C4'-tag value.
DATA2 - sequence of two cap-file components: Descriptor.cap and Debug.cap. These components are out of 'C4'-tag.
the questions mentioned above... here they are:
1. Global Platform does not define any data in LOAD command except 'E2' and 'C4' tag. Why DATA2 is transferred out of any tags?
2. Whether the sequence of cap-file components is important? i.e. Can i load Header.cap, Directory.cap etc. in other order than i see in DATA1 field from apdu-trace?
3. Debug.cap seems to be optional component. And what about Descriptor.cap component? Need i load it on card?
