The game is probably set to go fullscreen on the Primary monitor. Go in System Preferences under Displays and to the arrangement of the monitors. It will show 2 screens, one with a white bar on top... grab that little white bar and move it over to the other screen and it will make the other screen the primary monitor.

That's for a Linux installation. Step 1 will be different for you if you use Windows.
So,

Look for "Profile Folder" and click on the button next to it labelled "Show Folder". You will be taken to your profile. You'll need to have your computer set to see hidden folders for the next bit.
Find the file named ''localstore.rdf'' and open it in Notepad. Now you can search for ''sizemode'' (there will be lots of them!) and look for any that are set to "fullscreen", and change it to "normal".
I don't know how it gets set to "fullscreen" since Thunderbird doesn't formally offer this option.

I went to go use my phone and when I attempted to get to the screen to type in my passcode, the area to swipe didnt work. How do you close out an iPhone app that is running in the background in the new iOS 4? We’ve had more than one reader ask this question since the launch of the new iPhone operating system, and the iPhone 4, last week. Some have asked about this due to battery drain concerns, and others just because they want to be able to shut down a backgrounded app.
So this seems as good a time as any to share a quick tip on how you can force apps to close in the new iOS 4.
There are two ways to fore an app to close down under iOS 4. The first is by doing a ‘force quit’ on the app, just as we have done under the previous version of the iPhone OS. To do this, you press and hold the power button while you are in the app you want to close down. Wait for the ‘Slide to power off’ bar appears across the top of the iPhone – then don’t hit Cancel, but instead just hold down the Home button continuously until the app closes and you drop back to the home screen.
The much easier method now available in iOS 4 is to use the Multitasking bar to close any app you want. Here’s how:
– Double tap the Home button to bring up the Multitasking bar
– Press and hold anywhere on the multitasking bar until the icons on it start to wiggle.
– While they are wiggling, each icon has a Minus sign symbol above it.
– Press the Minus symbol above any app to close it down.
That’s it. This will work for any app you want to close, including the Apple built-in apps like Mail and Safari etc.
Hope this quick tip is helpful to some of you who are getting to know iOS 4.

The apps on the bottom are recently accessed apps. Instead of closing when you exit the app they go into a suspended state, and will load faster when you next launch them. Unless they are a streaming app (like Pandora) they do not use any power when they appear in the active app list.

If I am understanding you correctly, it sounds like you are returning to an old iPhone that has been erased and you would like to set it up as a new device without restoring from a backup which would affect the name of your iPhone, as well as the contents therein. Basically, it seems like you may be stuck on a screen that is asking if you would like to restore your device from the backup that is filed under the name of your new iPhone, or if you would like to set up the device as a new device. I would suggest that you set it up as a new device to achieve your desired results.

Deleting an iCloud account only deletes it from the Device, not from iCloud. In iOS 8, the name of this setting changed to "Sign Out" as that is a better reflection of what actually happens. Your iCloud data remains on the server, available to devices still signed into the account, but the device you sign out of the account on is disconnected from the account, and as a result, the iCloud data from that account is removed from the device. It will redownload to the device should you sign back into the account.
The only issue you'll run into when you switch between accounts is with my photo stream photos older than 30 days. When you delete (or sign out of) and account, your photo stream photos are deleted along with the other data from the account in question. However, unlike other data which remains on the server and can redownload to your device when you sign back in, my photo stream photos only remain in iCloud for 30 days. When you sign back in, you will only get back my photo stream photos added in the last 30 days (as older photos are no longer in iCloud to redownload). Like other account data, any my photo stream photos on your other devices signed into the account are unaffected by this. If you want to keep older my photo stream photos on your device as you change iCloud accounts, save them to your camera roll before deleting (signing out of) the account.
