How to code EXIT_SAPLACC4_001...Kindly Help

Hi gurus,
I have to code a user exit EXIT_SAPLACC4_001 so that it can accomodate custome fields...I know there is a parameter in the tables tab in this FM where we have fields using which we can do this...but i am not sure on how to code this...can anuone out there please help me with this...also steps to do this will be helpful...

Table for Customer Enhancement
Description
Container used to transfer data for calling up user exits when processing update BAPIs in Accounting. The user exit must be activated with transaction CMOD (extension ACBAPI01) for this to be possible.
In addition to the container (structure BAPIEXTC), the document header (structure ACCHD) and line items (structure ACCIT) from the accounting document are also transferred in the exit. The accounting document header and line items can be supplemented or modified in this way.
The container does not have a structure, which means that the user can transfer any data in character format. If line items are to be supplemented, the relevant line item ( ITEMNO_ACC,), which is also contained in other parameters, must be transferred, as well as the data.
Notes
The accounting document is a temporary document and is used by the system to provide all relevant data for the components carrying out updates. The document itself is not updated.

If u want to see the program enter the t code in command field and then go to system (on top) and then status u will get details of program.

Hi Experts,
I got following info from help file to generate Intermediate Results(subtotal).
Can somebody help me with sample code to achieve this?
Basically I want to subtotal 'Qty' column based on 'Product' field.
By default, all values in a field are used in the calculation during aggregation. However, you
are also able to generate intermediate results. You group the data records that contain the
values for an intermediate result and display each intermediate result in its own result row.
To generate intermediate results, you have to provide certain information:
● To specify in which field the values from which the intermediate results are calculated
are located, generate an aggregation condition for the desired field. The overall result is
displayed in the result row.
● To specify which data records are contained in an intermediate result, group the data
records: You sort the ALV output by the field that includes the criterion for the
intermediate result.
● To then generate the intermediate results, calculate the intermediate results using the
field with the criterion.
● To then display the intermediate results, switch on the display of intermediate results.
You are able to make the following settings for intermediate results:
● Generate intermediate results
● Display intermediate results
● Setting levels for drilling down intermediate results
● Set the position of the result rows (see Settings for Aggregation [page 196])
● Forbid the generation of intermediate results
Prerequisites
● You have generated an aggregation object for at least one aggregatable field.
● The field with the criterion for intermediate results is not an aggregatable field, and
therefore has an alphanumeric data type.
Generate Intermediate Results
To generate intermediate results in a field that already has an aggregation condition, generate
a sort condition for the field of a column (another column) (see Sorting [page 190]).
In this sort condition, define whether intermediate results are to be generated. To do this, use
the methods of the class CL_SALV_WD_SORT_RULE.

Just go ahead and go to settings>Facebook> Contacts OFF and do the same with Gmail. THe contacts related to those acct will dissapear. Then when you sync again with Gmail be carefull BCS IT SAYS IF YOU WANT TO JUST ADD THE CONTACTS OR MERGE THEM!!!!

Hi,
To send hyper links, you can add the links in the FollowUp Activity.
The content of the mail from the alert framework will be a text mail.
One option would be to check in your SCOT settings if it would be possible to set the Content Type as TEXT/HTML . If yes, then maybe this should be possible.

How to test system down in XI? Kindly help!

Hi Experts,
 I have a JMS -> XI ->SAP R/3 scenario.
 If the remote SAP R/3 is down then I have to trigger an alert.
 In the runtime workbench, i have configured the alert in Alert Configuration.
 In this I have given the alert category, receiver service, interface and namespace.
 How do I test the system down scenario without actually making the system down?
I have tried to test it via runtime workbench test tool and stopping the receiver communication channel. But SXMB_MONI shows the message successfully processed.
 Why the XI message is not in error?
 How do I actually test this scenario?
 Kindly help me!

Further in asynchronous communication, the calls can be executed either by tRFC (Transactional RFC) or qRFC (Queue RFC). In tRFC, RFC calls are stored in database along with corresponding data under a unique transaction id (TID). However in tRFC, LUW (Logical Unit of Work) are executed independently of each other and the sequence specified by sending application is not maintained. And this particular requirement leads to qRFC communication wherein all LUWs are processed in the same sequence as determined by sending application.
Not only Idoc's used by other Interfaces as well.

For the reason , i used the dreamweaver menu bar.Is it possible to include just the menu bar in to an existing webpage which is generated at run time.
Truncate.jsp is a page which loads the whole page at run time.previously i have used XML mapping to load the menus.Kindly help on how to include the menu.jsp / menu.html created in dreamweaver.

Use SSI (Server Side includes)
Wherever you want the menu to appear in the pages of your website add:
<?php include ('menu.html'); ?>
<?php include ('menu.jsp'); ?>
If you you are not running a local sever then you will only see the results when you upload to your remote server providing it is set up to use php.
or if you prefer to work with html files you can use:


But you must change the page extention to .shtml for any page in which you insert the includes.

I have tried using graphical mapping and I am getting the following:

As shown it is reading only the first <InventoryItem> and splitting the Available and InTransit quantity into two separate items of the internal tables instead of putting them into one item.
Kindly help me! URGENT!

How does a sender or receiver RFC adapter works when QOS is EO or EOIO (Async)? In other words, for EOIO, are the messages are queued? How does this queueing work? Does it use FIFO logic? where do we specify the max limit of messages that can be queued?
Also what is the significance of 'Initial connection' and 'maximum connections' in communication channel? I have given the default value 1 for both. What should be the ideal value and why?
In my Async RFC - XI scenario sometimes XI is able to receive the messages but sometimes it doesnot even though the sender system is UP and running.
I cannot see any messages in SXMB_MONI even though the sender has sent the messade.
Why RFC adapter is behaving like this? What could be the issue?

How to change the order of target message? kindly help

I have a source message with fields EmpNo, EmpName, Dept and joining date. The target message has the same structure but fields are in different order. That is, EmpName, Dept, EmpNo and joiningdate.
How to achive the target message with message mapping and without using a different message type for target?

Hi Gopal,
Try this one.
1. Create Only one message type of target type.
2. Go to XSD tab and export the "XSD" of the message type.
3. Change the <xsd:sequence> element to <xsd:all>
4. Then import the "xsd" in external definitions.
5. Use the imported "xsd" and create Message mapping. Give both source and target the same message type from XSD.
6. just Map one to one.
Now you can get ur required target structure. Since it is <xsd:all> it will accept ur input file.

If data is send to R3 and if the system is donw then thru alert config u will be able to montior it. if r3 is down u can find some BASIS components that will do this job. for this u need to check with ur basis team

if data is pulled by xi adapts then configuration of alerts will just do. for any adapts that is based on polling method mail can be send by configuration of alerts. for trigger event methods like http and proxy (sender) then we need to check for other workarounds....remember bhavesh commenting on alerts for intimating r3/xi failure without any workarounds but dont have the link now
