I have multiple videos taken from iphone 4 downloaded to iphoto 09. How can i combine them all into one movie?

You can use a USB flash drive & the camera connection kit.
Plug the USB flash drive into your computer & create a new folder titled DCIM. Then put your movie/photo files into the folder. The files must have a filename with exactly 8 characters long (no spaces) plus the file extension (i.e., my-movie.mov).
Now plug the flash drive into the iPad using the camera connection kit. Open the Photos app, the movie/photo files should appear & you can import.

Hi there! First time poster... Hoping someone can help me out with this:
I've stupidly shot some footage with my digital camera sideways, portrait-style. I used QuickTime Pro 7 to rotate the footage clockwise, preserving the aspect ratio, so now the .mov clips are 480x640 pixels (so 3:4, instead of the standard 4:3).
When I import the clips into iMovie HD 6, the footage gets squashed to fit the 4:3 screen, making everyone look shorter and fatter. The Help file advises that iMovie "automatically adjusts incoming footage to fit the screen size (aspect ratio) of your project".
Is there some way I can opt out of this automatic adjustment? I'd prefer to have black bands on the sides of the screen than squashed video!

Adjust its layer so it is in the background and then reduce the dimensions of your video so it fits over it.
Bring this new file into iMovie. -

Thanks for the advice given by Shooternz, Colin and Jim. Your help is much appreciated for a beginner like me... Jim's idea was also good..It worked for me and also safe if I need to use the original audio. Following method also found good...but previous audio clip cannot be extracted after deleting it. ... 1. Hold down "ALT" key first then select the first audio clip in the chain of video clips to Delete. 2. Hold down " Shift + Alt " keys together and click right mouse button on all audio clips to be deleted one by one. Make sure only audio clips are selected. 3. Then release ALT+Shift keys and then click right mouse button and select "Clear" from pull down menu to Delete all selected audio clips on the time line. This method works very well for me. Thanks for every one who has adviced me how to do it. Thanks guys... If u all find better method tha above...please inform us. Thx.

As soon as I got the new iMovie, I started importing clips and making video's. Unfortunately, I hadn't fully understood the Events feature, so all of my clips are in a single "New Event" Event. I have now created several other Events and named them properly and would like to sort all of my clips into their proper "Event" folders. How do you do that?Ahh, Ok. I actually had to go to Lynda.com to watch a training video of this highly bassackwards maneuver, but now I have it. In other words, while the intuitive thing is to make a new event to hold the clip you want and then open the old event and drag the clip into it's new event, the only way to accomplish this maneuver is to NOT create a new event, but rather, go to the clip AFTER the one you want to move, select it and then Right-Click on it and select SPLIT EVENT BEFORE SELECTED CLIP (or go to FILE>SPLIT EVENT BEFORE SELECTED CLIP). Then you wait a few seconds while the program thinks a bit (no feedback it is doing this - just a pause) and then it automatically creates a new event with the clip you wanted. Now just double-click the new event and name it something meaningful.

iTunes includes an option to transfer content that was purchased from the iTunes Store from an iPod or iPhone, but this is for content that was purchased from the iTunes Store only.
With your iPhone connected and without syncing, at the iTunes menu bar go to File and select Transfer Purchases From - the name of your iPhone.
This is one of the reasons why maintaining a backup of all your important data (including your iTunes library) stored on an external drive used for backup purposes only, or on other media such as CD or DVD is so important. -

How do I stop a movie clip from looping
I am using Action Script 3 and the 'stop()' function is not working to stop my movie clips from looping continuously.
I have added the 'stop()' function to the last frame on the timeline of each movie clip.
I originally built the .fla file in Flash CS6 using Action Script 2 where it was working with no problems (I have since upgraded and don't have access to CS6 anymore).
I have all the separate movie clips positioned on Frame 1 of my main stage with the following script to start them playing:
Cigarette_Reveal.play();
KickTheHabit.play();
BallMove.play();
BallFlip.play();
Offer.play();
I want each of these movie clips to stop playing after one animation sequence is complete.
Please help!Turn on strict mode in your publish settings. This will allow you to see the compiler errors that are preventing the actionscript in your fla from compiling correctly.

I am working with video/audio in Premiere that has frequent cuts (although the audio is derived from two files) and I need to edit all the audio files at once, rather than one by one, in Audition. I was hoping to this by nesting the audio in Premiere but I am not able to edit the nested file in Audition after this.
If anyone has any ideas of how to work with and apply the same properties to multiple audio clips from Premiere in Audition I would greatly appreciate it.

How do I restore photos from iPhone 5 to iPhoto. I erased all my events in iPhoto by mistake so need to sync them phone upstream to lions 10.7....not even apple support could help?? I plug my phone into iPhoto and it sees the camera roll but none of my event so I can move them back into iPhoto
Your photos are gone. When you synch your phone with iPhoto, the actual picture file does not synch, rather is is a very small thumbnail file suitable for viewing on the phone, but of such small resolution that it's useless for anything other than viewing on the phone. In any case, Apple makes no way for you to retrieve these thumbnail file.
If you deleted photos from iPhoto, your only hope is if you have Time Machine or another backup that might have had those photos. Are they perhaps still in the "Trash" within the iPhoto app? -
