How to compile jni source code include thirty-party library

I use this command line to compile
set JAVA_HOME=C:\Program Files\Java\jdk1.5.0_06
set C_HOME=C:\Program Files\Microsoft Visual Studio\VC98
set java_include=%JAVA_HOME%\include
set win32=%JAVA_HOME%\include\win32
set LIB=C:\Java
set INCLUDE=C:\Java;%C_HOME%\include
"%C_HOME%\bin\cl.exe" -I%java_include% -I%win32% -LD HelloWorldImp.c -Fehello.dll /link c:\thirty-party.lib

you did direct compiling with linking.
In order to obtain the not linked object you need to:
gcc -l usb -c hello.c
Finally you can link it to the binary as you did at hello:hello.o.
