How to completely remove Aperture other than using CleanApp

so i wanted to uninstall the current Aperture of mine, because i want to install the Aperture2
but i feel that removing the current Aperture and then install the Aperture 2 is the best way to avoid any error or unwanted problems
but i seems to not able to find the Uninstaller package for Aperture, or is there?
if Aperture got it's very own Uninstaller, where is it located?
if it doesn't have, is using CleanApp is the best way to fully remove Aperture COMPLETELY from my MBP?
because sometimes i wonder if CleanApp remove a software as clean as the Uninstaller?

If you bought an upgrade to Aperture 1.5, Aperture 1.5. has to be on your computer and Aperture 2 installer has to find it there. Otherwise you cannot load Aperture 2. But, perhaps, this does not answer your question. Just a guess: If you want to uninstlall Aperture 1.x you might have to load the original CD and start install and go into customize.

DURIM - Okay. I would expect the "Cache Warning" message because your default directories would not be the same as the ones in the settings file I generated.
If you go back to the "7.0" directory and open the "Logs" folder, can you copy the "Audition Log.txt" file and send it as an attachment to [email protected]? We'll take a look in that logfile and see if it gives us more information about why this is failing now.
Also, do you have any other Adobe applications installed on this machine, such as Premiere Pro? If so, do they launch as expected or fail as well?
I do have the trial Pro version of Adobe reader, but I have not activated it, because I fear the same thing will happen did it. I cannot afford to activate the subscription for that product and take the chance of it not working either. I depend on those two programs religiously. Here is the files that you requested. I appreciate any help you can give me to get this audition program started

Anyone using rdiffweb - how to completly remove it?

I know rdiffweb uses sqlite so there must be some db's somewhere. I'm wondering how to completely remove all traces of rdiffweb from my system including the database. Using pacman will remove the pacman-insalled files, but there is a config script that needs to be run to start using rdiffweb so it'll create files outside of pacman

Do a locate for rdiffweb, its folders are probably named after the program.

The logViewer executable can't be run without an enterprise install (at least not easily decoupled), however, an alternative, would be to pass someone the .jnlp and some log files.... To do this, open up the process admin, and in the top right, is a link for 'Launch Log Viewer'. Open that, and then go to 'File - Save As', and this will save a java executable to your computer.
I'm pretty sure you can pass that, and either an admin user and password to view 'live' logs, or just have them cancel the remote log, and open a local file....

PS: I don't see any opbmlogreader.exe or .sh or .bet in the OBPM_HOME\bin directory. I am looking at OBPM standalone, and the only relevant files I can see are obpmlogviewer.exe , obpmlogviewer.lax , lax.jar. Am I missing something?
MaxI too don't have the log reader, however I do remember it... I'm thinking the .sh might only be included in the linux distribution of enterprise, so I'm downloading that now to verify... I will let you know what I find...

There's not much sense in purchasing a Mac to run only Windows on it. Keep in mind that drivers for Windows are a secondary concern for Apple. While Windows will typicall run fine, things like power managment are not optimized under Windows (you'll get less time on battery while running Windows). You will also not be able to install firmware updates. Firmware updates might be necessary whether you run Windows or OS X as they are updates to the code in your hardware and are not OS-specific. You must be running OS X in order to install a firmware update. You can do this even if you boot off of an external drive with OS X installed on it. At the very least, you should keep just a small partition for OS X on your internal drive.

To remove the Application Manager run the Cleaner Tool and from the drop-down in the top right choose Creative Cloud. Then select Creative Cloud Installer and click the button for 'Cleanup selected'. Then next time you try to download an application from the Creative Cloud Apps page (https://creative.adobe.com/apps) you will be asked to download the Application Manager again. An alternative place to get the Application Manager for Mac is from here http://www.adobe.com/support/downloads/detail.jsp?ftpID=4774.

I have the same problem. I can put things into the trash, but when i empty the trash it makes the crumple noise like its throwing it away and the files stay in the trash and the icon stays full. I have 10.7.2. I also have Parallels installed on my machine.
Before this problem, I was unable to add files to my trash can and then I removed this program called CleanMyMac, which I guess wasn't compatible with Lion, and now I can at least add items to the trash can. It seems I am having a lingering issue due to that program.
I have a case with Apple Senior Support Analysts and they can't figure it out...
Please help!! I do not want to format and start all over just to empty my trash can
I also do not want to install Trash It (which would empty the trash i've heard) but will not resolve my issue only cover it up.

When I use find file http://www.macupdate.com/app/mac/30073/find-file (which does tend to find files that "Finder" can't), it's not coming up with any other itunes library files that have been modified in the past week, which I know it would have been - unfortunately, I don't have a very recent backup of the hard drive. It would be a few months old so it wouldn't have the complete library on it....any ideas? I have tried it both by Propertyname and PropertyID. Although new custom property's canbe
added but to change an existing one like 'Owner' ? Would this be the right method.
2. And Is ProprertyID a fixed value as 0x811f or does it need to be calculated.

Close the pictures before you quit Preview. Cmd-opt-q will close all windows and quit. cmd-opt-w will close all windows and not quit.

If it is HR user try PT_BAL00 but rememberu2026the period on the report would be months because you would have mostly used monthly period parameter for time calendar. Say for example if you run the report for the month you wonu2019t be able to identify which sick/vac time belongs to which pay period. So you have to run the report with pay period dates to get right out put - one period at a time.
If it is payroll user or employee, then try to use below recommendation:
>Create two wagetypes Vac time earned and Sick time earned
>In time eval whenever the vac and sick time is calculated, during update of Quota, please generate these 2 wagetypes based the quota type. you can use ADDZL.
>In payroll read these wagetypes from ZL and store it. So your reporting would be from RT not time cluster.
>This will help you to use payroll reports to pull out data based on pay periods. I strongly recommend this because user would be comfortable using wagetype reports and it would be easy for reporting. Even you can display these wagetypes in paystub
