How to config to use SPFILE for databse

Hi,
As I want to setup recovery settings, OEM gave a warning:
PFILE - The database is NOT using SPFILE. Changes to the initialization parameters will be LOST if the database is restarted.
How do I config to use SPFILE for databse rather than using control file I suppose? Thanks,

It works! because "sql>show parameter" gives spfile's location instead of null before the changing. I notice that original spfile in dbs\ directory is untouched. newly generated spfile is in database\ directory as "show parameter" indicated.

you can use xsl mapping for this in which u xtract
the contents only but not the xml tag.

How to config a shared cache for multiple environments with C API? Just like Java edition. Chapter 2. Database Environments
I want to open large number of databases, at least 10,000. But as the counts of databases opened increase, the db->open operation become very slow. It almost cost 2 hours to 10,000 databases.
So I try to distribute these databases to multiple environments ( for example, 5 envs ). And in order to improve the efficient of memory use, I want to share cache between envs.

If you do not use DB_PRIVATE to open the environment, the created cache will be on disk, in the environment directory, so it can be shared by multiple processes and multiple threads. Currently, the cache file is in the environment directory, and we do not support specifying a separate directory for cache only.

Asset which is under Asset Class Support system-B700. Here every thing is ok but the problem in USE FULL LIFE which is come by default. It must be 4 instead of 5.   So can any body help me out from this how to change the Useful life in that Asset class. In that Asset Class we have the morethan 200 Assets. It was happend in Prdocution system so now the problem is where i can change the useful life for the asset class either in DEV or PRD.
       Also i want to know the information of How these assets are Uploaded into the system (Lsmw or etc). this is very urgent for me.

How to unset the 'use itunes for internet music playback' option

In Advanced Preferences, I mistakenly clicked the SET button for "Use itunes for internet music playback". Since then, I have closed and opened itunes, so it appears the preference has been saved (the field is no longer highlighted)
I cannot find any way to unset this option. I want to unset this option. Could someone please tell me how?

I don't think that deleting the plist file will help.
Clicking that button sets the handler for a bunch of file types. You can't just unset it, you need to set the handler to something other than iTunes. Normally audio and video are handled by the Quicktime Plugin. You can restore that behavior in System Preferences:
System Preferences -> QuickTime (in the Internet and Network set) -> Advanced -> Mime Settings...
You may have other plugins or programs you want to use for some formats (like .wmv or .avi). Those programs should be able to reclaim the file and MIME types from their preferences.

WAE 611-k9: how to config primary and backup for two WAE611s?

I want to config two WAE611 AS my proxy servers,the one is primary and the other one is as backup,so based-config guide(the primary and backup proxy server), i need config like this,

but the host ip address 10.1.1.1 is my WAE611 interface f0/1 ip address or not?
if not ,pls tell how to config primary and backup using two WAE611?

How to create and use scales for DAQ-6014 in Labview?

In my application, I use the DAQmx-driver to read the 16 analog input terminals of my DAQ-Card. I create a task with all the 16 channels and define for each channels the input domain (from 0 to 10V) and configure them as NRSE. Then I configure my task to measure the waveforms during 10s with 1000 Hz each time I need it.
The waveform I measure are raw data and I need to scale them to get a mesurement with physical signification. This is actually done after each measure, which costs a lot of time (almost 5 seconds). Then I tried to use the DAQmx Create Scale.vi to create scales and attach them to the channels during my task creation. The creation of scale works fine and I can attach them to the channels. But when I do my measure, I get the raw data - unscaled.
I have no idea, what I am doing wrong. I look for some examples on how to use the DAQmx Create Scale.vi but I can't find none.
Does anybody already have some experiences with this VI?

May be I don't get exactly what you mean with:
"Right click On DAQmx read and check the options with DAQmx AI read (it is a polymorphic VI) ."
I set the DAQmx read polymorphic VI to the option "Analog 1D Wfm NChan NSamp".
Anyway, I send you 3 VI:
- NIDAQ_6014_CreateScales.vi: where I create my scales
- NIDAQ_6014_StartAIN_Scaled.vi: where I create my task and use the scales
- Measure.WaveFormReader.vi: where I read my data

How to Config Special Error Page for TIME OUT ONLY

We can config our own error page for webdynpro applications by using
transaction code SICF. thus the customizing error page will show when
program meet some errors. these errors type include ABAP runtime
dump/page time out etc.
Here is my question, is there any configuration or enhancement can
effect on ONLY ONE error type.which means the customizing error page
shows only time out error occurred.for other errors show the standard
error page.

I need to setup a situation, that is display a custom error page which say "under maintenance" if no back-end WebLogic Server instance reached.In the Apache HTTP Server v2.2 you can use the ErrorDocument directive: http://httpd.apache.org/docs/2.0/mod/core.html#errordocument
For example in httpd.conf,
ErrorDocument 503 /Test.html
Test.html is placed in the DocumentRoot (http://httpd.apache.org/docs/2.0/mod/core.html#documentroot)

Basically, the "Search in Google" extension is from Safari and it can be disabled in System Preferences.
System Preferences -> Keyboard -> Keyboard Shortcuts -> Services -> Searching and unchecking "Search with Google"
It worked for me and I also disabled a few other right-click options that I never use.

For this you have to first decided which will be your receiver, sender and control/central system. Then you have to install TDMS add-on's on all participating system. Then you can execute transaction CNV_MBT_TDMS to start data transfer from central/control system.
This is very high level. I will suggest you to go through the guides.
