How to config unified mobile agent

hello everyone
i lookup some doc. to config the Unified MA
i use IPCC 8.0 (CUCM ICM CVP is 8.0) i config MA but when i call in the ICM return no device targets...but i really config it ....
next is my config:
in CUCM 8.0
i creat a local CTI port :LCP5000F0030 and give it a DN 60030 (my CUCM pim is 5000)
i creat a network CTI port : RCP5000F0030 and give ti a dn 913311173269 (9 is the number for target the number is goto PSTN... and 13311173269 is a mobile phone number)
in ICM
i open the MA in agent desk setting and CTI OS
i creat a device target
name:60030
global address:60030
configuration parameters:/devtype ciscophone /dn 60300
and i creat a lable : 60030.CM_pg (CM_pg is my CUCM routing client)
now i login the agent use agent ID 50000
agent ID :50000
instrument:60030
phone number 913311173269
if i use call by call login ,when i ready and call in the CC the ICM return no device target
if i use nailed connection the agent desktop return possible causes are invalid instrument;media termination problem or other CM issue

Enable mobile agent in CTI OS installation setup yes i enable it
Create two CTI port as below,
                    LCP5000F0030   DN  60030
                    RCP5000F0030   DN  60031
Enable mobile agent check on ICM agent desk setting.
Add device target or agent targetting rule for the CTI port DN  i look at some doc. say only need creat LCP DN
the TEST.nic is a routing client connect to another instance ,and use that instance goto CVP ,so this device target i also creat to that instance
Add static route in CVP ops console 600>cucm ip address
Use the below login method
          agent ID :50000
          instrument(LCP Port DN):60030
          phone number 913311173269
nailed connection
when i login the error
if i use call by call when the call goto agent , the router log viewer show no device target
and i find another problem the RCP ip address is wrong the 10.10.10.33 is right and 10.10.10.37 is another instance icm...i dont know how the CTI port regester to CUCM...

  • How to make a mobile agent which will search infos ?

    Hello,
I'd like to create a mobile agent in Java. I don't want to use specials Dvpt Kits as IBM's aglets.
I want it to browse web and to find, for example, the cheapest prices about travels, or to look after a web site and to tell me if it has been modified since my last visit.
Has anyone already developped a such application, or anyone knows where I can find informations, tutorials, examples...
    Thanks to you.
    Yann

Try a book called Constructing Intelligent agents with Java by Bigus & Bigus. It's very good and quite cheap. It covers pretty much what you want to do.
Apart from that, there are literally thousands of web sites out there but very few with any decent tutorials.
    Hope this helps.

  • UCCX Agent with Unified Mobility

    Hi all,
We have UCCX 8.5 and CUCM 8.6
    Maybe somebody knows.
    Can we make next:
Incomnig call to UCCX ---> UCCX Script--->CAD and Agent IP Phone
But we woud like configure Unified Mobility feature and use this feature with UCCX agents phone.
There is moment when agent leavs his workplace, and we want forward incoming calls UCCX to agents mobile phone.
I would be very grateful for the helpful advice.
    Perhaps there are other solutions

I have just configured Mobile Connect on a ACD line and tested it and it seems to work fine The Agent phone rings then if not answered the mobile rings, the call is answered. Call is seen on the Agent phone aswell and in CAD and the call gets included in the Agent call stats.
I know it's not supported, but what issues should I expect to see?
    Thanks,
    Stuart

  • How to config AM agent with websphere app server which binded http server??

    Hi, thanks for your concern.
I am configuing AM policy agent with websphere 6.0 application server , the difference to the normal situation is : the IBM application server is binding with IBM http server so the server can deal with request from the port 80. It puzzled me much what shall I do when I installing the agent, the following are the questions:
    1. Enter the Instance Config Directory: -- shall i use the config folder for "server1" or "webserver1"?
    2. Enter the Server Instance name. -- shall i use the "server1" or "webserver1"?
    3. Enter the preferred port number on which the application server provides its services: -- shall i use "80"(web server) or "9080"(app server) ,
    4. Enter the preferred port number on which the application server provides its services: -- yes i should fill "/agentapp" here, but when i deploy this application, the web module should be "webserver1" or "server1"?
And yet I only need SSO here , what is the easiest way to configue them well? I do not want to obey the contents from DOC, at fact it makes my websphere crashed ... I think maybe I can use "filter" for application only after I installed the agent, is that right? but it make me crazy that, websphere told me it can not find the class javax.servlet.Filter ... I copied one for it ,but it still can not work. I think maybe I make wrong configuration before .
Is the document "Sun Java SystemAccess Manager PolicyAgent 2.2 Guide for IBM WebSphereApplication Server 6.0" only for stand alone application server?
Any help will be most appriciated! thank you!

If you are trying to install j2ee Agent 2.2 then the below answers may be helpful. i am not sure what webserver1 is ?
Remeber all config for j2ee agent is for the app server.
    1. Enter the Instance Config Directory: -- shall i use the config folder for "server1" or "webserver1"? You should be using the 1 which your app server is using. The server.xml will be modified for the corresponding server instance.
    2. Enter the Server Instance name. -- shall i use the "server1" or "webserver1"? depends on above config
    3. Enter the preferred port number on which the application server provides its services: -- shall i use "80"(web server) or "9080"(app server) , for j2ee agent ot should be 9080
    4. Enter the preferred port number on which the application server provides its services: -- yes i should fill "/agentapp" here, but when i deploy this application, the web module should be "webserver1" or "server1"?it should be ur app server port.
And yet I only need SSO here , what is the easiest way to configue them well? try sso_only mode
I do not want to obey the contents from DOC, at fact it makes my websphere crashed ... I think maybe I can use "filter" for application only after I installed the agent, is that right? without the agent filter in the web.xml the agent wont intercept any traffic.
but it make me crazy that, websphere told me it can not find the class javax.servlet.Filter ... I copied one for it ,but it still can not work. I think maybe I make wrong configuration before .
Is the document "Sun Java SystemAccess Manager PolicyAgent 2.2 Guide for IBM WebSphereApplication Server 6.0" only for stand alone application server?
Follow the SUN Docs strictly and it should work fine.

  • Unified Mobility, no audio on Send call to Mobile Phone

I'm using UCM 9.1 with Unified Mobility (xfer to alternate number) with good success if I follow a typical call flow:
Inbound call -> Ext -> Rings deskphone x seconds -> Rings mobile phone -> Answer mobile phone -> hangup -> Resume call on desk phone.
But if I pick up a call on my desk phone, and use the Mobility button to xfer a call to my mobile phone I get no audio:
Inbound call -> Ext -> Pickup desk phone -> Mobility soft button, 'Send call to Mobile Phone' -> Answer mobile phone, no audio -> Hang up mobile phone -> Resume call on desk phone (two-way audio).
Device wise the call flow is:
ITSP SIP trunk -> CUBE -> CUCM -> 7965 IP Phone.
Recently I reconfigured CUCM to use the CUBE for any MTP resources instead of the software option and I think I may have missed something.
    CUBE config:
    voice-card 0 dspfarm dsp services dspfarm!!!voice service voip ip address trusted list  ipv4 173.46.30.218  ipv4 173.46.30.202  ipv4 10.0.6.30  ipv4 10.0.6.31  ipv4 10.0.6.33  ipv4 10.0.6.32  ipv4 10.1.1.4  ipv4 10.0.250.0 255.255.255.0 mode border-element allow-connections h323 to h323 allow-connections h323 to sip allow-connections sip to h323 allow-connections sip to sip redirect ip2ip fax protocol t38 version 0 ls-redundancy 0 hs-redundancy 0 fallback none sip  midcall-signaling passthru media-change  early-offer forced  no call service stop  registration passthrough!voice class codec 1 codec preference 1 g711ulawsccp local GigabitEthernet0/0.42sccp ccm 10.0.6.30 identifier 1 version 7.0 sccp!sccp ccm group 1 bind interface GigabitEthernet0/0.42 associate ccm 1 priority 1 associate profile 1 register MTP_2951-01!dspfarm profile 2 transcode universal  codec pass-through codec g711ulaw codec g711alaw codec g729ar8 codec g729abr8 maximum sessions 11 associate application SCCP shutdown!dspfarm profile 3 conference  codec g711ulaw codec g711alaw codec g729ar8 codec g729abr8 codec g729r8 codec g729br8 maximum sessions 2 associate application SCCP!dspfarm profile 1 mtp  codec pass-through codec g711ulaw maximum sessions hardware 15 associate application SCCP!
In CUCM I removed the software MTP from the MRG:
Not sure where to start troubleshooting this problem, any help is appreciated.
    Steve

Thanks for the help gents. I couldn't get to this until we're out of office hours on the weekend.
Interestingly, I have no mid-call option in my dial-peers. This is a 2951 running 15.2(4)M2.
I double checked the MRGL, my phone is associated with it.
Codec is G711 on ITSP side, and on phones - I'm not sure I fully understand the use cases for MTP, this is something I need to research more.
I've included two ccsip message debugs, the first one is the existing issue of no audio (in either direction).
The second I've changed the midcall-signaling passthru option, dropping the media-change bit and we get audio in both directions for mobility except we use Unity call handlers for IVR functionality, and now when an inbound caller is forwarded to an extension we get no audio - obviously this is a game stopper.
In Unity I have the port group configured as SCCP - Maybe I should be using SIP instead?
    No Audio:
    voice service voip
    sip
      midcall-signaling passthru media-change
      early-offer forced
      no call service stop
      registration passthrough

  • Mobility agent, benefits? or am i doing it wrong.

    Hello,
I am just at the point of labing a wireless setup. I have configured a 3850 as a wireless controller. I have another stack of 3850's that will be going in the same building that I was thinking of making a Mobility agent that points at the controller. What is the actual benefit of a mobility agent, it doesn't seem to get any of the configs i made on the Controller, it seems like i have to configure all WLANS and AP groups on both anyway, so why would I even bother with a mobility agent? It seems like it would be easier to to just make both stacks controllers.  Am I doing it wrong or should they  replicate configs?  One thing I am not sure about is the DHCP pool on the agent i set it as the controller for that pool, but that maybe wrong, I attached configs as well.
    Thank you

If you configure those two as MC, then roaming between those two won't be optimum. Best way to configure is given building switches in a single SPG as MA (obviously in your case one stack has to be MC if there is no centralized MC).
If these switch stacks are separated in L3 (unlikely if it is in a single building), & you put them as MC, then those two should be in different mobility group. (as 1MC per one mobility sub domain).
This gives some idea how this CA setup works. In that case 5760 acting as MC, but you can think of as a 3850 stack in your case.

  • How to deploy the Workspace Agent Services as a Window Service!

    Hi all,
does anyone know how to install the Workspace Agent Service back as a Windows Service after i re-installed an reconfigured the workspace completly i do not see the Agent anymore in my Windows Services. I sure would like to avoid to have to uninstall and set it up completely again.
The agent start file is located in common\workspacert\9.5.0.0\bin.
    Your help is much appreciated
    Cheers
    André

I hit the same problem after reinstalling workspace.
It seems that the config tool does not create the workspace agent service on subsequent configurations.
A quick search of the configtool.log from the original installation/configuration yields the following:
com.hyperion.avalanche.config.CoreService, INFO, Running command: D:\Hyperion\common\workspacert\9.5.0.0\bin\wksagent.exe -RegService -Auto -Name HyS9Core1 -DisplayName Hyperion Workspace - Agent Service -Description HyS9Core1, Provides service infrastructure to run services locally
Dropping the above line at the command prompt fixed the issue for me.
    Cheers,
    Aaron

  • How to Enable Lync Windowphone agent on Lync Server 2010

How to Enable Lync Windowphone agent on Lync Server 2010 ?

Can you please elaborate. Do you mean to enable a Lync user to use the Lync Mobile Client for Windows mobile devices in a Lync 2010 environment?
If so, in Lync 2010 there is no special enable setup other than allow the user to have remote access. Of course the MCX service needs to be working.
    Look forward to more details

  • Mobile Agent 7.5 Invalid Instrument

    Hi,
Can anybody help me diagnose my config issue for IPCC Error [12005} Login could not be performed - Possible casuses are Invalid Instrument ?
This is my attempt to configure my first mobile agent using the following config:
    Sprawler 7.5
    Device target
    Name: LCP5000F0000
    Global Address: LCP5000F0000
    Configuration parameters: /devtype ciscophone /dn 4002151
    CUCM 7.1
    CTI port: LCP5000F0000
    Line: 4002151
    CTI port: RCP5000F0000
    Line: 4002150
    Agent Login
    Agent ID: 8315
    Instrument: 4002151
    Phone Number: 4009999
    Call Mode: Nailed connection
PGUser is is my PG configured application user and is associated with the two devices, te association seems to be working as the CTI ports go registered.
However, when I try to login in my agent I get the login issue. I've tried adding an /ext 4002151 and /ext 5000F000 but neither attempt helped.
I've looked at the JTAPI logs and I see an attempt to make the outbound call to 4009999 but the CUCM response is state=DISCONNECTED cause=UNALLOCATEDNUMBER.
    Any ideas?
    Thanks
    Jed

I missed the label info off my above description:
    Device Label
    Routing Client: WHP_CCM.RX
    Label: 4002151
    Label Type: Normal
    Customer: WHP
I've now made progress and found out the CSS on the CUCM for the CTI ports was incorrect and couldn't make outbound calls to the phone number I was testing against ... so now I can log in.
Unfortunatly I now find that MA works if I am in a ready state, but if the calls gets queued via the IPIVR 7.0 server then the call gets dropped when the agent goes ready and a transfer is initiated to the agent. The IVR CTI ports seems to have the correct CSS so I'm a bit confused about this one, more debugging required.

  • Help in mobile agents in java(with final year project)

i have decided that i ll make a project on mobile agent security and data encapsulation plz any guy who have worked on this topic or he/she know about some indian version books written in java (like intelligent agents written in java by Joseph P. Bigus, Jennifer Bigus ) thn please help me
plz ur ideas is very important for me becz i have not enough help available on my college and if u know any company that provide such type projects for final year student thn tell me .

I want to develop a Smart Card for student as mention
    in the link
    http://java.sun.com/products/javacard/examples.html
Well then you have a number of points that can be solved very differently. Does exist any legacy hardware or software that need to be included into your project?
    1. when student insert the card in card accepantance
device in entrance of the university all
    information(Name, ID,Photo, Department.....) will be
displayed in the monitor of the entrance. After see
the pic get keeper have no confusion about the
student.Where do you want do store the student information? On card or in a centralised database? Who should be able to change information?
    2. Student can also use this card to use the
facilities of Library and Cafe.Looks like money comes into play. "Stealing money" is always a good impulsion for any attacker. You should consider this in your system design.
    1. What kind of hardware i need to complete the
project and successfully deploy it to my university.Sorry, but except for the hardware parts "chipcard terminal" (with or without pin-pad) and several smartcards I can give you only the answer: "That depends on what you want to achieve and how you want to do it"
    2. What kind of Smart Card I have to use exactly. If you want to store the student image on the card, on of your main requirements would be a smartcard that has enough EEPROM for storing the image. Common JavaCards have 10 to 30kb for data and the applet code.

  • Mobile agent

hey guys, I am in trouble!! Please help me !!!
Actually i am doing my project dissertation on mobile agent technology. And for my project i need to demostrate how mobile agent goes to client and get information to manager i.e. management station.
i am not good in java and i know i can't develop myself within 1 month. So can any one help me to develop that kind of mobile agent for me, or if any one has already developed such kind of program then please help me.
    Thank you very much

    Hello sunil
You need to deside on a Java-based agent system. I would suggest aglets or Voyager agents. The aglet system can be downloaded via the URL http://www.trl.ibm.com/aglets/, the Voyager system at http://www.recursionsw.com/mobile_agents.htm. All the documentation necesary for understanding the work-around agents can be found there.
Hope this gives you a starting point.

    Michael

  • About the Mobile Agent .

Is it possible to design a simple mobile agent system by using RMI or by using the EJB, and so on?
Although there are some platform such Aglet and voyager. But I don't hope to do our project on them. Is the EJB a good choice for a Mobile Agent systems?
I just want design a little demo program based on MA. and it is used to operate the distributed database system, which may be in a LAN enviorment.
Are there any other ways to build such a mobile agent systems?

Yes, the JDC site is the forums, but it also includes Developer Connection and Source Code Examples, Tutorials, etc. All accessible from developer.java.com
Making your agent intelligent is easy if you know what you want to do - and you do. Next, does the application have access rights to the computers? If not, then it won't be allowed to send/receive or be installed.
The application will need information about the LAN such as the IP addresses of other computers on the network. The address of the database server, and the user name/passwords that may be needed. Then it will also need to have a component on each client machine that will allow the agent to copy itself to the machine. What do I mean by that?
If I have two computers - A and B. A has an agent that wants to copy itself from A to B. However, A can't just connect to any port and then magically download to B and start running and continue the process to Computers C,D,...Z. You would need either a server to be running that allows the agent to be copied or a Windows Service - like HTTP, FTP, etc. that would do the same - allow the agent to be copied. All-in-all it comes down to one thing - each computer will need two things 1) Allow access to the agent, and 2) Allow the agent to download by use of a Windows Service or a server, possibly 3) User names/passwords for access.
So if I made an agent and tried to send it off to any computer on the Inetnet and have it copy itself onto others to continue the cycle it wont work. Why? Because how is the agent being copied from A to B? Is there some sort of server running on the client machine that allows for file transfers (FTP)? Or A Web server? Do I have permissions to access those computers? Firewall blocking my port/address? Only you can answer these questions.

  • How do you stop mobile sites from loading in safari automatically on my iPad? I can't log into mobile me because of this.

How do you stop mobile sites from loading in safari automatically on my iPad? I can't log into mobile me because of this.

The me.com website is not designed for or intended to be accessed by iOS devices. Apple provides support in iOS or seperate Apps for accessing all aspects of MobileMe except for the Accounts section.
Use MobielMe as intended and you'll have no problems.
    See: http://support.apple.com/kb/ts1673
Even if you use a different browser to get access to me.com on iOS, you'll find most of it is unusable.
Other websites that present you with the mobile version have been programmed to do so by their developers. They specifically look for users accessing from 'mobile' devices and switch to the mobile site. Many such sites provide a link to go back to the 'full' site, if not, there's not a lot you can do except use a browser that can pretend not to be a mobile browser.
