How to configure a personel action in sap hr

1. Access the activity using one of the following navigation options:
Menu System -> services -> table maintenance ->extended table maintenance  T588C
Transaction Code SM30
2. Make a check on User-dep.
Menu type Menu Text User-dep.

IMG Menu Personnel Management -> Personnel Administration -> Customizing Procedures  Actions -> Define infogroups
