How to configure automated ticket in ticketing tool from PI system

Hello Experts,
We are working with SAP PI 7.11 version now we are using the ticketing tool Sysaid.
Our requirement is we have to capture all the PI errors (Like any failed message in SXMB_MONI or adapter engine,communication channel error ) in our ticketing tool automatically .
Please let me know the steps in PI to configure it .

First thanks a lot for your reply .
In my situation we have already done the alert configuration in PI system and regularly we are getting mails for any error in PI.
Now as you mentioned please check my below understanding and let me know if I am correct.
We need to configure one scenarion in PI which will take collect the mail from our alertmail box (outlook) or from RWB alert inbox (please confirm which one?)and post it to ticketing tool.The scenario will be mail to soap.
The second step is we need to know the webservice structure of the ticketing tool and all the details to configure the soap adapter and to develop the mapping .

First You need "BI Administrator Client Tool" cause you need to make changes with in RPD (repository) BUT "BI Administrator Client Tool" for Unix is not Available.
So you have download OBIEE 11.1.1.5 ""BI Administrator Client Tool" and Install it on Windows Platform.
Now regarding your Original Issue I am also looking for this Info.

I have a 11.1.1.7 OAM environment and I need to protect applications and web services deployed in different domains with OAM.
I have already configured the applications security but I am having problems with the web services.
The issue is that I do not know how to protect a WS and can not find a document that explains which configurations should be done.
I think I should use OSTS but I don't know how to configure it and how to request tokens from a web service?

The truth is that your design should be done in the way that it doesn't matter which profiles in which order you will execute. At the end, if you will run all import, synch and export profiles on each data source you should get same result. This is beauty
of synch engine here.
Your steps from 1-4 will synch data to your data sources and at the end will give you expected result. But not because of the order you are executing them but because of correct attribute flows. If flows from CSV file and from FIM portal might be done for
the same attributes you need to think also about attribute precedence.

I need some help regarding queues (SMQ2). XI is been used to migrate data from legacy system to SAP system. Sometimes the queue is getting locked. Once the queue is unlocked then the message is processed correctly. So, the incoming queues must be "unlocked" routinely so that they can process through the system. There is a standard report RSQIWKEX available that can be scheduled in SAP system to automatically unlock the queues. Before using the standard report RSDIWKEX, we made sure that we have added parameter MONITOR QRFC_RESTART_ALLOWED set to "1" in Integration Engine specific configuration (TCODE SXMB_ADM).We are unable to analyze the reason for locking of queues and how to avoid it. If the locking of the queues can not be avoided, is there any way to unlock the queues? We tried executing this report but were not successful in unlocking the queues. Please guide us in solving this issue. It would be really helpful if you can give us a direction in solving this problem.

Just check if the Queues are registered in Transaction SMQR.
If its not, then register the Queue by pressing 'Register' Button
Sharif.

The Receiver File Adapter is configured, using the following settings:
1) Choose File Content Conversion as the Message Protocol.
2) You give the addHeaderLine parameter as 1
3) For the fieldSeparator parameter you need to give field separator for both list and substructure (referring to the data type above). For eg: it may be a , (comma) for substructure in a comma separated file.
4) The endSeparator parameter needs to given for substructure only. For eg: it may be a nl (new line)
5) Give the file name, the directory and the Construction mode. Activate all the settings. Receiver File Adapter with F.C.C. is configured.

We've Googled & we've Binged, searched high and low and we still cannot find out about the calander as we don't use Google for anything other than an occasional issues as their privacy issues bother us, even though we have nothing to hide . We don't have Outlook either as it does not come with my Microsoft Windows Teacher & Student.
As for the pictures/videos, most of them came over, but of course the ones I want the mosts didn't transfer from my BlackBerry curve to my iPhone4

How to configure TMS landscape using three clients of same system?

Hi All,
I have to design a prototype for linking satellite systems to Solution Manager. To work on the Change Request Management module of Solution Manager.
Here, I need a Development - Quality - Production landscape to be configured to link it to Solution Manager, but I have only one system available to do this.
I have the clients 410, 420 and 430 in the system XYZ. Now, how do I simulate the three system landscape in STMS for the three clients mentioned above.
I tried using many attempts, but it is not working out. I could figure it out that this is possible by activating "extended transport control" parameter for each system, in STMS.
Also, there are some specific needs to configure this landscape for linking to Solution Manager, the comments are shown below:
"Transports are supported in the standard transport layer of each client. When you configure transport routes, note that only consolidation routes that are assigned to the standard transport layer of the relevant exporting client are taken into consideration. For each exporting client, exactly one target client and one target group are permitted.
We recommend that you assign exactly one development system to a production system, and that these two systems are connected by exactly one unique transport track.
If a development system and a production system are connected by more than one transport track, this may lead to inconsistencies within the transport distribution.
This type of transport configuration cannot be supported by Change Request Management, and may cause inconsistencies within the tools involved."
Please suggest me, as how to proceed to configure STMS for the same.

I assume you want to install the OS (which one???) on the internal mSATA 32GB SSD?
This mSATA SSD is used for caching (hybrid boot) in order to boot Windows 8 faster.
I would recommend you to install the second OS on the HDD.
For that you should create new partition which could be used for OS installation.
Then boot from the Windows installation disk and install the 2nd OS on the new created partition.

How to hide markups with the rectangle tool from printing

Using the rectangle tool and applying the color white we use this as a white-out tool to hide text from the actual document (such as sensitive information)
However, when I go to print, on the printer settings it allows me to print the document, that shows the information that was "hidden" with our rectangle tool.
How can I restrict a user to only print what is displayed on the screen??

How can I export midi to pro tools from my iPad garage band

I'd like to take songs I've written in midi on the iPad garage band, export the midi files to my PC which uses pro tools 10 so I can work on them more there, and use the score creator...here is why, when I sit around and write a song on iPad, I'm using virtual instruments, I'd like to be able to first, have more power..ie pro tools..to mix the tracks, then also be able to print sheet music from the midi so I can recreate the midi tracks with real instruments, when I'm writing the stuff with midi on garage band, it's I can't remember what I played where by the time I've moved the midi notes around a little etc etc..and I'd like the actual recording to be real instruments not virtual, as I want a very professional sounding recording.. Any ideas?

If the folders were created in the Photos app on the iPad, they don't really contain copies of the photos. They contain pointers to those photos that allow them to appear in the albums that you create. Consequently, they cannot be imported to the computer. Those albums are for local organization on the iPad only And cannot be imported.
You should be able to select the indicidual phots that you want to import, as far as I know. I can do it on a Mac using iPhoto or Image Capture, so I assume that Windows will allow you to pick and choose which photos you want to import.
