How to configure Context menu in WAD 7.0

Hi experts.
I want to take away some of the possibilities in the context menu in WAD.
( take away send e-mail ).
Can anyone please tell me where I can find this.
I would like to change this for all WAD- templates in the portal.

Use the Context Menu web item within your template and disable the property. You can save this item to the library as reusable item and use it in all your templates.

Web items and HTML elements (for example, tables, texts, and images) that you insert into a Web template, as well as the Web template itself, have a context menu. This context menu has context-sensitive menu entries that you can use to call various Web Application Designer functions. You can, for example, use the context menu to save a Web item (for which you have specified properties by using the parameters) as a reusable Web item, call the properties dialog box for this Web item, copy the Web item and paste it into another Web template, or delete the Web item from the Web template.

Enhance context menu in WAD 7.0

I need to enhance the context menu in a WAD 7.0 template. There a different approaches to do this in 3.5, but none of these work with 7.0.
The javascript function SAPBWAddToMenu is no more available rsp. visible and there is no command/parameter in the web item "context menu".
Any ideas how to implement it with 7.0?

Context Menu in WAD - disable the data entry active entries

Hi,
I have the following problem. We created an input ready query and brought this query via WAD into the portal. Inside the Web Template we have a SAVE Button and a Button activation the Data Entry possibility. Now when executing the Web Template, the user can save the data via the context menu (we have the steps "Data Entry Active -> Active | Save Changed Data | Reset Changed Data | Update ). Now we want to suppress these funcitonality, because using the SAVE button the systems starts a planning sequence for checking entries and a process chain with special funcition. The users must use the button, because the save function in the context menu does not execute the planning functions.
Maintaining the Web Template via WAD I don't have the possibility to disable these menu entries. If I disable all menu entries in the context menu web item, executing the Web Template displays only the Data Entry Active Menu . How can I suppress these special entries of the context menu, because I want to use other entries of the context menu and I don't want to suppress the context menu in total (I know that this is possible.)

I followed you guys procedures. But after i delete few commands of the Command List and click ok i get the following error:

Context menu in WAD not working (web element installed)

Hi,
I'm working on a web template and I'm trying to use the context menu (web element for context menu is in the template, and there should be options available for the context menu). No matter how hard I push my right mouse button, nothing happens? Does anybody has any idea why?

O.K. don't use google chrome seems to be the answer.

When I right-click on the CMD window does not show the context menu. When I click on the title bar icon in the "C: \ _" in the upper left corner, there menu is no options: Edit, Default, Properties. For other user accounts on the PC is the same prbolem.

I have not turned on the QuickEdit mode.
When I left-click on the System menu, I do not see three options: Edit, Defaults, Properties. Unfortunately I can not insert a picture, because I look forward to verify my account (do not know how long it's gonna take) :(

How to add Context Menu to Some frames and not others..

I am trying to add a context menu to my InDesign plug-in based on the link http://support.adobe.com/devsup/devsup.nsf/docs/50383.htm
I am using the context key "RtMouseLayout" to specify the context for my menuitem. However, I notice that this adds my menu item to all frames (graphic frames as well as text frames).
Is there a way for me to specify that my menu item can show only when I right click on graphic frame contexts and not on text frames.
Also I am wondering if you could point me to which file these context keys are defined.. I found AdobeMenuPositions.h file, but I could not find the file where the "RtMouseLayout" key is defined..

Hmm. It also possible but IMO more complex. Take a look on BPISuiteASB.cpp and BPISuiteCSB.cpp in basicpersistinterface sample. I mean just take a look on Selection Suites. From BPISuiteLayoutCSB.cpp you can get UIDList of currently selected objects on page. So ...
If you call IBPISuite (also in BPI sample it's showed) from ActionComponent then you can kEnabledAction or kDisabled_Unselected your menu item in UpdateActionStates.

How to add/delete items in right click context menu when opening a new link FF17 osx... 6 instances of open link in new identity profile have appeared

The menu items appeared without any idea why, they had not been there before. I have macbook with os 10.6.8 I had been trying to get pdf to work in firefox, so had followed a recipe suggesting enabling the pdf reader part of firefox. Required making 2 adjustments to the about:config. One disabling the browser.preferences.incontent and would changing default of pdfjs. Pdf still won't display, but don't know if what I did is related. Now I am trying to just find out how the menu gets modified at all, and whether I can do so as a user.

A little research revealed addons can add items to context menu, in this case multifox adds option to open tab in new profile for multiple gmail etc logins. I had updated addons earlier, think that triggered it. So now I know why and what it does. The problem is why 6 times listed (instead of just one)... it also varies, sometimes the context menu will have one instance... and have seen as many as 9. Not sure why it varies, but would still also like to know how to modify context menu. Could just be a bug in multifox with FF17 I suppose. I will disable multifox and see if problem goes away.

Portal context menu incorrect position

Hi all,
Environment: BI 7.0, Portal 7.0
Context menu positions incorrectly in portal when I click right mouse button on elements of tables. Sometimes, on the top of page or far away from the table, rather than beside the elements of tables.
Could u tell me how to adjust context menu display position in portal management?

The problem which you are facing might be because of the browser problem.Remove all your cache and temp files in browser and try using portal.
