How to configure end user for CallManager 5.1

Hello everyboy
I am trying to configure the end user to have access to callmanager, because I want the people can configure the speed dial, I know that release 4.2 you just configure the user/password and the peple can log in to http://<ip_address>/ccmuser and that was all.
But in this relese 5.X the server replies denied access.
Could someone help me with this issue PLEASE

    How to configure release procedure for rate  contract following are the requirements
    they are two release codes c1 & c2 <=100000,>=100000
                    if  c1 is not there c2 has to be approved
         Change in the value of the rate contract contract
         Change in the validity of the rate contract
         Addition of deletion of line items
    While using a non u2013 released rate contract in the PO an error message should shoot out.
    Also the logic should be changed while using the rate contract in the PO.
    The usage of the rate contract should be till the validity of the rate contract. i.e. the measurement should be end date of the rate contract and the PO creation date and not the delivery date of the PO. &
    It should be possible to refer existing valid rate contracts in purchase orders.

    In SAP rate contract is known as value contract denoted with wk. The release procedure for rate contract is same as that of other contracts and scheduling agreements. The tables  for contracts will vary with SA (Scheduling agreement) .You may try and maintain condition records based on the customer combination and maintian the validity date of condition records as per your requirement.For contract and PO will have the same header/item table as EKKO/EKPO, and the release
    class in standard is the same FRG_EKKO, you can use the same for contract.
    To distinguish if it's a contract or PO, EKKO-BSART can be used.
    For contract EKKO-BSART will be MK or WK, while PO will have NB/UB etc..
    You can restrict the document type to set up the release strategy for only contract.
    Of cause, you can also create your own release class Z* for contract copying standard
    one FRG_EKKO via CL01/Class type 032, and then assign the class Z* to customizing:

    -> contract
    ->Release Procedure for Contracts
    ->Define Release Procedure for Contracts
    ->Release Groups
    If you have already created the PO release class.
    Assign a new chracteristic of Document Category -BSTYP

    I have read through some of the tutorials that you have directed me too and they are very useful, thank you. however there are still a few things that i am not clear about. I am using net beans 5.0 I have placed a text file named Results.txt into the project at the root so the program can view it.
    When I use the code that you provided me with, does it matter where the file is, or will it look through everywhere on the hard drive to find a match?

    Go to easy access u2013 go to favourites u2013 select add other objects - select BSP Applications- then select CRM_BM Application.

    I configured the same way. When I am sending email to an account on the same domain as my SMTP server is the sending of email is successful. But its giving error when I am trying to send an emain to an account which is on different domain. It giving error as "Operation has been cancelled"

    As per SAP help,
    Customizing: User-Independent, Client-Wide Modifications
    While a single user u2013 during a personalization process u2013 can manipulate his or her own settings, an administrator has the option of executing Customizing settings for all users. Technically, this procedure is not different from personalization; both take place at runtime of an application. The difference lies in the range of the settings. In addition, for these global settings an application must run in a special administration session. This is always automatically the case if an application was started in the portal in the preview session. Independently of the portal, you can start an application in the following manner from within the workbench in administration mode:
    Double-click the name of the application in the object list.
    In the Web Dynpro Applications menu in the upper, left-hand corner of the Workbench window, choose  Test  Execute in Admin Mode .
    The configuration mode is passed to an application as the sap-config-mode=X URL parameter.
    Note
    All the adjustments made by the administrator in admin mode are stored as client-specific. Presently no option is available for structuring smaller user groups on an administrative basis. Since cross-client adjustment applies to the respective configuration, the structuring of smaller groups can be implemented currently through the maintenance of different configurations.

  • How do I store images uploaded by end users for each record?

    I am writing an application which requires end users to upload an image for each record they add. There could be thousands of images, and they are exclusive to this app. I use a File Browse item in order to let the user choose an image file to upload.
    But all I have managed to achieve at the moment is storing the full pathname of where the image is on the users machine, which means they can see the images they upload but no-one else can! Obviously not practical. I haven't figured out how to actually upload the images to the server and achieve multi-user access from there.
    My questions are, where is the best place to store these images, in the database or in a folder on the server? And what setups do I, or the DBA, need to do for both of these scenarios in order to save the uploaded images and display them.
    Hopefully someone can give advice, or point me to some documentation explaining this procedure. Thanks in anticipation.

    The file you upload can be found in APEX_APPLICATION_FILES view. If you are want to store the file as BLOB in your table you can use the code similar to:
                 SELECT BLOB_CONTENT, FILENAME, MIME_TYPE
                 INTO    v_blob, v_actual_name, V_MIME_TYPE
                 FROM   APEX_APPLICATION_FILES
                 WHERE name = :P216_FILE;Or directly insert in your table using

    Hi there,
    From what I have read you want a user to access an iView without an account. To do this you need to configure the J2EE engine for an anonymous user access and set the iView property for authentication to anonymous.
    Because the user has no account you have to assign any roles you want to use for permissions to the anonymous user account configured for anonymous access.
    There is documentation on help.sap.com on how to configure anonymous access.
