How To Configure Videos To Expand Stereo On a 6 Channel Audio System?

I Have A 6 Channel Audio System , I know You tube Supports Stereo Only,  but that's not my problem, my problem is that i had just reinstalled my  OS, and now only my Front Speakers works while Playing Videos on You  tube or any other Internet Stream. Please Help.

"DTV box may not have formatted properly" --> I'd suspect something like that too...
FAT32 is limited to file size of 4GB actually (minus one byte).
In my experience you can copy a larger file to a FAT32 volume, let's say a video file, but when the copying process is finished, you notice the size is 4GB, and when you play the video it ends abruptly at this point.
(another limit is limited file name length and limited use of characters in the filename. A slash for instance is not allowed.)
Piero, did you try to connect your flash drive to a windows machine?

  • How to transfer video clips to a computer running a Windows operating system.

    Solved!
    Go to Solution.

    Turn on the computer.
While the camera power is off, connect it to the computer using the supplied USB cable.
Make sure the camera is using a fully charged battery pack or connected to an optional AC power adapter and that it is plugged into a working electrical outlet.
NOTE: Avoid using a battery pack with little remaining charge because transferring may fail or image data might be corrupted if the battery pack shuts down too soon.
Make sure media with the recorded video is inserted in the camera.
    Turn on the camera.
    NOTES:
On the LCD screen, a USB indicator will display during and after the communication session.
If this is the first time the camera has been connected to the computer, the computer should automatically install the appropriate USB driver at this time.
Transfer the pictures or videos to the computer using one of the following methods:
Use the Import pictures and videos option.
In the AutoPlay window, click Import Pictures and videos using Windows.
In the Import Pictures and Videos window, click Import Settings.
In the Import Settings window, click the Browsebutton.
Click to select the location on the computer where you want to copy the movie files (for example My Videos).
    Click the OK button.
In the Import Pictures and Videos dialog box, click the OK button.
    Click the Import button.
Use Picture Motion Browser (PMB) software
Using PMB version 4.3 or older
Using PMB version 5.0 or later
Copy and paste the video files from the Removable Disk window that represents the camera.
Open the My Computer or Computer window on the computer.
In the My Computer or Computer window, double-click the icon that represents the camera.
Click to select the appropriate camera folder that contains the video or picture files you want to transfer.
The DCIMfolder (if available) contains still picture .JPG, or .ARW files and .AVI video files.
The MP_ROOTfolder (if available) contains standard and high-definition .MP4 video files.
The AVCHD folder (if available) contains high-definition .MTS video files.
NOTE: Depending on your camera and the type of footage recorded, not all the files or folders above may be displayed.
On the computer keyboard, press CTRL+C to copy the camera folder and its contents.
Browse to the location on the computer where you want to copy the picture or video files, such as the My Pictures or My Videos folder.
Press CTRL+V to paste the camera folder and its contents into the computer folder you selected in the above step.
    NOTES:
Movie player software must support the MPEG-4 format to playback standard or high definition .MP4 recordings.
Movie player software must support the MPEG-4 AVC/H.264 format to playback high-definition .MTS recordings.
Refer to the developer of your movie player software for information about file format compatibility.
For the video to be viewable in the PMB software, the folder where the videos or pictures were saved must first be registered in the software. Information about how to register folders is available in the PMB Guide in the Help section of the software.

  • How do I get the sound to go to an external audio system?

I am having trouvle getting my sound to go to external audio system from Logic Pro?

You need to put in a bit more information about what you're trying to do, and what sort of equipment you're using.
Are you using some sort of audio interface?  If so, is the driver installed, and is it selected as the Output Device under Preferences/Audio/Devices?  Then check under Preferences/Audio/Output, that you've got the desired output selected for your audio interface.
If you're not using an interface, then you want to select "Built In Output" under Devices, and you should be able to run a cable from the headphone jack to your external audio system.

  • Don't know how to configure wireless card for internet

hi i just move to a new place, and i do not know how to set up my mac for wireless connection. i was given the basic information for the internet to work, and it works for my pc but not on mac. i was given
    Network Name (ESS-ID or SSID)
    WEP Key Type (Encryption type)
    WEP Key Format
    WEP Key
where do i go to fill in these info for internet?
please teach me what i m missing for i m not familiar with network. thank u.

Airport is what Apple's trade name is for 802.11 wireless. If you have wireless in the computer, you have Airport. To see if you have Airport, on your menu bar, go under the  and choose "About This Mac." Click on "More Info." About midway down the list on the left, you'll see "Airport." Click on it. That will tell you whether you are wireless-capable or not.
If you do not have Airport, you will need to tether up to the router directly using an ethernet cable if you want internet access or else upgrade the computer with an Airport Extreme card.
If you do have Airport, on your menu bar, go under the  and choose System Preferences > Network >Show: > Airport>. Click on Network. If "locked," click on the padlock (lower left corner) to authenticate. Once authenticated, click on Show: and choose Airport. Click on Advanced (lower right corner). Click on "+" below "Preferred Networks" window. Answer the questions that you are asked, which will cover those four items (SSID and WEP info).
(Texas Mac Man: that link points to a guide for the Airport Express stand-alone wireless access point using /Applications/Utilities/Airport Utility, not for how to configure your Mac's built-in Airport Extreme card via System Preferences > Network. I could be wrong but I think annie.ryu is wanting information to configure the computer's Airport/Airport Extreme card via Sys Prefs' Network panel)

    Hi Ganesh,
In order to access the Visual Administrator, go to Start > Programs > SAP J2EE Engine > Visual Administrator. After you login, you will see 2 nodes i.e. Dispatcher and Server. Expand the Server node. Then go to "Services" and expand it. Then go all the way down to "TREX Service". Then on the right hand side, go to the property "nameserver.address" where you will key in "tcpip://<nameserver>:<port>". Then hit "Update" and click on the "Save" button. Then when you go to TRex Monitor, you should be able to see the Name Server running. Hope this helps.

  • How to configure an ipod in order to be able to copy on my ipod other pc mu

I would like to know if anyone knows how to configure an ipod video in order to be able to copy on my ipod other computers songs, instead of copying the other computers complete music library. How can i do that? am i just gonna be able to add music from my computer account and not from another pc ??????
    I would appreciate any help.
    Thank you very much.

If you want to connect and use an iPod on more than one computer (For instance you have one at home and maybe a laptop or PC you use at work) you can change the update preference to "manually manage music and videos.

  • Accidently deleted xorg.conf, no clue on how to configure a new one

After moving through Gnome, Cinnamon, XFCE and KDE I decided to try something new. Using compiz, tint2 and cairo-dock instead of a DE.
It worked, to a sense. Resolution was not correct and my two monitors were clones of each other and not individual screens which I obviously prefer. I can't remember configuring the xorg.conf earlier, so I assumed that it auto-generated and found the information itself, so I deleted it and hoped it'd generate by itself with the correct settings. Stupid move by me, as nothing works now. When my computer starts, I'm thrown into tty1 obviously. I can log in and execute commands from there, but the moment I execute the command startx, nothing works. The X server starts up fine and I can see things on the screen (same resolution as before) but I can't type anything, nor move my mouse. This ends up in me having to restart since I can't key combo into another tty to kill the X server either. I've checked the wiki regarding the xorg.conf and how to configure it, but I'm really at loss. My head is grinding just reading it, I don't really understand how to proceed.

Configuring and maintaining the X server is most likely my weakest link when it comes to linux, haha

Anyway, reinstalling xorg-server fixed the issue with my keyboard and mouse. Not sure if this is the right place to ask considering the original issue have been solved, but how do I get my dual monitor setup to work correctly? I know that the wiki page says how, but it sort of confuses me. Am I supposed to write that down twice?
Are you supposed to write what down twice?
Please don't expect somebody to step you through this. The wiki tells you what you need. Of course, if something is confusing, please ask. Tell us what is confusing and why, but you need to start by trying to understand it and letting us know where you get lost. Apart from anything else, this may enable somebody to edit the wiki to make it less confusing for future readers. (That person might even be you.)
In any case, I have no idea what 'that' refers to.
Sorry for being unclear, I was referring to this part of the wiki page.

    Edit
Thanks a bunch for the help guys! Finally got the resolution straight and my monitors to behave correctly, thanks to what you wrote Skottish. Really need to get a better understanding of how Xorg works, haha.

  • How to acquire video from 3s vision IP camera

I was wondering if someone could tell me how to configure the vision acquisition, so I can acquire video from an IP Camera (3S vision IP Camera)?
I tried to use an IP camera dapter, but that didn't work. I currently can only acquire video from my webcam.
Can someone please help me out?
    Thanks in advance!

    Hi Nando88,
National Instruments only supports Basler and Axis IP Cameras as part of NI-IMAQdx. There is an IP Camera Adapter which emulates the functionality of a USB webcam. I assume this is the IP Camera Adapter you are referring to in your post. This adpater is not oficially supported by National Instruments and does not work very well for all IP Cameras. This adpater will help you stream video from your camera directly to LabVIEW, like in this example. If you want to acquire separte images you will need to use property nodes to take a screen capture, save that to an image file and then open that file as an IMAQ image. You have to go through all these steps because that IP camera is not supported by the NI-IMAQdx driver.
    I hope this helps.
    Cheers
