How to get data from UPK to iLearning? When user finished 'know it' mode,the result and score he had made need to be transmited to ilearning. It's very urgent. Could you pls give me the answer? Tks a lot.

UPK and PeopleBooks

Team,
How to integrate UPK and PeopleBooks on HRMS 9.1 and PT 8.52.04, So that both can be used as context-sensitive help in PeopleSoft.
I've heard it can, but how is it done?
Also, like to know from below which i have to download and installed

You can integrate UPK in PeopleSoft in two (Vanilla) ways
- overriding the Help link
- Using Related Content
Since you want to use both, I would say keep the PeopleBooks on the Help link and set the UPK content via Related Content

HOW to install UPK

Dear All,
We have Oracle applications R12 and we want to install UPK. For that i have some doubts, could any one please clarify.
1). Does UPK has to be installed in clinet/Server arch.
2). Can we install UPK on any personal machine.
3). Can we modify the seeded documents, videos as per the business req. If yes how can we do it. If we can not modify how can we cr8 a new 1.
4). What is the diff between UPK and UPK professional. [Is it only that UPK profesional contains Knowledge Pathway.
5). In case of client/server arch. do we need to installa db on each clinet.
6). How to install UPK.

Under this i have chosen "IN Application Support SDK". here i didnot see any instalable file only some play file which is not useful for me to do POC.

What are the steps to upload zipped LMS output from UPK into iLearning?

The zipped output from UPK contains a few folders within the zip file itself before you get to the area within the zip where the imsmanifest.xml file is. You need to repackage the zip so that the imsmanifest.xml and related .xsd files are at the "root" of the zip file, rather than in a directory within the zip.
So basic steps are as follows:
1. Extract the zip file locally to your hard drive.
2. Navigate down the newly created folder structure until you see the imsmanifest.xml file.
3. Add/replace the .xsd files in this location with the iLearning specific XSD files that you can get on metalink
4. Select all the files in this directory (including the folders in this directory like "audio", "certificate", "help", "images" etc), then right click and add to a new zip file. This will ensure that the new zip file contains the imsmanifest.xml and related xsd files at the root of the zip file rather than buried in a folder.
5. Import as SCORM 1.2 in iLearning and off you go.

The guts of my computer were rearranged and I got a new main hard drive. My old one is still in there and I can get stuff from it, but when I go to the Mozilla folder on the old one, I can't figure out if there's anything I can do to get all my bookmarks from that drive to my new one, where Firefox is newly installed.

If you open Firefox then Firefox will always use the default profile folder as found via profiles.ini on your system drive.
You either need to import the file in your current default profile or copy the file to your current profile folder while Firefox is closed.
Firefox 3 stores the bookmarks and the browser history in [http://kb.mozillazine.org/places.sqlite places.sqlite] and no longer creates an HTML backup by default.
There are also (five) JSON backups in the bookmarkbackups folder within the Firefox profile folder.
You can either copy the file places.sqlite to your [http://kb.mozillazine.org/Profile_folder_-_Firefox Firefox Profile Folder] or import the most recent JSON backup from the bookmarkbackups folder of that old profile.

You installed the "DownLite" trojan, perhaps under a different name. Remove it as follows.
Malware is constantly changing to get around the defenses against it. The instructions in this comment are valid as of now, as far as I know. They won't necessarily be valid in the future. Anyone finding this comment a few days or more after it was posted should look for more recent discussions or start a new one.
Back up all data.
Triple-click anywhere in the line below on this page to select it:

Right-click or control-click the line and select
Services ▹ Reveal in Finder (or just Reveal)

How to set-up and use FAMILY Sharing

Can someone please explain to me in detail how to set-up and use FAMILY Sharing, none of the information I have so far found in the documentation helps at all, in fact it puts you in a constant loop giving the same information over and over again
We have quite a few devices from ipads, iphones and ipods and I need to set-up Family Sharing.
We have our main Apple ID which is linked to our Payment method, I have now got my son a new iPad, I have created his Apple ID and set-up a link via FAMILY Sharing to our main Apple ID.
From what I read we should be able to share our purchased Apps between family members.
So I figured I would be able to get the Apps now via iTunes that are part of the FAMILY Sharing, however when I go into ITunes (latest version downloaded yesterday) I can only see the Home sharing menu item not FAMILY Sharing, so I cannot work out in Itunes how to get Apps that are FAMILY shared. So ok I will try and get Apps directly via the Ipad using the App Store. To test it is working I look for a known paid for App, I then go to download it and it is now asking me to pay for it again.
Can someone please explain to me in detail how FAMILY Sharing is supposed to work and how I get it to work please.

Of course your password shouldn't work on a different Apple ID. This can happen for many reasons, no worries, just sign out back back in using your own ID.
