How to construct a shortcut to a topic for distribution?

I find that if I "copy shortcut" of a topic in the browser (IE), the resulting shortcut looks like this:

When I then use this URL on our intranet, it does find the correct topic, however the Window is not correct. Specifically, it is using the correct skin but it displays buttons in the toolbar that are NOT selected in the window properties. For example, I do not have "Glossary" selected, but it gives me the glassary button anyway.
However if the help system is opened via the standard URL which opens the first topic, the window is properly configured, and I assume this is because the string that opens the help system includes the name of the Window.
Is there a way to insert the Window name in a copied topic shortcut so that if a user enters a topic directly (without opening the helpfile using the standard URL) they will see the correctly confugured toolbar?

Is this method available if I am not using application-based CSH?
We publish via WebHelp Pro but there is no associated application CSH. The users access the WebHelp content directly through the browser (IE) rather than through a program interface.
Most users, most of the time, will access the WebHelp by opening the default landing page and then use hyperlinks or the TOC from there to locate a particular topic page. However, as an alternative we often want to provide a direct link to a page that may be 2, or three levels down the tree.
If we give them just the URL for that page, they get the page without the navigation pane. Our preference is that the navigation pane (and the Search buttons, etc.) always open together with the page.
In the RH9 documentation I have not found any guidance on how to construct a URL that activates the frameset except by going in via the default start page.

Near the right-end of the address bar is a white star which can be difficult to see, but look closely. When you wish to bookmark a shortcut to the toolbar, double click the star. A window will open with the name of the webpage. Under that is the folder box which will probably read 'Unsorted Bookmarks'. Click the drop down arrow and change it to 'Bookmarks Toolbar' then click done.
I have several folders on my toolbar such as Music, Mail, etc. in which I add multiple websites. If you wish to add a folder, click the second drop down arrow next to 'Bookmark Toolbar' and click 'New Folder' and give it a name.
To add a bookmark to a folder, again double click the star, make sure you are in Bookmark Toolbar and click one of the two drop down arrows to find the name of the folder.
For other bookmarks use Bookmark Menu. Whatever is added here can be accessed by Bookmarks on the Menu Bar. If your Menu Bar with Bookmark, File, View, etc. is not visible, click the Alt key and they will become visible. To keep the Menu Bar, click View, Toolbars and check Menu Bar.

I seems to have a little bit of a problem.
I have a text file, generated by the javap -c <class_name> command,
i.e.:
javap -c myClass > myClass.txt
This myClass.txt is the input I've got. I do not have the myClass.class, from which it was generated.
What I wish to do, is to generate, from this text file, a leagal, runnable, class file (i.e., myClass.class).
But, I have problems understanding how to construct the constant pool array.
I have read the VM spec (java.sun.com/docs/books/vmspec/2nd-edition/html/ClassFile.doc.html).
The thing is, that it does not explain how to extract the needed information from the text file.
Can someone assist?

I assume #7 refers to the location within the constant pool, and the text description tells you that it's an item of type method, and gives you the method name. So for all arguments expressed in this form, you'll need to reconstruct a constant pool item.

I updated via my iPhone 4s. The apps were on my iPhone 4s. That's all the information that I have. The update to ios7 seems to have gone smoothly - everything else is working, phone texting, email, internet, etc. But all of the apps I had installed over the past year are no longer showing up as shortcuts. No facebook, no twitter, no espn, etc. They are all still listed in my app store as purchased, but the shortcuts and my folders are gone. Thanks.

Well, if it's forms 10g, you can simply add the URL in your favourites and open it by selecting it from favourites menu of internet explorer.

When JWS sets a shortcut on the desktop for the app that I wrote, it just uses the Java cup icon. How can I get it to use my icon instead?

I already have a line reading <icon href="yellow_aw.png"/> in my information tag, and the icon is the Java cup. I thought that the <icon href="yellow_aw.png"/> tag only specifies the icon that is displayed in the JavaWebStart start-up screen.
Any other ideas?

How do I set up audiences with topics?

I want to create my help so that there is a drop-down choice for each job role, and when the person clicks on their role in the drop-down, just the help relevant to them displays.
I'm very confused by the terminology and options. I created a conditional build tag for each role. I have my TOC with books and topics within them. I tried using right-click on the topic --> Apply Conditional Build Tag to try to restrict that topic to the audiences I specified. When I did that, the topic displayed for all audiences. I also tried going into the Topic List and using Properties --> Topic-Level Tags to select audiences that way. It still displayed the topic for all audiences.
I'm generating using WebHelp, and I see in the WebHelp menu there are Content Categories. I have each of my roles set up there, and I see that there is a Conditional Build Expression field, and I'm not sure if I'm supposed to be doing something with that.
I know there must be a simple way to do this, but I'm just not understanding the Help file.

There are numerous ways of setting up the content and TOC for each role. You can do it from one TOC and use tagging or you can use multiple TOCs but most likely you will need both. The output will contain a webhelp for each role so be aware of the size implications. Also check the outputs for topics that you didn't intend to be in a particular one.
The fact that you have chosen to only allow topics in a TOC does not mean they are the only ones in that category. Say you did not want Topic 110 in an output but Topic 109 has a link to it, Topic 110 will be included and findable in a search. Look at what is in each category via Windows Explorer.
You will likely need a combination of TOCs and tagging to achieve your objective. The Location layout is the one to study, the skinned one is for use with a script that creates skinned CHMs from a webhelp output. I'm not sure how you are concluding tagging was not used when you go on to say the layout had AND NOT statements. That is the build expression that is using the tags.

You can achieve what you want but you need to check it very carefully before you demo it.

I'm giving XFCE a try lately after all of the changes I'm seeing, I'm trying to add a new shortcut to ease some tasks but I don't have a clue on how to do it.
I go to Settings -> Keyboard and there to "Application shortcuts". Then I select to add a new one and point to the script I want to run, but I don't have a clue on how to select the shortcut. I've tried pressing the keys I want to bind, but no way.

It is the next screen Pick the command, click OK. It then throws up a box telling you to press the key combination. It will show as you push meta, shift and control modifiers. When you hit a character that generates a keystroke, it saves it, along with the modifiers.
