How to contact Adobe support to reset the key since my old computer is dead and cannot deactivate the key before installation
I cannot deactivate the key on a dead machine, how can I check with the support team (on key resetting)?
Oh I chatted and when she found out it was CS 5 this is what she said.......

Have your serial number or Adobe ID ready, and then contact us.
Now the "Contact us" part is the tricky thing. I am going on 5 hours trying.

How do i change sync, my old computer is dead and gone but my ipad wants to sync with it?
in general, settings, itunes wi-fi sync, my ipad wants to sync with my old computer called "old computer" and sync will resume when "old Computer" is available, unfortunatly "old computer" had a mother board failer and has passed away. How can i change this setting on my ipad its driving me nuts?

That's it. I need my bookmarks. But that computer is never going to connect to the internet again. Remember when we didn't assume interconnectivity of every damn thing? This is how the cyclons are going to win.

If it won't boot up, you might be able to install the old hard drive into a USB hard drive enclosure and connect the old drive as an external drive. -

I had purchased CS5 in 2011, old computer is dead and need to re-upload all the programs from CS5.
I am trying to download all the programs that came with my original purchase of CS5. However all I seem to be able to get is Illustrator ?
No Flash, Dreamweaver, fireworks or others that I could swear were included as part of this CS package.help
Any help even if it is telling me I am an idiot and CS5 did not include all those programs. It was $500 at the timeWhatever you purchased in 2011 is what you will be able to download and install and activate. If you purchased a Creative Suite then you need to download the Creative Suite, not individual programs. If you don't know what you purchased, then it should be identified in your Adobe account online. Here is a link to the download files that are available for CS5:

I Have a new mac book pro with OS X 10.9.5 and now my CS4 is Not Working anymore. It tells me to Contact Adobe Support regarding the licence - but that Seems impossible. Any idea how to solve this?

I was at 30% on the arvato downloader and it messed up, suddenly sent a error message and said "download canot continue, plese contact adobe support" I have been sitting here for 2 hours dowloading. I am upset. I didnt pay over 100 bucs not to be able to use it. I have customers waiting!! what do I do???

KarlGood luck with contacting Adobe. I am trying also and just get into an endless loop of frustration and increasing rage. Adobe appears to have walled itself off and left the voluntary community to solve our (actually Adobe's) problems. Deja vu from the old days of trying to deal with Quark and look what happened to them...
