How to contact Apple about Student Scholarship...

Hello. Does anyone know how to contact Apple? I've looked all over the site but can't find it. I can only find contact information for products and services. I would like to enter this contest: http://www.apple.com/education/students/scholars/
The questions I have is that what if I don't have the SAT results and or never took the SAT? It says it's required in the application. On the application it also asks for a rank. In my school, they don't give ranks. What should I put on the two (SAT & Rank) fields?
Thanks everyone. I really hope I qualify. I really like Apple know and especially the Macs (sorry, I'm a newbie). Although I never used them but from what I've read, they really seem to be the system for a developer. And that's what I want to become someday, a developer. Thanks.

A lot of schools don't rank their students, and there are several highly ranked prep schools that I'm aware of that don't issue grades to students, either; but, it is a very rare college that admits students without having taken the SAT and/or ACT. If you have no class ranking and no SAT score, then I would think it will be very difficult for you to compete with students who are able to supply these numbers.
Additionally, the rules state several times that the application must be completed in its entirety. If you are unable to complete the application in its entirety, then you will not qualify for one of these scholarships:
How to Enter
In order to enter, Applicants must complete the application found at www.apple.com/students/scholars in its entirety, must comply with the eligibility requirements and execute the Affirmation of Eligibility, Ownership of Submission, and Release and Compliance Statement (“Affirmation”). The Application must be completed in English and must be received on or before 11:59 p.m. PDT on Tuesday, May 30, 2006. Only complete entries will be considered. Applicants must answer each of the questions posted in the Application form available and submit their application online at the above URL. Applications can also be submitted via postal mail by printing the form and sending it to Apple Scholars Program, 1 Infinite Loop MS 43-2EDU, Cupertino, CA, 95014. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, delayed, or misdirected Applications. Applications that are not received by May 30, 2006, for whatever reason, will be disqualified. No exceptions will be made. Altered, mutilated, or illegible Applications will be disqualified.

  • I don't know how to contact Apple about flaw in Applecare abroad

    Apple has no e-mail contact, and one of their authorized re-sellers that does customer care in Thailand has acted outlandishly unprofessional. One of their technicians refused to take my Macbook Pro still under Apple Care and have it tested at the service center. He had misdiagnosed the problem, and claimed the computer had something spilled on it and that had fried it.
    I had brought it in a week before because of kernel panic issues, and constantly starting in recovery mode, and doing repair permissions. This then continued until it barely will start. Now I can start in recovery mode still, but it just freaks out fast. How in the world this guy decided this was a hardware problem is beyond me? But Apple needs to be notified when an authorized re-seller has staff behaving like this, but there's no email contact?
    I can't really do 800 numbers from Bangkok on Skype, and don't really want to pay for it. However, I do want to report this kind of behaviour, which is not acceptable. Any help or advice?

    I've had an app giving me problems for at least a month now.
    I've emailed the developer no less than 3 times about the issue and haven't heard back from them at all.
    I believe I've done my due diligence on this matter and would like to contact Apple about this.
    Does anyone know how to contact Apple about an app developer?
    I've had no luck contacting them so I'm hoping that if I contact Apple then THAT might get their attention.

  • Is there a way to contact apple about terrible service at one of their stores?

    I recently spent 3 different days and over 4 hours at an apple store in order to swap a defective product.  I was hoping to contact apple in some form to complain about how awful the customer service was at that particular store.  I have a lot of apple products and enjoy the often spectacular customer service.  However, I want to voice my displeasure about this particular store.  I was wondering how I would be able to contact apple about the store. 

    If you call AppleCare, they can log a complaint about any aspect of Apple's Business in the system for review by senior management. If you log a complaint about service provided at an Apple Retail Store, it will be reviewed by AppleCare Senior Management and forwarded to the appropriate area or regional manager for review... or so I have been told!

    I've already changed my password and even my apple id, however I was wondering how to contact Apple in order to get the orders reversed? The person who hijacked my account obviously knew my password, but they also ordered about $150 in movies and songs which I don't even like. I've called my bank in order to reverse the transactions, but I was wondering if it were possible to contact Apple iTunes via Phone in order to solve this issue?

    If you don't have a rescue email address (you won't be able to add one until you can answer 2 of your questions) then you will need to contact iTunes Support / Apple to get the questions reset.

  • Where to get free OS 9 Installation CD & How to contact Apple without a pho

    I am new users...your patience and help is appreciated.
    Two issues :
    Issue 1)
    Trying work with foreign languages (both view and enter). Actually, view seems to work fine...enter is the hard part. Having a little trouble setting it up on a Macbook with OS 10.5. I found two articles on the apple support site. One for 10.0 and one for 10.2. Nothing (help, support, tips, etc.) for 10.5.
    The article for 10.0 (which I assume is not all that different, being unix based, than 10.5)....well, that article says that I need the OS 9 installation CD. It clearly says that OS 10 will not work without some components from that CD (see second to last sentence in Note 1).

    Also, note that the article is titled for 10.1 but list products affected as 10.0.
    Anyhow, where can I get the CD? Hope I do not have to buy it...

    Well, I decide to contact apple about this (looked at the support contact page).
    I was suprised to learn they only accept emails if you have a problem with iTunes or Apple Photo ("Email support is available for *iTunes Store* and *Apple Photo Services* only.") (their bold fonts, not mine). Online support (request through a web form) is only available to request a repair or replacement part. They have live chat...but only for Mobile Me and iTunes.
    Why do you think the refuse to let people who buy their computers contact them electronically?
    Seems difficut to get in touch with them if you own a Macbook. Any suggestions? A phone call may work, but would like to document the issue for them and for my history. I guess they don't want a written record of people's issues? (sounds sarcastic...but really...no emails unless it is about music or pictures?)
    Well, I hope the machine will be a good fit in the long run.
    Any help with either of these is appreciated.

    would need to call the carrier of the iPhone 4.  Whoever sold it to you would need to complete the contract or is no longer on contract.

    Warranty and support is only valid in the country of origin, or in the case of a device purchased in an EU country, only in an EU country.
    Unless you will be visiting an Apple store in one of the EU countries before the warranty expires, you are pretty much out of luck.
    FYI, the Contact Us link at the bottom of the page provides the appropriate contact information for Apple.
