I have forgotten the answers to my security questions? How do I contact apple account security team via email?
If you have a rescue email address (which is not the same thing as an alternate email address) set up on your account then the steps half-way down this page should let you reset them : http://support.apple.com/kb/HT5312
If you don't have a rescue email address (you won't be able to add one until you can answer 2 of your questions) then you will need to contact iTunes Support / Apple to get the questions reset.

When they've been reset (and if you don't already have a rescue email address) you can then use the steps half-way down the HT5312 link above to add a rescue email address for potential future use

These are some simple steps which might help in contacting the Account Security team when required. You can follow the same :
STEP 1 : Follow the link : Apple ID: Contacting Apple for help with Apple ID account security. The webpage will look as shown below. You would need to click on "Start your support request" if available, or use the phone number to contact the corresponding team for the respective country.
STEP 2 : After being redirected to the new page, you need to click on the option "Forgotten Apple ID Security Questions".
STEP 3: An option will show up and you will need to click on the blue "CONTINUE" box in order to proceed.
STEP 4 : You will be redirected to a new webpage, which will have the options, "Talk to Apple Support now", "Schedule a Call" and "Call Apple Support later". You can choose any one of the options suitable to your timeframe.
STEP 5 : On Selecting "Talk to Apple Support Now", you will be asked to fill out the details as shown below :
STEP 6 : If you select "Schedule a Call", you will be presented with slots of Day and Time which might be suitable for you get a callback from our Account Security Team.

Account Hijacked - How to Contact Apple?
Hello,
I've already changed my password and even my apple id, however I was wondering how to contact Apple in order to get the orders reversed? The person who hijacked my account obviously knew my password, but they also ordered about $150 in movies and songs which I don't even like. I've called my bank in order to reverse the transactions, but I was wondering if it were possible to contact Apple iTunes via Phone in order to solve this issue?

How to contact Apple via email?
Hi,
I am in Cape Town, South Africa, and need to contact Apple in the US, or, specifically, the SOHO Apple Store in NY, via email. For the life of me I am unable to find any way to do so on the internet! There are phone numbers, but with the huge time difference and the horrendous cost of trans-Atlantic phone calls from this country, that is not a viable option - I just want to email someone!
Can anyone please let me know of an email address I can use?

You need to ask Apple to reset your security questions; ways of contacting them include phoning AppleCare and asking for the Account Security team, clicking here and picking a method for your country, and filling out and submitting this form.
They wouldn't be security questions if they could be bypassed without Apple verifying your identity.

Cause I want to buy some application in APP store, but for the first purchase, I have to answer two security question although I remember the password.

On your browser, whether Safari, Google Chrome or otherwise, navigate tohttps://appleid.apple.com.
Once here click Manage your Apple ID button and sign into your iCloud account. Here, on the left side select Password and Security and this will list options on the right side. You should be able to see an option to reset your security questions.

If you cannot see or reset your security question, or even obtaining an error, then you would have to contact Apple directly: http://support.apple.com/kb/HE57. Here you would explain the issue, transfer you to an Account Security Agent who will be able to veritfy your identity and assist you in the resetting of you security questions. -

You might try to see if you can change your security questions. Start here, change your country if necessary and go tomanage your account > Password and Security.
I'm able to do this, others say they need to input answers to their current security questions in order to make changes, I'm inclined to think its worth a try, you don't have anything to lose.
If that doesn't help you might try contacting Apple through Express Lane (select your country, navigate to iCloud help and enter the serial number of one of your devices)
