How to contact Apple via email?
Hi,
I am in Cape Town, South Africa, and need to contact Apple in the US, or, specifically, the SOHO Apple Store in NY, via email. For the life of me I am unable to find any way to do so on the internet! There are phone numbers, but with the huge time difference and the horrendous cost of trans-Atlantic phone calls from this country, that is not a viable option - I just want to email someone!
Can anyone please let me know of an email address I can use?

You'll have to wait in the phone queue. The problem may be in the drive itself, not the disk, so they'll want to talk with you before deciding what to do. You can also take the Mac to an Apple Store, if you have one in your area.

My ipod takes a TV show (all bought in Itunes store, tv shows still are in my I tunes) off when I add one on, I lost 3 shows so far...

So i forgot the security questions to my apple id and my grandma gave me an itunes gift card last christmas. I already scheduled a phone appointment but i dont have the time to be on the phone to change or reset those security questions. thats why i need to contact you via email.

I don't think there are any easy ways to contact Apple through email. They usually require you to call them, and to be honest, their service is excellent so that might be your best bet anyway.

How do you contact Apple by email to report one of their pre-installed iPad Apps (ie Calender) is not working properly?
On trying to open month of March 2013 the pre-installed calendar just shuts down and closes. Have tried restarting iPad but this didn't help and because its a pre-installed App am unable to re-install it. Is this a universal problem or just affecting me? Tried searching for support in both App Store and on Apple site and can't see how to report this.Feedback

Account Hijacked - How to Contact Apple?
Hello,
I've already changed my password and even my apple id, however I was wondering how to contact Apple in order to get the orders reversed? The person who hijacked my account obviously knew my password, but they also ordered about $150 in movies and songs which I don't even like. I've called my bank in order to reverse the transactions, but I was wondering if it were possible to contact Apple iTunes via Phone in order to solve this issue?

AndrewIf you have a rescue email address (which is not the same thing as an alternate email address) set up on your account then the steps half-way down this page should let you reset them : http://support.apple.com/kb/HT5312
If you don't have a rescue email address (you won't be able to add one until you can answer 2 of your questions) then you will need to contact iTunes Support / Apple to get the questions reset.

When they've been reset (and if you don't already have a rescue email address) you can then use the steps half-way down the HT5312 link above to add a rescue email address for potential future use -
I have forgotten my security questions and cannot purchase apps. My rescue email was entered with an error .me instead of .mw so I can't reset my account. Is there a way to contact support via email ? as I can't receive a call.

Contacting skype via email regarding payment issue
I would like someone to contact me via email regarding the following issue:
I received a notification my account with Skype has been canceled. I surmise that for some reason or another Citibank has not been sending payment via electronic payment per my contract with SKYPE.
I have contacted Citibank just now via email, sending then the following message.
(please email me back with your contact phone numbers so I can resolve this unfortunate incident or issue which I have first heard about an hour ago via an email to me from SKYPE)
Received this from your accounting operations.
Something wrong here as the payments are suppose to be make automatically when they g3et near the ten dollar mark.
I have not been following payment as it has been done automatically-and this is the first notification.
How can this be? This amount shown is very strange and very incredulous to be this high unless Citibank Guam Visa has been not paying the amounts when charged by SKYPE.
Obviously if this is true, for about the past five or so months by my estimate this has been happening.
What is perplexing is that the credit card is still good and ca not understand how it was’t paid.
Could you send me the past 2012 payments so I can see what has been going on?
I will send this on to Citibank as an inquiry.
Anyway, I do not want to cancel my SKYPE account.

Why are 3D objects a different colour when previewed on iPad?
I'm testing a simple 3D cube in the 3D widget and the colour of the .dae file is a dark blue. In iBooks Author on my mac it displays properly but when I preview it on the iPad the blue turns turquoise and it horribly inaccurate. Is this an issue anyb
