I have to contact Hong Kong Apple Store regarding Case Program. However, all lines are busy day by day and hour by hour even I have been waiting for over 1 hour in their phone system without contacting their staff. I have tried the following lines:

Any other contacting channels?
How come their customers cannot contact them?

I'm having the same problem. I have lodged an order for iMac and submitted my credit card details for Citibank installments approval. After wait for 2 weeks, there is none responses. I don't know if my application is successful or cancelled. Furthermore, the student offer of giving out FREE ipod touch is over, there's no way I can get an answer.

You may also be able to access https://store.apple.com/ in Safari, log into your account, and review recent purchases (and cancel any that haven't shipped yet).

I have an Hong kong apple account. Now I'm in Canada, and I bought a song on iTune store. It was downloaded to my iCloud but I can't get that song from iCloud to my Mac.. Why is that so?? Is that related to the regions I am staying right now?

Try signing out of your iTunes account and deauthorize. Once that is done sign in and Authorize the computer to see if that resolves the issue. If it still doing the same thing, then check out the second article to troubleshoot access to the iTunes Store.

Will the Hong Kong iTunes store movie selection be expanded and will TV shows be made available?
This is a determining factor as to whether I will buy an Apple TV.
So far the movie selection is around 150 only with no TV shows available. Having said that the HD playback is flawless!

We're all just fellow users here and as such have no information as to where Apple's negotiations with the HK movie and TV show owners might stand. It's totally up to those owners, and even in the US, the content owners have been reluctant. We'll all just have to wait and see.

iPhones purchased from the online Apple Store in Australia will be unlocked. To the best of my knowledge, unlocked iPhone are not available from the physical Apple Stores at this time, though you can call the Apple Store in Melbourne and inquire.
Note that the warranty on iPhones is not international, so if you purchase an iPhone in Australia and it needs service, you would have to ship the iPhone to someone in Australia to take or send to Apple for service and then ship it back to you.

In order to use the Australian Store you will need either a bank card from an Aussie bank with a verifiable Aussie billing address or you will need to redeem an Aussie iTunes Gift card.
Launch iTunes and go to the iTunes Store
Click on “Account” and log in, under “Apple ID Summary” choose “Change Country or Region”
Select the new country as desired

You are not addressing Apple here - this is a technical forum and we are all other users here.
You should also not post private info in an open forum - it is too dangerous - I've asked the hosts to remove the financial info and your email address. Anyone on this forum will reply to this thread - no need for an email address.
As for the activity: please call your credit card company immediately to report and question the activity. They can get in touch with the vendor (Apple). Calling the police will not be very helpful.
