How to contact iTunes about an error in the store?
Hi,
So some of my favorite record labels (The Third Movement, r_AW, TYPE, etc.) have been recently added to iTunes. The problem is: a lot of the artists on these labels can't be found by searching their name, but I can find songs by these artists by finding OTHER albums that have songs by them (I know this is hard to understand).
For example: there are two artists called Rude Awakening. One is a rock band, and one is the new addition on the Third Movement label. They are grouped together as the same artist.
I was just wondering if there were a way to contact the people at the iTunes store to straighten this out, because it's extremely difficult to find the artists and albums I'm looking for!
Contact the iTunes Music Store customer support department through the form at the bottom of this web page and explain the problem to them.

I downloaded Itunes and keep getting a runtime error R6034 and was told to contact Itunes about problem/
First try updating to iTunes 11.1.5.5, using an installer downloaded from the Apple website:

If you still get the errors after that, try the following user tip:
Troubleshooting issues with iTunes for Windows updates -
Trying to download iTunes 64-bit version on my new Windows 7 PC. Getting the error 'could not locate "%APPDATA%". How do I get past this error? The software doesn't install. Appreciate if someone in the forum can help.
The backup and restore from the iCloud was a little unnerving since the restore erased all information from the iPod. The iCloud backup and restore took a long time, but worked. I was very grateful.
Trying again to backup to iTunes locally proved to be the same challenging problem. The same backup to corrupt file was the message. The status bar showing backup seemed to move faster to start, but then slowed to a creep toward the end before the error.
When trying to restore a backup in iTunes, the "Restore" button is grayed out since it is looking for a local copy. Any restore would need to be from the iCloud which already worked but isn't the final solution.
Your suggestions were good, I am just in the same boat. Any thoughts about doing the following?
1) creating a cloud backup
2) resetting the iPod to factory defaults
3) removing all traces of iTunes from my computer and
4) installing iTunes and setting up iPod from scratch.
This is the next thing on my list. -
I have purchased 2 films from iTunes that I can not load any ideas on how to contact iTunes as I have paid for them but have been unable to watch as box comes up with can not load movie on one film and other film screen just keeps reversing back to original screen when you try to play it??? Be grateful for any help please.
I don't think there will be a solution to this. Exchange 2003 just isn't supported.

I cannot open itunes. Getting error message: "the file iTunes library.itl cannot be read because it was created by a newer version of iTunes"
What do I need to do so I dont lose all my loaded music, etc.?
ThanksIf you still have an issue you may have to see about using the iTunes version (application) included with Snow Leopard 10.6 from the installer or an another one if available online, and see if that will install.
Sometimes you may have uninstall the bits left in your system by the earlier (or later) iTunes installers; as they all leave a trace and these can stop a different version of iTunes from being installed.
Not sure if the following site/link will tell the method...
•Apple - Support - iTunes - install & update:

Can somebody help me in finding a solution or an explanation to the problem I am currently experiencing as well as others wherein we cannot connect to the iTunes store. An error message appears and either says "iTunes could not connect to the store. An unknown error occurred (0x80096004). Make sure your network connection is active and try again" or "iTunes could not connect to the store.Make sure your network connection is active and try again." Despite the fact that my network connection is working quite fine, this problem still persists. I can say that my connection is fine because I can surf the internet and furthermore, I used to connect to the iTunes store just before this incident happened which started from April 17, 2014 and persists until today. I tried to solve the problem by following the troubleshoot procedures given in the support section of this site but it really did not solve the problem. I believe that others are experiencing this situation as well very similar to mine when it comes to the time of occurrence as I have read in the discussions in this site. Even though we have different network connections, operating systems and other specifications, we still experience the same problem, so is there really a problem with our computers or is it with the iTunes? And by the way, my computer works under Windows XP. Thanks a lot. God bless.
Try this...
Triple click anywhere in the line below to select it and press Ctrl+C to copy it.
cmd /k netsh winsock reset
Press the WinLogoKey+R to open the run dialog, then Ctrl+V to paste, then press enter/return.
You should get something similar to this:
Reboot the computer and the problem should be resolved.
If it doesn't work then perhaps a full tear down and rebuild of iTunes will fix things. See Troubleshooting issues with iTunes for Windows updates for details.

I cannot open my itunes, I keep getting message, saying Itunes exe-system error. The progam can't start because SVCR80.dll is missing from your computer.?
Click here and follow the instructions. You may need to completely remove and reinstall iTunes and all related components, or run the process multiple times; this won't normally affect its library, but that should be backed up anyway.
