How to contact support for 3yr nbd intl. warranty? (Uk)
I got no info when I bought 3yr nbd intl. warranty I bought online at same time as w520. The only number I can find on web is for "standard" support is 08705-500-900 which is 9-6 m-f. Is there any weekend or ooh phone support?
I'm not sure how Gibraltar would work for service. It is a long way for service centers in other parts of UK. I would call the number you have first, but they might tell you do deal with somewhere physically closer, like Spain or Morocco. I just don't know. Here is the list of phone numbers. I have an issue wherein Apple is sending email to an address that is not associated with the account in any way. It used to be, but I deleted the address from the alternate emails list, where it used to reside. So, when I send a request for a password reset, the email goes off to the former alternate address, instead of the primary.

I tried that link. That page has a link to contact Apple ID support. However, that link goes back to a page of products, where Apple ID Support is listed as the link you post. It's a circle with no end.
I will try AppleCare in the morning though (they appear to be closed for the day). -

I upgraded my Icloud storage yesterday by 10GB, but one day later realize I did not need to do so. The apple advice is to cancel within 15 days for a refund, but does not tell you how to do so. Anyone know how to contact apple for this purpose?

Just updated my system to 10.6.8 and now cant log into the App Store.
I get "No GUID is available. Contact Support for assistance."
Tried all the deleting of network interfaces, plist files and still cant log into App Store.
This is really annoying and now i obviously cant update to Lion when it comes out.
PLEASE, anyone with any ideas on how to fix this error.
NOTE: I can still log into and download through iTunes.I wouldn't think any of the things you tried were related to the problem, but that does rule out the network.
Any weird problems like that after an update and I download and install the update combo.
The combo update contains all of the patches since 10.6, so if anything was missed previously, it should get fixed by the combo.
Although less likely, I have seen running the combo update after having used the combo update initially sometimes fixes things.
If that doesn't work, contact the App Store Support. I'm not sure what is missing, but it's telling you to contact them. Having read that a few times now, maybe start with them. It might be something wrong with your account, not the computer. -

I'm trying to update my Photoshop CS5, but continue to receive the same problem every time. The application manager update dialogue box simply states "some updates failed to install." There's no specific error code, but a link to contact support for further assistance. It doesn't take me to customer support, but does take me to a screen which states. "Error "This serial number is not for a qualifying product." I've checked my account and the product serial number is associated with my account., so I don't see any problem. I have not been able to find a resolution to this problem, so I hope that someone can point me in the right direction. Thank you!

I have downloaded the workspace containing the sample application from the address you provided. I have done the following changes to the application:
1. Created AdcsResourceBundle_fo.java in the same package as AdcsResourceBundle.java
2. Configured locale in faces-config.xml

Test scenario:

When the page is run, the 'Splash' image and 'Loading..' remains on the browser window and nothing else happens. And again, no messages in the server log.
Is there anything else that needs to be configured?

How do I contact support for ProDAD Mercalli?
I am evaluating Premiere Pro CS5.5 on Mac OS X & downloaded the demo version of the stablisation plug-in ProDAD Mercalli V2 & was so impressed that I paid $249 for the standalone & plugin versions for Windows & Mac. As it turns out there is no standalone version for Mac but that is by the by. The very big problem that I have is that I cannot unlock the demo version that puts a pink cross on the image & cannot contact anyone at ProDAD to get some help.
I removed every last trace of Mercalli I could find. I have removed & re-installed Mercalli & Premiere several times. I do not get an UnlockMercalli program installed as described in the PDF manual & help but the whole description of installation & registration in the manual, help & FAQ doesn't match up with what I see anyway e.g. I cannot register the product for "free email technical support" because there is no 'Registration' button
The problem is that there is apparently no way of contacting ProDAD technical support or obtaining any support for this product. The emails with download link & serial number came from element5.com who appear to be just handling the on-line shop. I am directed to www.prodad.com for technical support but as far as I can see there is no help there beyond a few FAQs. I can find no way of raising a support ticket, no support forum, not even an email address. This is crazy for a moderately expensive & very sophisticated software product.
This has been the most frustrating exercise that from some other forum posts that I found while Googling others have had severe difficulties getting any support for Mercalli.
Please does anyone have a way of contacting ProDAD support? At present I have a non-functioning piece of software that I cannot get fixed or even figure out how to get a refund.Thanks for that link which is hidden away on the ProDAD website & leads to a form to be filled to contact ProDAD.
