i've got a .swf flash animation, when i copy it to my phone it returns an error for the playing problem so how can i change the .swf to 3gp, anyone tried before?

You need an enconder that can convert from SWF to 3GP.
I don't know of any encoder but Google search should be able to help you.

How to convert editable pdf into non-editable version for printing option only without setting up passwards?

I am using IOS system with pdf preview functions. I try to convert editable pdf file into read only for others to print without access to edit the file.
The only way I can do now is to convert to jpeg for each page and convert back to pdf then combine all pages together. It takes a lot of time in this case.
Can anyone tell me how to do the conversion without setting up passwards for protection?

Anyway, you can insert the picture in to OneNote and then have OneNote convert it into text. This usually isn't very accurate for scans though.
A better solution would be to use a application which is dedicated to OCR. There are various out there. I suggest you try their demo versions to find out which works best with your handwriting.

How can I have a Flash SWF file to load a HTML page?

I'm looking for a way to have Flash (CS5) to load and display a very simple HTML web page. Basically, the SWF file would be a standalone document sent by e-mail (or people would post on their web pages), and this SWF would display the content of another web page (consisting mostly in a live video on a black background)
How can I have Flash CS5 to do that??

Yeah maybe I wasn't clear enough... Here's the big picture.
I run a live TV station, broadcasting 24/7 on the web via a Flash application (a projector basically). The video feed is streaming on my site, as well as on numerous web sites across the net. A Flash projector is also available as a standalone application, people download and use it to watch the movies without opening a web page.
I am currently changing the broadcast method, from Flash stream to HTTP stream. But since my TV is already posted and linked in many places, I want to change the Flash object on my server with a new one, that has a HTTP stream instead of the Flash stream. It seems that HTTP stream cannot be embedded in a SWF, but it can be displayed on a HTML web page. The solution I came up with is to have a HTML page to load in the Flash player. All I would need to do is to have that HTML page to display the HTTP stream.
So from there, most of my audience would not need to change anything to watch my streaming TV, while those who downloaded the old Flash projector would need to download a new one.

How to convert HDV into Flash, keeping 16:9 ratio

I have HDV videos which I would like to post on iTunes. However, I only have 500MB of web space, so I am looking for any ideal option to compress my HDV, but I would like to maintain that 16:9 ratio. I have heard that Flash is the perfect solution, but I have not find HDV to Flash convertor in Compressor. So does anybody know any way, how to achieve this convertion?

Is H.264 capable of making tiny files with decent quality like Flash?
Despite it is a generic question the answer would be generally YES, that's because it all depends on the bitrate you choose and an H.264 video can look great at lower bit rate compared to flash or Mpeg4.
If you wonder about size...H.264 is the way to go to get great quality and small file size.
An example? Lets assume your target is the web, size limit 100MB.
Just encoded an HDV video file for a client. It is 9 minutes long.
Settings_
Video:
H.264
2000Kbits
480x270 frame size
sound:
AAC, 44.100khz, 128kbts
Final result:
A great looking 80MB video
You want it smaller?
You do the math with bit rate=The lower the bit rate the smaller the file size.

I have tried to use the HTML Snippet widget, but I must be doing something wrong. I can drag the .swf file into Safari and it plays. I am sure it is the order that I am trying to do this. Thanks for any help.

One way is to upload video to blogger. but there is a format problem. I recommend using the H.264 codec with your original file format, and if the file is still too big, switching file formats to .mp4(you can use the SWF video Converter to convert swf to mp4).
The other way is upload to Youtube or another video hosting site, you canembed the video directly into Blogger. There is still a format problem. Youtube can't support SWF video files, so you still need a SWF to Video converter to convert swf to Youtube supported video files and MP4 is the best choice.

How do I get the flash swf to restart?

I have a flash file with the script and animation all on
frame 1 of the timeline. After the script finishes I have a button
appear that says "try again". I just can't figure out how to get
the flash to restart or replay as if it were being played for the
first time since everything is on 1 frame (which I'd liek to keep

function and reset all of the properties to their original value. I

There is a fab program called Visual Hub by Techspansion which allows conversion from most DV and Mpeg formats to FLV (Flash Video) the company have discontinued support for the program but you may still find it on the net, it's one of my most used programs. Hope this helps

You can try using "goLiink" and then use the property targetFrame set to "_blank"; below are some for ur references:
targetFrame
_blank: The link opens the document in a new window.
_parent: The link opens the document in the window of the parent. For example, if the link appeared in a dialog window, the resulting page would render in the parent window.
_self: The link opens the document in the same page or region.
_top: The link opens the document in a full window, replacing the entire page.
