How to convert SQVI to a normal query in SQ01 under client-specific query

I would like to know how to perform the following. Can you show me step by step as I don't know how to use SQ01 nor SQVI.

Query Elements Description for a specific query - Useful for Translation

Hello everyone,
I would like to know how I can determine a list of all query elements (with their Element ID) within a single query. So, based on a query (technical name), I would like to have a list of all query elements used.
I would prefer a list of Element IDs, so then I can check if the proper description of each element is available in different languages (in table RSZELTTXT).
Or if there is a handy tool to check wether all elements are properly translated (and then I don't mean the translation module in the Adlinistration Workbnech, because it is not handy or opening Bex Query designer in different languages), please let me know.

(time function need) how to convert p.m. to normal in SQL?

It should have been 14:57:34
What should I do for this?

What is column datatype? Is it varchar2? If so, it is bad design. Anyway, if it is varchar2 and all values are in hh:mi:ss am/pm:
update your_table
set your_column = to_char(to_date(your_column,'hh:mi:ss am'),'hh24:mi:ss')

I extract a date-time field (which is GMT time) from the central database but I need to convert it accordding to the TimeZone of the user and also the so-called winter time and summer time in the local. Any one has any good solution?

Use a Calendar, Timezone and Locale objects like this,
TimeZone tz = TimeZone.getTimeZone("Germany/Berlin");
Calendar cal = Calendar.getInstance(tz, Locale.GERMAN);
long date = 0; // assign your central database value to this variable
cal.setTime(new Date(date));
Now you can use the Calendar object 'cal' to retrieve the time according to the set locale and timezone.
These objects provide tonnes of features for finding out timezones and day light savings times. So check out the APIs as well.

LONG has been depricated since 8i so I don't believe there is a general solution to go backwards short of reloading the data.

I dont have any idea on this. But need clarification on your query.
When I executing below query I'm getting same output. 'J' will give only Julian day right not the timestamp. Please correct me if I am wrong.
SQL> select to_char(systimestamp,'J') J,to_char(sysdate,'J') from dual;

LONG RAW data will be retrieved as base64binary, you can use and Embed Java to convert it back to string.

One alternative which might give you better performance:
 
select count(distinct material_no) from ot_raw_demand_plan_stg stg 
where exists (select 1 from ot_flat_bom bom where bom.produced_part = stg.material_no)
 
Also, make sure that your tables are properly analyzed and use EXPLAIN PLAN to compare execution plans.

Ah, just spotted it's a delete statement - you won't be able to do it using subquery factoring in Oracle.
I had a go at trying to convert for you, but notice that you reference the cte from inside the cte... I can only assume you have a table called cte too...
DELETE FROM dbo.tb1
WHERE col1 = 12
OR col2 IN (SELECT col1 FROM cte)
