In CRM_DNO_MONITOR we were able to see all the data except "Time stamp(0), Response time(00:00:00) and Completion time(00:00:00)" of Service desk message.
Kindly let us know, how to configure so that  "Time stamp, Response time and Completion time" should be displayed in CRM_DNO_MONITOR.

    Hi,
Do u want this for SLA?
In the service desk you have to assign the date profile to the SLFN transaction type.
For this you can use the standard date profile SLFN_HEADER.
award point if it helps you.

  • Time consuming problem in Self update rule

    Hi all:
We have time consuming problem in self update rule.I have ODS ZOMS001,for this we created self update rule.In process chain we include this self update rule and during delta update,it takes 20 to 25 mins even if there is two records or 10000 records. In delta for this self update rule,it takes the whole records in ODS
EX: If i have 10000 records during initialise and 10 records in Delta update...For the delta self update rule it takes 100010 records..But it only update delta records values.
we have to reduce the total time consuming for this self update during delta..
    Waiting for your inputs.
It would be helpful for your valuable reply.

I think retransporting is the only option available to you. You cannot modify anything in your production system.
IF you have a chance to speak with basis people, ask them to open the system status to modifiable for few minutes.
and make necessary changes in production and bring it back to normal (This is not a best practise in all situations).
    hope this helps.

  • How to convert hex string to time stamp?

    Hello everyone..
I am currently working on a project in which I have to read the data from a unit and display that data using LabVIEW. I am using serial communication for reading the data. The read data is in hex format.
Now, I want to convert this hex string to a time stamp value. I am reading total 16 bytes. How to convert this hex data to a time stamp value. I have developed a VI. But I want to know that the displayed time stamp is correct or not? Or suggest me some other solution.
    I am using LabVIEW 2011.

  • Converting EPOCH time stamp to time stamp in Oracle

    Hi,
I need a help regarding how to convert the epoch Time stamp, to oracle date and time format.
    for example,
    for epoch time stamp:1204104116656
the time stamp should be :2008-02-13 12:43:00.351
    Thanks in Advance
    Basil Abraham

Are you sure you've got the right timestamp? Assuming this is a standard unix epoch time stamp with the epoch date starting at 1970-01-01 UTC the interval between 1970-01-01 UTC and 2008-02-13 is 13922 days, but your epoch timestamp divided by the number of miliseconds in a day 1204104116656/(1000*60*60*24) comes out to 13936.390... days a difference of 14 days 9 hours 21 minutes 56 seconds and 656 miliseconds.
Anyway to convert you need to convert your epoch date into an interval and add it to the starting epoch date (as a timestamp):
    select to_timestamp_tz('1970-01-01 utc', 'yyyy-mm-dd tzr')+
           numtodsinterval(1204104116656/1000,'second') dstamp

  • [Forum FAQ] How to convert data of date time's type stored in database to display Time Zone based on different territories?

    Introduction:
There is a date’s type field in the database. When using the field in the report, clients want to convert the field’s values based on own Time Zone to show the date field.
    Workaround:
Currently, Reporting Services doesn’t provide the function that can get the Time Zone of a client machine. To work around the issue, you need to add a custom code in the report to convert Time Zone and create a parameter through which the client users can
select his/her Time Zone, and then pass the parameter value to the custom function. Please see the details as follows:
    1. Click the Report, select Report Properties and add the custom code as the screenshot shown:
    Custom code:
Shared Function FromUTC (ByVal d As Date, ByVal tz As String) As Date
    Return (TimeZoneInfo.ConvertTimeBySystemTimeZoneId(d, TimeZoneInfo.Utc.Id, tz))
    End Function
    2. Create a parameter named TimeZone (you can name the parameter according to your requirement), select Available value and click Specify values.
    Label
    Value
    China Standard Time
    China Standard Time
Central European Time Zone                              Central European Time Zone
    India Time Zone
    India Time Zone
United States of America Time zones                   United States of America Time zones
    3. Call the custom code and type the expression to convert the Time Zone as follows:
    =Code.FromUTC(Fields!UTCDateFromDatabase.Value,Parameters!TimeZone.Value)
Note: If you use the expression “=Code.FromUTC(Fields!UTCDateFromDatabase.Value,TimeZone.CurrentTimeZone.StandardName)”, it cannot achieve the goal because TimeZone.CurrentTimeZone.StandardName gets the TimeZone of Report Server side rather than Client side.

  • Loading time-dependent master data using update rules/transformations

    Hi
I am trying to load time-dependent master data to an infoobject. It seems that I get an error message on duplicate records if I use a transformation or update rule. Does this only work with direct update ?

In the DTP you have the option to ignore duplicate records....
Just select that and then load data...

  • Convert ABAP code in start routine/update rule to transform. start routine

    Dear BW ABAPers,
I have created a custom purchasing info cube (YCP_PURC1) based on 0CP_PURC1 standard cube. I would like to convert this new data flow to BI7 (from 3.x), and convert the standard update rule to transformation. I would need to rewrite the below start routine from the standard update rule to a start routine ABAP code in the newly created  transformation / start routine. My ABAP knowledge is limited. Will you please help?

    Dear All, Durgesh,
thanks to you all for your valuable input. Mainly the ABAP part was more interesting for me.
Durgesh, thanks for your input, it was useful. I just had to change the info objects to data source fields and add the lines before the loop:
    DATA: I_PACKAGE TYPE TYT_SC_1.
        FIELD-SYMBOLS <i_package> TYPE tys_sc_1.
        I_PACKAGE[] = SOURCE_PACKAGE[].
        LOOP AT SOURCE_PACKAGE assigning <i_package>.
          IF ( <i_package>-BWGEO EQ 0
          AND <i_package>-BWGEOO EQ 0
          AND <i_package>-BWMNG EQ 0 ).
            DELETE SOURCE_PACKAGE index sy-tabix.
            CONTINUE.
          ENDIF.

value has to be set depending on storno
          IF <i_package>-NOSCL IS INITIAL.
            IF <i_package>-ROCANCEL = 'X'.

  • How to convert number field into time

    Hi
I have made a form for storing of private dialed calls from different extensions. To store call duration i have assigned a number field which is storing following type of data
    1.34
    1.19
    37.29
    1.47
In above mentioned data decimals are seconds and left side is minutes.
Now the requirement is that if second is > 30 then 1 minute should be added in minutes else 30 seconds should appear instead of original seconds.
    Please Help!

    >
To store call duration i have assigned a number field which is storing following type of data
In above mentioned data decimals are seconds and left side is minutes.
    >
Please provide info about the form in which you RECEIVE the data. Do you receive the data in MM.SS format like you say you are storing it?
If not, why are you storing it this way?
Unless you have some reason to STORE the data differently just store it the way you got it. That way you won't lose any precision and you can manipulate it any way you need to for display purposes.
If you receive START_TIME and END_TIME then store both of those. Don't calculate and store duration; you will lose END_TIME and if you later need to calculate duration to a different precision you won't be able to.
Where is the data being stored? Oracle?
Write a simple function to convert a duration to minutes and seconds using the '>30' rule you have. Then if the rule changes you can write a new function or modify the existing one and the data itself doesn't have to change.

    Hi Vijay,
Here's something to start with, you should be able to complete it.
First, combine your select and update statements:
    update vt_mlr
       set aggregator_clli = field1
          ,aggregator_vpi_vci = field_2_n_3
          ,aggregator_slot = field4
          ,aggregator_port = field5
where user4 is not null; Then put these two
    C1 := INSTR(vt_mlr_record.user4,' ',1,1);
    Field1 := SUBSTR(vt_mlr_record.user4,1,C1-1);into
Field1 := SUBSTR(vt_mlr_record.user4,1,INSTR(vt_mlr_record.user4,' ',1,1) -1);And put it into the update statement, removing reference to record
(I have also removed default values for position and occurrence in instr function):
    update vt_mlr
       set aggregator_clli = substr(user4, 1, instr(user4,' ') - 1)
          ,aggregator_vpi_vci = field_2_n_3
          ,aggregator_slot = field4
          ,aggregator_port = field5
where user4 is not null; I think you can do the rest from here ;-)

  • How to convert clob to varchar2 in an update trigger

    Hi,

  • How to use Master Data Attribute of in Update Rule's Formula

    Hi experts.
In update rule, there is an option to use <b>Master Data Attribute of</b>. However, due to user requirement, I need to use that in <b>Formula</b> instead.
    <b>Field to update:</b>
    Profit Center
    <b>Logic:</b>
    If Cost Center is empty
    Then Profit Center
    Else
Master Data Attribute of Cost Center
I use the following formula at the moment but it is not 100% correct.
<b>IF( Cost Center = '', Profit Center, Cost Center )</b>
Appreciate if anyone could help me out.
    Thanks!

    Hi,
The easier thing to do will be to use a Update Routine.
Logic will be as follows :-
    If Cost center iss initial.
    Result = Profit Center
    else.
    result = Cost center.
    endif.

    Thanks in advance.
    Vithalprasad

    Hi All,
Thanks a lot for your response.
All these FMs are using timestamp which is having length of 14 or 16. .But in this case the field ARFCSDATA-ARFCTIME is having values in char 8 field and these values are in hexa decimal format.
Please pass the information in this regard if you have.

    Try this way:
CONVERT TIME STAMP <tst> TIME ZONE <tz> INTO DATE <d> TIME <t>.
CONVERT DATE <d> TIME <t> INTO TIME STAMP <tst> TIME ZONE <tz>.
<tst> is of type P(8) or P(11) with 7 decimal places
    <tz> of type C(6)
