How to copy and paste more than one section at a time

hi all,
Im new to GaragBand and need to know how I can copy and paste an entire section...I've layered vocals and want to make it sort of a hook and cant figure out how to move it past the second verse. ( I dont want to have to record the same thing that many times.) Is this possible? Is there an easier way I can get the layered effect?

Use the bookmarks library. You may use Shift +Click, and Ctrl + Click to create groupings of selected bookmarks to drag and drop.

Look into using the Loader class to load the swf files. If you want to have it happen in different frames then you can put the code into the different frames.

Hi DG.
The easiest way to copy an HP Photo Creations project to another computer is to click the Share button. That will upload the project to the Web and give you a link you can paste into an email. Clicking the link on the other computer allows you to download the project and personalize it. This quick video shows the process. (The screen looks slightly different now, but the concept is the same.)
Another way to share a project is copy the project folder to a thumb drive. Look in Documents/HP Photo Creations/My Things to find your saved projects.

Why can't I paste more than one page at a time?

I have a problem with Pages when I try to paste more than one page worth of content at one time.
In my business I have a form online for clients to fill out. When the clients have finished the form, I copy the form (saved either as a safari document or as a pdf) and then try to paste what I have into Pages. It should flow to fill out four pages, but for some odd reason it only fill the first page of a Pages document, then it gives me a second blank (empty) page. So the document is two pages long, but only the first page has content.
I know the pasted information is hidden in the document, because if I were to cut (erase) a few lines of content, the pasted information would appear from the bottom of the page to fill the space I just made.
Why is Pages not making a four page document containing all my pasted information? Why isn't it flowing to fill out as many pages as it takes to show all the information?

i have a lot of url and i want to copy them to another folder, for now i do it one at a time, so i am wondering can i highlight and cope more than one at a time, and i also want to do this in delete.

I have Firefox 7.0.1 and would like to go forward and back more than one page at a time- how do I set this?

I used to have Firefox 6 that let me jump forward or back more than one page

You can right click on the back or forward button and jump to your required page.

Can't copy and paste more than once.

I open one image, make a selection, then copy that selection.
Now I open a second image and paste the selection into that second image.
When I try to paste into additional images, the Paste function is grayed out and I have to go back and copy again. I did not have to do this before.
Any suggestions?

Please tell us your OS, Mac CPU, and version of Photoshop you're using. Also, image type. Did anything change on your Mac? Did you do any upgrades or other system changes?

How to reopen and display more than one instances of the same subvis?

I know this has been discussed a lot before. But my task is a little bit different from what has been mentioned. What I want is, click a button to open one front panel by calling one subvi with one parameter, and while the first one is open, click another button on the main vi to open another front panel for the same subvi but with different parameter. Is it possible? I attach my preliminary program, and hope you guys modifiy them to make what I want done. Thank you.

Giving each instance different start paramters is just a matter of making a functional global that holds the startup parameters (e.g. as a flattened string) and allows the new VIs to search for the data that belongs to them...I make a copy of the VI, insert the data for that instance into a 2D string array; in the first column I put the name of the new instance, in the second column a flattened version of the inut parameters..the first thing the instances do when they are run is to call the functional global with their name as input and search as the chosen functio
n...the global finds the row contining the name and sends out the parameters...It can then either erase the entry for that VI immediately, or you can let the instance send a delete command when the instance terminates instead...if you want access to the startup parameters other places as well as long as the instances exist... Using a flattened representation is off course not necessary.
You can use VI server to set controls when you run the new instance, but that functionality is not supported in built applications...hence the use of a functional global instead...

How do I go back more than one page at a time?

Surfing sites like eBay, I often traverse through several pages of a search. When I'm done. I'd like to be able to "Go Back" to the page where I started. It may be several pages back and using the "Go Back" button is cumbersome when I need to go back multiple pages. I hate to say it, but IE has an arrow key next to the "Go Back" and "Go Forward" buttons that provides a drop down list of the last X number of pages visited. This feature allows me to "Go Back" to the page I want with one click. I really want to migrate to Firefox, but this issue is a real pain for me when browsing. Is there a feature in Firefox that will allow me to do this easily?

You can get the drop down list by either right-clicking on the back/forward buttons, or holding down the left button until the list appears.
If you want the drop-down arrow you can add it with the Back/forward dropmarker add-on - https://addons.mozilla.org/firefox/addon/backforward-dropmarker

I hope you are enjoying your new phone.
In order to forward a text message to multiple people, just long-press on the message you want to send and select 'Forward'. In the 'To:' field begin typing the first persons name, then hit the 'enter' key. This will typically move the cursor down to the message, just tap on the 'To:' field again and begin typing the second person's name, and so on and so forth until you get all the people included.
Keep in mind, if you have a limited texting package that sent messages are billed per recipient. Example, if you forward a text to 10 people, then 10 messages go against the allowance.

Select and Drag More Than One Photo

I can no longer select and drag more than one photo at a time. With one photo it works fine. If I select more than one, I can't move them, so I have to add pictures to albums one at a time, which is rather tedious.
This has only started happening recently. Possibly after updating to 10.6.8????

Then I would try a reinstall:
To re-install iPhoto
1. Put the iPhoto.app in the trash (Drag it from your Applications Folder to the trash)
2a: On 10.5: Go to HD/Library/Receipts and remove any pkg file there with iPhoto in the name.
2b: On 10.6: Those receipts may be found as follows: In the Finder use the Go menu and select Go To Folder. In the resulting window type
/var/db/receipts/
2c: on 10.7 they're at
/private/var/db/receipts
A Finder Window will open at that location and you can remove the iPhoto pkg files.
3. Re-install.
If you purchased an iLife Disk, then iPhoto is on it.
If iPhoto was installed on your Mac when you go it then it’s on the System Restore disks that came with your Mac. Insert the first one and opt to ‘Install Bundled Applications Only.
If you purchased it on the App Store or have a Recent Mac you can find it in your Purchases List.

Unable to add more than one album at a time

So I have had minimal issues with my ipod classic until about a week ago, when suddenly all 45gb of music on my ipod was erased. I didn't do anything stupid like disconnect it when it wasn't ready to be disconnected. So I restored my ipod and then began adding music on to it. The only problem is that if I try and add more than one album at a time, it freezes at some point and some error message pops up (there are a few differnt ones). After that happens practically nothing can be added to my ipod. Any solutions?

Yes, I was able to add as many albums as I wanted before the crash and I have restored it three or four times since then because of this problem.
