How to correct wrong stock upload

Hi SAP Gurus,
We have uploaded initial stock during cutover with wrong quantity and price, out of which 50% stock is consumed. After few we realized that we have uploaded wrong stock quantity and price. Now how can we correct it in sap.
For example:
actual stock quantity: 1000
quantity uploaded: 1500
actual price: 400
uploaded price: 250
50% raw material is consumed already. now how to correct it in sap.

Hi,
There is no easy way to tackle this situation, but if your period has not changed, you may have to burn your midnight oil to correct all entries.
Ideally speaking you will have to reverse all movements and stop all transactions in system till you reverse the transactions and than correctly upload the stock.
If this is Raw material stock and if PP is also implemented and your RMs are part of BOMs for production, than its difficult to give you solution as it may vary based on each material stock.
You can follow these steps:
Ideally I would suggest to compare what is uploaded and what should have been uploaded.
Out of this, find out the materials where descripancies exists.
Than find out, which all materials from this have been transacted.
For all those materials check what all you can reverse or reduce or adjust the difference with.
I believe you problem is complicated because you just don't have problem with stock but even value and hence all your consumption also would have gone at wrong value. And hence, for all practical reasons it seems you may have to reverse everything and do everything again.
Also, keep in mind that, if you attempt to correct this mess, it should be in the same period if you pass it to another period than it will multiple your problems.
