How to create a backup of History so that even when the History is cleared the backup copy is available?

My children are using some websites which they are not supposed to watch and when they leave the browser they are clearing all the History and I am unable to know which sites they have visited. Is there any way Not to delete or clear the History when the Browser is Closed? Or is there any way so that I can set up a log file some where in the system which logs all the History and I can access this log file later and monitor the sites and also I shall be able delete this log file whenever I like?
In fact the History should be turned on and children should not have access to clear the History.

It can be done.
The problem is many kids will bypass almost anything you try. They presumably have internet access on phones, friends computers and internet cafes. Even if you block access to the UI for History there is a very simple method of clearing it still.
If you solve the first problem how do you stop them installing a separate browser, or another copy of Firefox, or even running a new OS off a memory stick.
There are methods of locking down most things, but you will need to look at the whole computer not just Firefox.

You are attempting to download the picture to your computer not uploading photo to the website if I am understanding you correctly.
To change the download direction, you must do so through your browser's Preferences. If you are using Safari, hopefully, someone who uses Safari will help you and/or post over in their forums. I do not use Safari.

Launch the Console application in any of the following ways:

When Numbers is used on a system with decimal comma a csv file may be good AND wrong
Steps to Reproduce:
With Numbers v2, you introduced an interesting enhancement.
In system using the comma as decimal separator, Numbers requires csv files using the semi-colon as values delimiter.
In fact it’s true if we OPEN the document dragging its icon on Numbers one or thru the open dialog.
This said.
(1) Drag and drop a csv built with the 'semi-colon' standard on a table or on a sheet
(2) Drag and drop a csv built with the 'comma' standard on a table or on a sheet
Expected Results:
Every normally constituted user assume that in
case (1) he will get a perfectly built table
case (2) he will get every cells of a row in a single cell
Actual Results:
In fact you forgot the drag and drop way of use and in
case (1) every values separated by semi-colon are inserted in a single cell
case (2) values separated by comma are correctly spread in a table
isn’t it ridiculous ?
Regression:
Except looking in QuickView to see which is exactly the structure of the file to decide the way we will insert it in a Numbers document, we may use an applescript fair enough to replace the semi-colons by TAB characters
or
to replace the commas by TABs and the decimal periods by commas
Notes:
While I am on this subject, I wish to make two proposals:
(1) It would be fine to format the date according to the ISO format year-mm-dd when you export a Numbers doc to csv.
Doing that, dates would be imported correctly in every countries.
At this time, on an English system, you export as mm/dd/year.
If the doc is open on a system using the format dd/mm/year, the results will be odd.
On a system using the format dd/mm/year, you export this way and so, if the doc is open on a system using the format mm/dd/year the results are odd too.
As every localized versions accept the ISO format (at least on entry), using it in the export scheme would give a correct behavior everywhere.
(2) It would be fine to add the format Tab Separated Values in the Export pane.
TSV + ISO date format would give documents opening flawlessly everywhere.

I see by your post that you are having issues with the print spooler on the Windows 7 computers.

You can also run the System File Checker to repair corrupted or missing files.
System File Checker: Run sfc /scannow & analyze its logs in Windows 7 | 8.
You might end up having to do a repair of Windows.

How to stop iTunes creating a new library on my hard drive when it can't find the one I have created and told it to use on an external drive?

I have quite alot of music etc so to save hard drive space I have created my iTunes library on an external hard drive. If I ever accidentaly open iTunes when that external hard drive isn't attached iTunes makes a whole new library from scratch on my computers hard drive. I find this highly frustrating as I often open Itunes to find no music as it have changed librarys and I have to re-load my actual library: very frustraiting and time consuming.
I would like to know if it is possible to lock iTunes some how to stop it from changing folders when it can'f find the library, or atleast give me a warning that it can't find the library before creating a whole new one????

Tunes works through a database file which has a list of your tracks. When you click on a track it looks up in the database which file it needs to play, then plays the file. If something breaks this link then you get ! The two main ways to get ! are to move a file from where iTunes expects it to be, or to delete it altogether. I don't know which has happened in your case. You can try using Spotlight to find a file for the one referred to in a broken link. If the files have been moved then they need to be moved back. If they were deleted completely you will have to restore them from a backup or download them again from the iTunes Store and rebuild your library.
