    Hi,
    Eg: Ford car.If a sale order is raised for fiesta lxi model the system should choose red colour & for vxi blue colour respectively.
    ie you need to define the characteristic and assign the values .
    This characteristic need to assigned to class.
    class need to be assigned to material master
    1. T.code : CT04(characteristic) FORD_MODEL, Choose single value & entry required tab & give the input as 01 - fiesta_lxi & 02 - fiesta_vxi.( characteristic values)
    2.Tcode: CT04, FORD_BODY( another characteristic)
    Choose single value , don't click entry required.
    01 - Red( characteristic values)
    02- Blue
    3. Create class T.code : CL02
    fiesta_class
    type : 300
    4. OBJECT DEPENDENCY:
    T.CODE : CT04
    FORD_MODEL
    CLICK VALUES TAB,
    IN FIESTA_LXI CLICK THE 'O' meant for Obj dependency, action & extra.
    Edit the dependecy,
    010 $Self.ford_body = '01'. & save
    Repeat the same for FIEST_VXI & instead of '01' give '02' for blue colour.
    , then create a ROH as ford_body. & a KMAT material for the car. .
    Then create a Super BOM with usage 3 & give component as ford_body
    Then use T.code cu41 (Create config profile)
    enter a profile name & class 300 & choose class assignment, choose fiest_class ,
    Use T.code cu50 to check the values.
    Then create a sale order.

  • How to create and configure proxies in ADF mobile using OWSM client agent?

    Hi
    Can anyone please tell me how to create and configure proxies in ADF mobile application using Oracle Web Services Manager (OWSM) Lite Mobile ADF Application Agent. I read it in mobile document that,
    For secured web services, the user credentials are dynamically injected using ADF Mobile uses Oracle Web Services Manager (OWSM) Lite Mobile ADF Application Agent to create and configure proxies, as well as to request services through the proxies. The user credentials are injected into the OWSM enforcement context when proxies are configured.
    I am new with this OWSM, can anyone please give me some hints like how to proceed further for implementing authentication using OWSM lite mobile ADF Application Agent??
    Thanks in advance
    Raj

    Hi Juan
    The demo is very useful, and in that Shay describes about the remote login using a regular ADF webapplication as a secured one and deploying it into the server. But I would like to know how to create a local login using OWSM client agent? .
    Without creating a regular ADF webapplication, how can i call secured webservices(i.e., by using OWSM client agent how to create and configure proxies to call secured webservice, where the user credentials are injected into webservice request by OWSM client as mentioned in ADF mobile document)??

  • How to create and configure JMSConnection Factory programatically?

    Guys,
              How to create and configure JMSConnection Factory programatically and (<b>NOT THRU CONSOLE</b>)?
              There is an option using the JMSHepler to create the Queues.
              Is there an option to create ConnectionFactories using the same or other classes?
              anshuk

    There are no 8.1 "JMSHelper" extensions for creating conection factories (they've been added for 9.0). Instead, you can use a variety of more generic methods.
              You can create configuration scripts using WLST or wlconfig or wlshell, or make direct calls from java into WebLogic's public JMX mbean APIs (all config tools, including the console, call into these APIs).
              For a JMX example, see the implementation of the "JMSML" utility on dev2dev.bea.com. For WLST examples search for "+WLST +JMS".

  • How to create alerts in xi

    hi friends,
    pls help on this topic creation of alterts.
    ravi

    Hi,
    Alert Configuration
    You use the alert configuration to have the system inform you of errors during message processing. You can receive the alert by e-mail, fax, or SMS. In each case you will also find the alert in your alert inbox.
    Prerequisites
    The following prerequisites have to be met in order to use the Alert Management (ALM):
    ·        For using the Alert Inbox (BSP based display program of ALM), the corresponding service has to be activated in the service maintenance transaction SICF. Choose Default_host  ®  sap  ®  bc ®  bsp ®  sap ® alert inbox, and Activate in the context menu.
    ·        For customizing or administration of the Alert Management the corresponding authorization role has to be assigned. The end users do not need any additional authorization. You find more information under Authorization Concept.
    ·        The central alert server must be maintained as an RFC destination in transaction SM59 in the local system. If there is no suitable user, you have to create a user for the RFC connection in the central alert system in transaction SU01 (see User Administration and Authorization Concept). To make this RFC destination known as the RFC destination of the Alert Management System in the local system, the central alert server must also be selected as the RFC destination in transaction SALRT1 of the local system or in Settings  ® RFC-Destination of Alert Server.
    If the central alert server is running on the local system in the same client, you do not have to maintain an RFC destination. In this case, you can simply enter NONE in transaction SALRT1.
    ·        If external communication types, such as e-mail, SMS, and fax are used, these communication types must be correctly configured in SAPconnect, because the alerts are then sent from the central alert system via SAPconnect.
    Process Flow
    The following describes the process flow from alert configuration (transaction ALRTCATDEF) to alert display and confirmation (for example in the alert inbox transaction ALRTINBOX):
           1.      Optional: You can define alert classifications. These are useful to group alert categories. For example, you can create an alert classification CRM that contains alert categories referring to CRM. Alert classifications can now have subclassifications. This enables you to build up your own classification hierarchy. Especially, if you use the Alert Mangement (ALM) extensively, classification and subclassification help you to organize your ALM alert landscape and to have a clear overview.
           2.      For different types of alerts you have to define different categories. The category contains various properties and other specifications that define the alerts within that category, for example expiry date, or the escalation recipient. You can define an alert category to suit your business requirements and assign the category to the corresponding classification. For example, for the alert classification CRM you can create the alert categories Contract Cancelled and Decrease in Sales. When the critical situation defined in the alert category arises, the system recognizes this and sends an alert instance of this category to the recipients determined. The alerts can always be found in the display programs configured for the recipient (UWL, application-specific program, or alert inbox). Additionally, the alerts are sent via eventual external communication channels, such as e-mail, sms, or fax.
           3.      You have to determine recipients so that the Alert Management knows who the recipients of alerts of a particular category are and that the correct parties are informed.
           4.      You can configure the way how alerts are processed. For the general use of the Alert Management you do not have to change the default settings. However, if for example you want to send alerts to third-party systems, or to be able to confirm alerts by SMS/Internet mail, or to have logs written, then you have to configure alert processing.
           5.      There is a number of Alert Management administration reports that you must schedule according to your requirements. For example, report RSALERTPROC must be executed in order to enable escalation.
           6.      Alerts of a particular category must be triggered by an application at runtime. Triggering alerts can be done in various ways. You can call a function module directly or use middleware components that trigger alerts, such as the Business Object Repository (BOR), Post Processing Framework (PPF), SAP Workflow, or CCMS.
           7.      Recipients can view the alerts assigned to them in the UWL of Enteprise Portal, in application-specific display programs, or in the alert inbox. In addition, alerts can be received as e-mail, SMS, or fax, if these external communication channels are configured in SAPconnect.
           8.      If the problem causing the alert is solved by a recipient, the recipient can confirm the alert, this means its status is changed and it will not be delivered, escalated, or displayed anymore. Alerts are generally confirmed by the recipient in the display program, such as the UWL or Alert Inbox. However, if an alert is sent by Internet mail or SMS message, it is also possible to confirm it by sending an Internet mail or SMS message back to the SAP system. Alert Management uses inbound processing for this.
    Please refer http://help.sap.com/saphelp_nw04/helpdata/en/49/cbfb40f17af66fe10000000a1550b0/frameset.htm for more details. This link contains everything about Alerts.

  • How to create bulk configuration files from a template for staging?

    Hello,
    We have created a sample configuration for ISRG2 2901 Router.  The sample configuration is long, and with copy/paste it is possible to skip some lines, and it is difficult to ensure the configuration of every device is standardized due to this error possibility. What we are trying to achieve is first create a template from this sample configuration file, and then create configuration files for each device seperately and automatically. After creating this configuration instances, we want to be able to distribute the configuration files (and possibly the ios) to the devices during the staging phase. Since there are about 1000 2901 routers, creating configuration files is important?
    From searching we have found the following tools:
    1) CCE (Cisco Configuration Engine): This tool seems to be very efficient for distributing the created configuration files. We may use the serial number of the device, and it provides almost zero touch provisioning of the configuration files to the devices. Creating the configuration file from the template seems to be manual, i.e enter the ip addresses of the interfaces, the routing tables one by one for each device. How can we use velocity template for device configs?
    2) Ciscoworks LMS Prime: It is possible to create a baseline template for the devices, and after getting the backup configuration of the routers, it is possible to compare the actual configuration of the device with the baseline template, and understand if there is any difference with each other. This is indeed very useful in order to keep the configuration standardized, we again could not find a way to create bulk configuration files from the baseline template.
    3)  Solarwinds Config Generator: This tool is useful for creating a configuration file from a template, but again not for automatically creating configuration files, and needs manual intervention.
    4) Excel Macro: It seems that some people have achived to automatically create configuration files with using an excel macro, but we could not find a procedure or tip of how to achieving this.
    5) Pearl or TCL/TK Script: Again since we are not software developers but from networking field, it is difficult to achieve a working form of this scripts or codes due to to lack of documentation and development experience.
    So our problem comes down to creating a template from a sample configuration, and creating bulk configuration files from the template. Is there a specific tool or procedure to achive this purpose?
    Thanks in Advance,

  • How to create Agreement Configuration and deploy it

    Hi All,
    Through self-service API's we are able to create the agrement. How to I create the configuration for the same and deploy it using java/pl-sql code ... any sample code and example file...???
    Regards,
    Praveen

    Hi Praveen,
    You can use self-service API to deploy configuration using a JAVA program or command line. To use it in the command line-
    1. java oracle.tip.adapter.b2b.selfservice.TradingPartnerManager --- creates the Trading Partner profiles from the specified XML file
    2. java oracle.tip.adapter.b2b.selfservice.AgreementManager creates agreements from the specified XML file
    To use it in the JAVA -
    FileInputStream fis = new FileInputStream(tpFile);
    InputSource is = new InputSource(fis);
    TradingPartnerManager tpMgr = TradingPartnerManager.newInstance();
    tpMgr.init();
    if (args.length == 2) {
    tpMgr.processTPProfiles(is, true);
    } else {
    tpMgr.processTPProfiles(is, false);
    tpMgr.shutdown();
    FileInputStream fis = new FileInputStream(tpFile);
    InputSource is = new InputSource(fis);
    AgreementManager agreementMgr = AgreementManager.newInstance();

  • How to create alert profile ?

    hi
      Can anyone guide me with the detail steps regarding
      How to create a Z Alert profile..?
    regards
    Kamlesh

    Hi Kamlesh,
    To create your Alert profile you need to use DEFAULT meta model. Here you need to use some JavaScript code too. The following are some more steps (example),
    1. Go to transaction code: CRMC_CIC_AM_PROFILE then enter your New Profile name (e.g.: ZAPROFILE) and choose F5 (Create new profile).
    2. Fill the description in properties tab.
    3. Select Global Data tab and add var global_str = "Hi, "
    4. Select Functions tab and add function
    crm400_09(str)
    return sap_scripting_message(global_str + str);
    5. In the tree double click on SEARCH_TARGET_FOUND and add cr400_09(bp1.bp1_mcname1); in the rule tab
    6. Check the syntax error in all the above steps (you have an icon for this)
    7. Save
    8. Add AM component to your framework id
    9. Assign AM profile to your IC WinClient Profile
    10. Test.
    Let me know if it worked.

    HI to all,
    i am new to alert having req like if salary is deleted in the HRMS form then alert has to fired.

    pls help.

    out of box it is not possible unless you enable the audit trail and fire the alert from the audit table.
    the other way may be you create a temp table and insert the deleted data using user hook before the data is deleted and then fire the alert whenever new record is inserted to the temp table.

  • How to create/setup/configure

    I am trying to create Active Sync, so as to synchronize and UPDATE all the data for each user across 2 different Resources.
    I know that there is documentation on this somewhere. But, I can't find it.
    I've searched through Sun's forums, and online docs, but I cant find where the process of creating and/or configuring Active Sync is fully described
    Everywhere I look, it only mentions Flat-File Active Sync (which is of no use to me in this case).
    Any help on how this should be done? Or, any ideas where I should look?
    Thanks

    MichaelSt wrote:

    Here and here . Once you've read those then you should reference the active sync section of your specific resource adapter / connector documentation to see if there's anything unique to the adapter/connector with respect to active sync.
    Active Sync is primarily configured through the resource's Synchronization Policy. Once that's configured it's up to you to develop either the active sync form or the active sync workflow to process the event data.
    One thing to keep in mind that active sync is an event driven system. It's just a polling mechanism to inform IDM that some change has happened to a given account.
    When you configure active sync you'll have to choose either form based processing or workflow based processing. Personally, I like workflow based processing because it's initially more simple. Active Sync detects an event an starts the workflow. That's it. There's no correlation, no confirmation, no weird form derivation expansion, etc. But it does require you to do more work within the workflow if you need those features. (I used to think it performed better too but I might be wrong about that.) Others in the forum perfer the form based processing. Form based active sync processing is very similar to the standard IDM form based processing but it also comes with all the overhead. You'll need to enable correlation and confirmation rules too.
    One last tip is to get familiar with an IDM debugger. Active sync tends to have a lot of moving parts and it's extremely handy to be able to stop execution if you need to.
    Have fun and good luck!

  • How to create a configuration file for open ldap.

    hi,
    I have installed open ldap on my machine. Now I want to configure it to NetWeaver.
    For this, I started configuration through configtool utility of NetWeaver. While configuring, we need to select or upload configuration file. But now as it is open ldap we need to write our own config file.
    I tried it by selecting dataSourceConfiguration_ads_deep_readonly_db.xml  as a configuratio file. it shows successful test connection but the user which  I have created is not appearing in UME store.
    Does any body having solution for this?
    I am trying to solve this problem from two days. I really appriciate one who will sove this problem

    Well the configuration file you chose does not allow users created in NetWeaver to be created in the LDAP.  That's why it's a "readonly" configuration.  I would guess that you need a custom configuration file specifically for open ldap.
    This should help get you started on a custom configuration file:
    http://help.sap.com/saphelp_nw2004s/helpdata/en/b7/14d43f2dd44821e10000000a1550b0/frameset.htm
    Then again, if the only problem with the .XML file you chose is that you can't write to the LDAP, give the dataSourceConfiguration_ads_writeable_db.xml configuration file a shot.
