HOW to create an hyperlink to a different part of the doc with pages v5.0

Hello, On Pages V4.3 it was possible to create a favorites and then create a hyperlink to these favorites in the same document.
Since I have updated to V5.0 I don't find how to do it and don't find any updated manual.
Is that possible? Do someone know how to do it?

Many features have been removed from Pages 5 and this is just one of them.
You should have Pages '09 in your Appliactions/iWork folder.
If you wish to stay with Pages '09 trash or archive Pages 5 so that it doesn't accidentally open your Pages '09 files and alter them.

While in transaction CRMD_BUS2000111 -> Opportunity -> select any -> partner tab, when I right click I get a standard pop up.
I want to introduce my hyperlink in that standard pop up.
you should have mentioned that earlier, that's the most complex part!
This is called a contextual menu (for more information, read [SAP Library: Context Menus|http://help.sap.com/saphelp_nw70/helpdata/en/94/c4a6377cc0c92ce10000009b38f8cf/frameset.htm ]).
Adding a menu item (that is not called an hyperlink, or is there something I didn't understand?) there is probably a modification of the standard. Either modifying the ABAP, or adding it to a GUI status of type "contextual menu".
There are number of demo programs, like DEMO_DYNPRO_CONTEXT_MENU, CTMENU_BUILD, CTMENU_DYNPRO...

Hi,
Before you start, you should probably take a backup copy of your design (the .dmd file and associated folder), in case the update does not work out as you had hoped.
You need to use Import > Data Dictionary again, to start the Data Dictionary Import Wizard.
In step 1 use a suitable database connection that can access the relevant table definitions.
In step 2 select the schema (or schemas) to import. The "Import to" field in the lower left part of the main panel allows you to select which existing Relational Model to import into (or to specify that a new Relational Model is to be created).
In step 3 select the tables to import. (Note that if there are an Foreign Key constraints between the new tables and any tables you had previously imported, you should also include the previous tables, otherwise the Foreign Key constraints will not be imported.)
After the import itself has completed, the "Compare Models" dialog is displayed. This shows the differences between the model being imported and the previous state of the model, and allows you to select which changes are to be applied.
Just selecting the Merge button should apply all the additions and changes in the new import.
Having updated your Relational Model, you can then update your Logical Model. To do this you repeat the "Engineer to Logical Model". This displays the "Engineer to Logical Model" dialog, which shows the changes which will be applied to the Logical Model, and allows you to select which changes are to be applied.
Just selecting the Engineer button should apply all the additions and changes.
I hope this helps you achieve what you want.

How to select different parts of the text? cmd button no longer does that...

After installing Maverics i can no longer propertly edit my work as I cannot mark different parts of text using cmd button. Shift works as before for highlighting all the text from starting point to selected point but I can no longer use cmd to highlight different areas of the text. Is this an OS bug? Or was the button for selecting different parts of the text changed? I tried everything...

It's just a small part of what makes Pages 5 so "stunning" (Apple's word). You think stripping out the nifty ability to mark non-contiguous passages of text was neat? Sure that was nice. But Apple has gotten rid of more, so much more. And for free!
Just wait till you put the product through its paces and you discover other nice features that are missing, such as (but not limited to):
- no linking of text boxes! Yes, that's right. Now a newsletter that had a "continued on page 6" or whatever will be broken by Pages 5. Stunning! (Even more stunning, Pages 5 will strip out all sorts of formatting from documents created with Pages 4.3 and it will do ao without warning and will save the document in a NEW unified file format so that it cannot be opened by Pages 4.3, thereby potentially losing users hours and hours of work. Stunning!
There's more!
- Pages 5 has no mail merge, no bookmarks, no images in headers/footers! Pages 4.3 has those features, but this stunning new release removes them.
- Pages 5 features vastly reduced and simplified set of templates (there used to be about 130 Apple-cupplied templates, now there are about 60).
- Page 5 also boasts NO RTF SUPPORT, so a paper your wrote with Apple's own TextEdit is not natively readable with Pages: Stunning!
- No detail was too small to omit in this stunning new release: the vertical ruler, so you can easily place text or an obejct at a certain place in a document: gone! Setting the default zoom: gone! I've spent plenty of hours by searching the correct and suitable way for creating a binding exception in XForms, but I did not succeed...
My situation is: I've got an XHTML page with XForms and XML (input) file, which describes this page. Whenewer I change the input data in the XML file (for example there are tags <person> and ....</person> if I change it to <peson1> and ...</person1>) after saving the changes and refreshing the page, the XForms will be changed (for example some text fields are missing or they've got white background instead red one, which there was before et cetera). {I hope it is clear till now.....}
My task is: to create a xforms-binding-expression event, which will display an error message (for example: FILE HAVE BEEN CHANGED, CAN NOT DISPLAY THE PAGE PROPERLY) to the user.
i've found some stuff, how to create such message, but i need to know the exact order of commands to make it work, where to insert them, the structure etc, so I can comprehend your advices...
The XHTML file contains of several blocks - bind, model, submission, instance etc - and I do not actually know, where to insert such lines (with message)...I think I should make some bindings with the page loading, but I've got no idea how to get it done, however there are very few sites with such stuff on the internet. There are loads of "+What if's+" - and in that respect, playing "+What if database is down..+" in this case does not make any sense. You do not use the database to monitor its own up/down status. You do not rely just on SMTP as notification protocol that the database is down.
The correct approach would be using something like SNMP as the monitoring protocol. A monitoring system that can process SNMP and perform some basic root cause analysis (e.g. network to the database server down, database server status unknown). And this system supporting notification methods like SMTP, SMS and so on.

From what I have seen Excel can not handle 999 999 999.00. You can use 999999999.00 and then format it as you want in the xls bt you can not have values like 999 999 999.00 coming from publisher output and have functions on the values in Excel
