SAP Easy Access -> Logistics -> Logistics Execution -> Master Data -> Output -> Shipping - > Create.
Tcode: VV21.

Can anyone help me how to find the condition records for output.
We have for the pick, pack and stage different printing options.
How can I check it on the system that they have been configured

go to NACE and check output type V4 for Picking V6 for Handling Unit and V2 for Shipping. You need to configure Pick Slip, Packing List/Delivery Note and HU labels here. Then you can chose out put on delivery for printing.

Do we need to maintain the condition records for the output types configured as Archive only Storage mode??
Will this option archive only in Output type completely archive the document???

hi pavan,
Still u have to maintain the condition record for the archive mode also. Becoz what are the document type u want to archive is defined in the o/p records.
suppose u want to archive billing documents types F2,F1etc...
then goto--> vv31-> enter RD00->enter the billing documnt type-. now click teh communication button on the top -
> here u will find the storage mode. Means the docuemnts which are created with F2 are archived.

Condition records for RFQ outputs

I have seperate output types for RFQ (ZPRS) and PO (ZROP).
I have created document types for PO and RFQ but both are having same code.
Z007 - Hiring Services PO (Category -F)..
Z007 - Materials Req RFQ (Categ -A)
Now when i am maintaining condition records for output types of RFQ in T-Code MN01,
i select ZPRS as output type and trying to maintain the document type of RFQ (Z007), but
the system takes Doc type Z007 of PO.
Kindly let me know what is the issue. Because all the output type and document type has been maintained correctly for respective document category.

At the time of maintaining condition records using MN01 , In the Purchasing document type selection, you can see that the Document types are always listed based on the Document category.
For RFQ the docuemnt category is A so select accordingly for the RFQ.
If you are doing a mass creation ensure that you uses the dcoument category as one of the key combination.

In VV31, What are the fields that i have to assign/combine to create a conditon record for contact person(PARNR), Partner Function for this is CP.

Before maintaining anything like condition record for output or using CP as partner for output.
You need to have that as partner for output.
To do that follow following path in SPRO for related configuration:
IMG - SD - Basic Functions - Output Control - Output determination - Output Determination Using the Condition Technique - Maintain Output Determination for Billing Doc - Assign Output Typs to Partner Functions
Say,
Output Type
Medium
Parnter Function
info:output usage
RD00 - Invoice
6 - EDI
CP - Contact person
External send mail
RD00 - Invoice
1 - print
CP - Contact person
Printout
Further, don't forget to have Partner function CP maintained in your billing doc Header or Item Partner.

Default Output Condition Records in SD

How do I maintain default output conditions in SD when I create a new customer? As of now, whenever I create a new customer, I have to create output condition records for quotations, sales order, shipping and invoicing. Thank you, Pravin

Pravin,
It depends on the fields in the condition table.
If you have customer no., then for each customer you have to create a record.
But if you have a field e.g. customer group, then assign the customers to that customer group and output will work.
Paste the condition records, table NACH, for your output condition type.

MN04 - Output condition records.

I Tried to create output condition records for vendor but failed with error message ""transportation is not defined for master data", can refer following steps.
Please advise what's the problem, and whether (and how) can be fixed .
1.in transaction MN04/Create Output-Condition Records:Purchase Order
2.choose Z011 from dropdown list at Output Type field
3.choose "Purch.Org./Purch. Grp/Doc. Type/Vendor"
4.input all required fields as attached file "fast entry"
5.then input all required fields as attached file "communication"
5.click "save" button, error message "transportation is not defined for master data", detail please refer to attached file "error message".
Kindly guide me in this.

this message is a information message only. You can go head in saving the data.

I need to upload Output Condition Records For SD. The Xtion is VV13 but currently i am unable to find any standard object for the same in LSMW. The CONDITION object looks to load more of Pricing condtions. Has any body worked ont the same and guide me how to do the same. Teh number of records is around 300.

While craeting the sales order condition types are depends on Pricing Procedure.
You can find this pricing procedure form haeder sales tab of that sales order.
With that pricing procedure you can see all possible condition types from V/08 transaction.
And V/06 transaction is also very help ful to decide which condition types we can give mannaully.

Find condition record for outline agreement

I want to know how I can find the condition record for an outline agreement. The condition number is not stored in EKKO and within the ME33K transaction I can view the condition by drilling into the item level (EKPO), but I canot find anyway of linking the agreemtn to the condition table KONP.
The reason for the qeustion is we want to outpu all agreements that have a certain condition. Any ideas.

Output device for output condition record

How can i make an output device a required entry when creating a new output conditon record?
Example: When going into VV31 and setting up new output condition record, I am trying to force user to specify an output device.
Can some one let me know if it is possible to do?
