the question is, how can I create a software product explicit directly im system, e.g. one SW Produkt may habe different componenten, every componenten have different releases and every componentrelease may have differenten patchs, I don't know how to create/save this kind of Information und their relationships im CRM/ERP system.

First of all I wanted to say that I did search. Only relevant material I found was this http://dev.day.com/docs/en/cq/5-5/ecommerce/eCommerce-framework.html
Unfortunately it doesn't go in details enough...
I'm trying to follow geometrixx-outdoors example to create my shoppingCart. I have a list of of products in /etc/commerce/products.... referenced by productPage in content.
But I don't know how to create custom CommerceProvider and Adapter to create proper Product objects - it always picks up geoProductImpl.
As I understand I need to specify cq:commerceProvider to myProvider and then I need to somehow register MyProvider so it gets picked up.
Also I guess I need to add MyProductAdapter somehow so when shoppingCart executes following it returns my implementation instead of geoProductImpl.
Product product = productResource.adaptTo(Product.class);
I'd really appreciate if anyone could share an example or point me in the right direction for a guide.

Are you planning to create articles in ExpManager OR the content will come from some other system and you just want to manage the pages to display the content in Exp Manager?
On a high level:
If it is case #1 you have to integrate ATG & Endeca and write some cartridges for managing the content.
If it is case #2 you have to integrate ATG & Endeca and modify the auto generated pipeline to pull in your content from the other system.

           2. Against which Production order it is produced
           3. Dispatched or not,
           4. Under warranty or Not

Try IQ09 Transaction and input serial number and product code and execute.
In the lay out change the options required
Select
1. Sales order
2. Production order reference
3. Status
4. Cust Warranty
5. Delivery Date etc

How do we Prevent Creation of Production Orders for Phantom materials.

Dear Experts;
We have some materials which are Phantoms.
We have set "special procurement type" as 50 in MRP2 and "Strategy Group" as 59 in MRP3
These are non stchable items, but have BOMS.
We dont create orders for them, however at the mement the system allows order creation. How do we prevent creation of production orders for these items in the system.

Check using this BADI - WORKORDER_UPDATE using method IN_UPDATE or Release by including a check if MATNR and for
WERKS combination if SOBSL = 50 from table MARC,then do not allow to save.
Check whether this works or else you have to set a plant specific status using OMS4 for not allowing production order
creation and assign this value in the material master of the phantom assemblies.

MCPD Production order analysis: Dates
MCPU Production Order Analysis: Lead Time
MCP0 Shop Floor Information System
MCP1 SFIS: Operation Analysis Selection
MCP3 SFIS: Material Analysis Selection
If you want to get Z development report, first you can go throgh your business requirement and what will client expect in your Z report, then you can check the production order header & component tables & its relevant fields.
You can prepare for functional specification for Z report development and will send it to ABAPer's.

At product/category/sku level there is a property called template.
Find the property in ACC/BCC and provide all the values including the URL property.
In you jsp, you can use this property from product/sku like the way you retrieve any other property from sku/product.
<dsp:valueof param="product.template.URL" />
Using that property with <dsp:include> includes that page.

Kim (from Benelux) wants to create a rebate in SAP relating to a product group (3 digit).
We have seen that we can make rebates on product id, product line (2digit) and on material group (4 digit).
