How to create Contract in SAP backend systems( R/3)

Hello All,
We have SRM4.0 with classic scenario. We don't have sourcing cockpit , bidding engine and all activated.
Please suggest me, how can I create contract in backend system?
We don't want to create GOA in SRM system and distribute it to backend system.

Go through the GOA setup in the <a href="https://websmp205.sap-ag.de/~sapidb/011000358700002897362004E/CG_Sourcing5.pdf">Strategic Sourcing Configuration Guide</a>
In the web GUI you can use the transaction BBP_CTR_MAINCC to create the Global Outline Agreement
Note 646903 is also useful.

Bespoke means Customer development.
So you can create Shopping carts, either automatically via logging to SRM portal or programmatically using Bespoke developments / programs.
BAPI Function module - 'BBP_PD_SC_CREATE_EXTERNAL' is used to create shopping cart from portal with other function modules.
Also you can use RFC BBP_PD_SC_CREATE function module for Creating Shopping Cart.

Have perform all the steps till creating RFC Destination to mobile platform by creating a new push service.
I just wanted to have a clarity on target host that we are specifying should also have SMP3.0 server installed???
Actually I am using http listener downloaded from membrane site which is running on that target host machine.
But I am unable to get any response in my listener.
Even wanted to know the necessity of exchange of certificate for SSL Connection.
SMP server Certificate exchange with SAP Backend and SMP server certificate exchange with HTTP Listener????
Because currently I am trying to have a notification from SAP Backend directly to HTTP Listener without having SMP server.
Can u please correct me where I am going wrong.

Hi,
1. The backend system should be defined (SAP R/3) in your Technical Settings (SPRO) and RFC destination to R/3 system should be configured
2. Then the Message Type BLAORD needs to be configured in ALE/IDoc settings.

How to Reconcile Data Between SAP Source Systems and SAP NetWeaver BI

I just read "How to Reconcile Data Between SAP Source Systems and SAP NetWeaver BI". While I'm waiting for more authorisation to r/3 to carry it out and test this functionality.
I'd like to ask a question to anyone who has implemented this type solution. On page 10 it talks about creating a view then setting up the datasource. The solution talks about runnig a query. I suspect when we run a query I would run it for only a period(using variable) to reconcile.
My question is this. Will the datasource extractor on /r3 only select the period in our variable or will it do a full selection of the data which would then be passed to BW for filtering?

DEar Mark,
There are several avenues where you can see and reconcile your data with source system, u can see data in by tcode RSA3 for a datasource, and compare the values with actual document posted into the R/3 system. Respective fuctional consultant canhelp you a lot to confirm the data.
On BW side u can see the data in PSA and then check tranformations which subsequent change/update/reject data records based on the selective conditions.

I have successfully installed EHP1 composition enviornment from SDN , now i m able to work on
NWDS for JAVA and Enterprise portal . it contains java application server .
but in order to get data from ABAP Backend system from NWDS(JAVA) , I don't have ABAP Backend sysytem , how to install abap backend system with abap application server in my system ????
there is one link to install Netwaever ABAP 7.1 trial version( webdynpro abap and abap application server ) in sdn but in system requirement it clearly mentioned that " make sure that there is no SAP sysytem installed in ur system " .
I need webdynpro java ,webdynpro abap and enterprise portal together but i have only webdynpro java and EP , so how to install abap as a backend system in my EHP1 ?
or any other download link which contain all three ??

Hi,
CE is indeed not double stack. However, it is possible to install both an ABAP and a CE on the same host provided they have different system ids and instance numbers. This works for the current SDN download versions: CE 7.1 and CE 7.1.1 (system id CE1, system number 00) and AS ABAP 7.01 (system id NSP, system number 02).
Needless to say, it is perfectly possible to configure and establish all kinds of connections between the two:
JCo/RFC calls in both directions
Web Service calls in both directions
AS ABAP as a portal backend
publishing system information in SLD
accessing an ESR
accessing a Service Registry (publish + query)
using AS ABAP as user database for the CE
Single Sign-On

I would try on your side to instal ABAP instance now. At worst scenario, you have to make both installation

This BO reports should work in the same single sign on session with Flex UI as per the application developed.

Hi Sumit,
When U Told the thing that first time to execute the RZ70 and All i Did this in XI System
So I got An Entry for the Technical System for XI System.
Now i Deleted that and Executed RZ70 in R/3.
When I Executed RZ70, I got this Error.
 "RFC Call failed: Error Opening an RFC Connection ".
Now I am Unable to see Any Technical System Under Web As ABAP. It's Showing Empty Now.
Please Let me know

Hi Naresh,
there is better way, you can display an transaction in the portal with an iView. Then use this URL of the transaction, then you can insert a html view with the URL of the transaction.
You can add tabs with different transactions for example.

1) Create all BEx Queries with required variants,tune them perfectly.
You mean to say that i have create a queries 1st? With required variants means i dint get u?
(2) Differentiate table queries and graph queries.
What is the diff b/n table queries and graph queries.?
(3) Choose the graph type required that meet your requirement.
Required graph i should select it from WAD?
(4) Draw the layout how the Dashboard page looks like.
How to and where to draw the layout ?
(5) Create a web template that has navigational block / selection information.
(6) Keep navigational block fields are common across the measures.
(7) Include the relevant web items into web template.
Pls explain me this
(8) Deploy the URL/Iview to users through portal/intranet.

How to create add-on of a system form in sap b1 9.0?

Hi all,
I have a problem related to the creation of a system form add-on of sap b1 9.0.
I can develop some projects in visual basic, but about sap b1 add-on, I know how to package files of to install (.ard and .exe files) and I also know how to register .ard file in sap b1 9.0, So I tried to register all projects found in SDK sample folder that was correct.
I tried to do an example of project found in SDK Help Center.
But the problem I have to day related to the creation of system form add-on.
The steps I tried to do are:
1. I opened SAP B1 Studio for Microsoft Visual Studio
2. Right click my project and add the system form (Employee Master Data)
3 Connection string I used in Command line arguments 0030002C0030002C00530041005000420044005F00440061007400650076002C0050004C006F006D0056004900490056
4. I added one field (CFL of BPCode) to Employee Master Data. I did n't add any reference because when I add UI API Vission 9.0 to system form or user form of sap b1 it gives errors in Menu.vb. I do know why.
5. I converted in 32 bit and build my project
6. I re_opened new visual studio 2010 for creating new project with SAP B1 AddOnInstaller.NET Wizard
7. From here I did every thing according to the video of Bryan Gomez

8. I registered my .ard file
9. But when I start my add-on it gives error (Add-on connection timed out)
The questions I want to ask,
1. If you are creating the add-on of system form Is there any other thing needed to do more than the above I explained?.
2. Is it necessary to go in SDK code when you are using the system form like that?.
3. If it is necessary to add reference of UI API in project, how to handle error occurs when we add that the reference to the project which is using a system form?.
Please anyone who has an idea he/she can help me.

That's good but as I said above when I add the reference of UI API Version 9.0 in the project which has the system form or user form of sap b1 it exactly gives errors in menu.vb of the project.
So let me give you the way you can try.
1. Open new project/ visual basic/ sap business one/ sap business one add-on project. and save it any where
2. Right click on your project
3. Add new item
4. Sap Business One
5. System form (Employee master data) or user form
6. Add
And then if your form is opened
7. Go to add the reference of UI API Version 9.0
8. Check errors found in menu.vb (or in OutPut)
So if it's possible try to solve that problem.
Please anyone can help me.
