How to create Dashboards in SAP BW-3.5?

Can someone let me know how to creat dashboards in SAP BW-3.5?
I dont want to create dashboards in SEM or EP.
Kindly help me out.
It will be very helpful if you can send me some documentation that you made in the process of making dashboards.

Hi,
I have some queries on the step by step which u have provided me,
1) Create all BEx Queries with required variants,tune them perfectly.
You mean to say that i have create a queries 1st? With required variants means i dint get u?
(2) Differentiate table queries and graph queries.
What is the diff b/n table queries and graph queries.?
(3) Choose the graph type required that meet your requirement.
Required graph i should select it from WAD?
(4) Draw the layout how the Dashboard page looks like.
How to and where to draw the layout ?
(5) Create a web template that has navigational block / selection information.
(6) Keep navigational block fields are common across the measures.
(7) Include the relevant web items into web template.
Pls explain me this
(8) Deploy the URL/Iview to users through portal/intranet.
This i can do it.

Hi Naresh,
there is better way, you can display an transaction in the portal with an iView. Then use this URL of the transaction, then you can insert a html view with the URL of the transaction.
You can add tabs with different transactions for example.

I am getting an error page when i am try to access BO reports from Flex UI.
This BO reports should work in the same single sign on session with Flex UI as per the application developed.
Note :The same users when login directly login to BO get access..

How to create Hiperlink in SAP Adobe Forms

Hi Experts,
Can somebody assist me on how to create a hiperlink in SAP Adobe forms. At the footer we will display some text message like "........ for further enquires please visit out home page". When user double click on "home page" it should take him to to website of that particular organization. If possible to explain via screen shots then it will be a great help to me.
I know you can use "Button" option to call a link ( go to layout->Palettes->Library->Button) in Adobe form. I don't know where to specify website name(www.google.com).
Note: we can do it through binding but sitename is displaying in form (sitename should not appear in the form).

Thanks to all who tried to give a solution but I found a solution to how to do it.
Just wann to share here.
Go to Layout(Click on "Layout" tab) Palettes-> Script Editor
you can see script editor here we have to code some Java script to call website when user click on some text.
app.launchURL("http://google.co.in", 1)
in your driver program you have to specifiy SFPDOCPARAMS-FILLABLE = 'X'. "Interactive form?

Bespoke means Customer development.
So you can create Shopping carts, either automatically via logging to SRM portal or programmatically using Bespoke developments / programs.
BAPI Function module - 'BBP_PD_SC_CREATE_EXTERNAL' is used to create shopping cart from portal with other function modules.
Also you can use RFC BBP_PD_SC_CREATE function module for Creating Shopping Cart.

Time management is country independent:
For Time Mgmt
Schemas TM00 TM01 TM04
There will be loads of PCRs in it,.
Payroll is country dependent, every country is having one type of payroll Schema
For Example India IN00 etc

Hi,
The user "user02 " is updating the current SWC. So no other user can access it. First activat it using user "user02"
OR
If u r using the new user go to IR --> Change Lists --> for "User" Select user02 from dropdown --> Click on display --> it will show u the objects of user02 that r not active. --> Select the change list and transport it to ur scenario --> Select ur user again and activate the transported change list.

i got the same exception when i try to fill the details in PI_PERSONALDATA and PI_COMPANYDATA..
i could solve this by ...
 Actually , ur above mentioned error is because , u have filled the Personal Details in
PI_COMPANYDATA also .. i think we only have to fill these details in one of the import params (PI_PERSONALDATA or PI_COMPANYDATA).
Try with these values

I can only assume from your post that you mean you want to add a checkbox column to the table form opened by going to Tools-> User Defined Windows
This is not possible.
To do what you want to do, you will need to create a customised form to represent your table and then set one of the columns to be of type checkbox. Please check the SDK helpfile and samples for information on how to do this.

In a SAP-BW and BO environment using Business Object Universe generator, it appears that BO requires direct data base connectivity to read data from BW.
In XI/XI R2 , it use an RFC connection (MDX driver, which makes BAPI, SAP API calls) to SAP BW to obtain the details of the BW Query or Info Cube for building the Universe using the XI/XIR2 Business Objects designer application. The request for the query or cube details is done VIA BAPI function calls. For the SAP BW Query we must have allow External Access to this query checked under the Query Property window.
Our Integrated Solution Kits do not access the SAP BWs data source.
