Hi,
According to your description, my understanding is that you want to create, delete and edit SharePoint alerts using Client Object Model or Rest API.
In SharePoint Client Object Model, there is very little that you can achieve when it comes to alerts.
For changing alerts, there is a ChangeAlert class:
change alert class
For Deleting alerts, you can call deletealert web service:
DeleteAlerts
For creating new alerts, it seems no such API support this, a workaround is call the new alert form "SubNew.aspx" using JavaScript to achieve it.

Yes, You can use this class to create/modify/delete vendor master data. You can find in SCN documents with example how use it.

If photos were synced from your computer then they can't be deleted directly on the iPad, you will need to remove/de-select them from where you synced it from on your computer and re-sync.

You can't edit/ delete text in a pdf from Adobe Reader.
You can accomplish this via Acrobat.
How to edit PDF files:
Open a file in Acrobat XI.
Select Tools > Content Editing.
Click the Edit Text & Images tool.
Click the on-page element you wish to edit, which automatically activates the tools you'll need.
Choose the tool that best fits your task.

Thank you for the reply. So, I guess I have to reset my phone in order to get rid of all the photos that I uploaded via the sync method on I tunes. Pre planning is required for what photos you want to have uploaded.

Go to OX02 and create a company code by copying the standard company code 0001 / 1000
Then go to OX10 and create a plant by copying the standard plant 0001 / 1000
OX09 - maintain storage loaction for the created plant
OX08 - create purchase org copying from standrard 0001 / 1000
Go to OX18 and assign your plant to company code
OX17 assign purchase org to plant
In order to get the tcode go to SPRO and in the top menu click on additional informations - additional information - display key - IMG activity.
After you select this then in the SPRO you have a column additional information comes up. each and every activity in SPRO will have and additional informatiom, in the additional information the last 4 characters is tcode.
Eg : SIMG_CFMENUSAPCOX02 this is the additional information for CC. the last 4 characters OX02 is the tcode

According to your post, my understanding is that you want to use JavaScript to work with SharePoint list.
To create list items, we can create a ListItemCreationInformation object, set its properties, and pass it as parameter to the addItem(parameters) function
of the List object.
To set list item properties, we can use a column indexer to make an assignment, and call the update() function so that changes will take effect when you callexecuteQueryAsync(succeededCallback,
failedCallback).
And to delete a list item, call the deleteObject() function on the object.

I am not sure how this works but it seems that it may be all or nothing.
To turn off Facebook events on your device:
Settings > Facebook > Calendars > Off

Thank you for your suggestion. I backup on itunes. I went to itunes, deleted syncing my contacts, then re-synced them. But the Facetime capability option continues to be there on most (not all, for some curious reason) of my contacts. I am not sure I posed my question correctly. I want to be able to FT with my family, so don't want to delete the FT capability totally from my iphone and ipad. But I don't want all these other iphone calls from various contacts to ring on my ipad as FT calls. I want a way to select with whom I have FT capabilities. Any further suggestions? I continue to have a pop saying that either the file in open somewhere in the serve- which it is not- and I cannot delete a particular pdf or edit it.
It's incredibly frustrating and in the end I end up having four files with different names because it won't let me edit the original file!!!!

If so is the Preview pane turned ON?
