Hello to all,
My client want Quality Report just like they add in microsoft excel that is they say that they doesn't want addon
so i have to create form just like excel that is there employee feel that they enter data in SAP
so i create it through screen painter?
Where i got full demo of screen painter that how it work?

How to create a splash screen?

I was wondering how to create the splash screen that shows up when you just load the program. My program takes a bit to load, because it sets to change the look and feel to system dependent.
So, I want to have a splash screen like the one that eclipse uses to begin the program. How would I do it?

Select the library that you want report to create. GRR1
You select what to list in coulumns and what to lisr in rows. You could select characteristics or key figures.
You can use variable both in defininig row and coulmn or in general selection.
You can also use sets as variable or as constant. These sets can be your master data groups or sets in GS02.
You can use formulas.

UI: Event Handling of forms created with the Screen Painter

Hi,
I created a form with the Screen Painter and saved it as XML document. After that, I loaded this form with the following code:
Dim oXMLdoc As MSXML2.DOMDocument
oXMLdoc = New MSXML2.DOMDocument
oXMLdoc.load("C:\form1.xml")
SBO_Application.LoadBatchActions(oXMLdoc.xml)
Then the loaded form appears in the SBO application with all added items.
Now, I would like to know how I could handle an ITEM_PRESSED event for a button of this imported form.
It would be great if someone could help me with this problem and post some example code.

How to create form in LC to fill and save by Adobe Reader ?

Hi there,
please advise me, how I should do form in LifeCycle. I would like to send by e-mail this form, and I would like to be able to open it, fill and save customers by use of the basic Adobe Reader.
Importantly, the recipient must be able to stop filling it in half and send it on, say, or return to it after a time. When it comes to functions in the same form it is about marked fields, enter text and add files (as attachments).
Do you have any ideas? Suggestions?

Your usecase can be achieved by using calculations and scripts in LiveCycle Designer created form and using Reader Extensions but go through above blog for licesing as to which product is better for your usecase.

How to create a full screen Air Application with pdf

Hi,
I need to create a app in full screen which can load pdf files.
I read that the pdf files need to have the nativeWindows in normal mode, and "stage.scaleMode" in "StageScaleMode.NO_SCALE" mode to run.
So I get the HTMLLoader dimensions by getting the screen resolution. But by putting "StageScaleMode.NO_SCALE" my movie up and down the pdf is not resizing!!
How can I do to see the pdf and having the asssets (movies in my library) resize too?

As part of my application i need to create a page which contains the user informations like name,address and phone numbers. Also the user should be able to update the same page?
How to create the same? Is the option of creating as a form is available in sap.m library????

The only issues I’ve encountered (which admittedly are a huge PITA when they happen) are slow downloads or dropped connections.
However, once the app is completed and downloaded I haven’t had any issues at all.
I suppose the term great is relative here and is used because you’re dealing with a free service.

I am creating a report. in that for one field, i need to create a multiple selection screen. i mean in the output screen , i need to get the multiple selection screen for that field. in that i should be able to select multiple values, or single values or range of values.
eg: if i take the field kunnr, i should be able to select the multiple kunnar values in the output screen.

How to create Form based on a table to display multiple record

Hello All,
Would somebody please tell me how to create a Form based on a single table ,
to view and insert multi record based on a single table.In other words I would like
to have a form as shown below ,where the users can Insert,update,delete,query and so on

I know I can do it as Single Record block using Tabular Format,but multiple record ?????

Try this method,
1. Creat a Master Detail Form (Custom Layout and not tabular)
and in the master block select one field.
2. In the HTML layout for master remove the reference for
that field(so that nothing will appear in the master block
of the form).
3. Before the update (in the Pl/SQL event handler select the 'Save' event and write the following code to avoid updating master block).
p_session.set_value(p_block_name => 'MASTER_BLOCK',
p_attribute_name => 'MASTER_ACTION',
p_value => 'None');

For eg, let's say
Master is from 'Dept' table and Detail is from 'Emp' table(with join condition Dept.dept_id = Emp.dept_id). In the master remove everything except dept_id field and in the HTML layout for master remove the reference of the dept_id field(you cannot remove this field physically from the master layout). Now the form will look like multirow form rather than master detail form but only problem with this workaround is 'Detail Action' will be present in the detail block.
