You can look in Settings > General > Usage > Storage > Manage Storage. That list will tell you what is taking up the most amount of space. Obvious culprits are photos and video. But games and magazine subscriptions are also very large.
What you delete first depends on what you use your iPhone for. What is your priority? In any case, that list will at least help you see what takes up the most space and decide what should go first.

Creating more storage space

I've loaded my main drive and my external storage with video projects. How do I delete the video I have to make room for new video? I've done it in the past by sending projects to the 'trash' and emptying the 'trash.' But I'm ending up with only 103 minutes of available storage. Before I had ten times that amount. What am I missing? Thanks for whatever help you can give.

Normally the thing that takes up the most drive space is your captured video files. They are stored on the drive you selected for Capture Scratch in FCP Preferences. The same is true for audio and video render files which can also take up some drive space.
Trashing project files will not save you any space. It just means you've thrown out a whole bunch of work as you will never be able to open that project again. (auto-saves aside)
Whether or not you want to delete your captured files all depends on finished you are with the project. Once you trash a Capture Scratch folder, it's gone and that specific project footage will have to be reacquired if you ever need to re-visit the project.
You really need to crack open the manual and do some reading about how and where FCP stores your files if you want to make intelligent choices in this regard.

I has problem to create more than one rectangle canvas from one button. here my role to create :
1. I create input size with textfield
2. I click button called "submit query"
3. My web will create a rectangle with specific size.
My problem come when I click again the button, my old rectangle has been remove than my new rectangle has created.
My question is : how I can create more than one without delete/remove the old I was created?

HOw can I delete apps to create more storage or delete videos or photos from iphone. I have deleted some from my Mac desk top already. They should be deleting on all devices,right. PLEASE ADVISE ASAP

If you're talking about backing up to iCloud, deleting Apps is almost irrelevant. Apps aren't backed up to iCloud. App Data is, but that's usually a small amount. Plus, you can control what gets backed up to iCloud. Go to Settings > iCloud > Storage & Backup > Manage Storage > This Device. Then, turn off whatever data you don't want backed up to iCloud. Usually, Photos & Videos take up the most space.
You can turn that off, and simply import your Photos & Videos to your computer for safekeeping.
Also, you can increase your iCloud storage from the free 5GB to +10 GB ($20/year), +20 GB ($40/year) or +50 GB GB ($100/year).

Welcome to the Apple community.
When you delete the account from your device, you will be given the opportunity to save Safari data, reminders, calendars and contacts to your device, which you can later merge with the other account once you login.
You won't be able to save your photo stream photos in the same way, so if you have any photo stream photos that are not already in your camera roll, you should move them there before you delete your account.
Your iWork documents can be saved to iTunes on your device, but if you have them on a Mac they would be much easier to save to your desktop there. You can move them back after you switch.
Notes can be shared to messages or mail and copy and pasted back after the switch. Although if you have a Mac, you may find it easier to do there. You could also use a temporary secondary account (see last item) to log into both accounts and copy and paste directly into your other account.
You can set up Mail forwarding at iCloud.com mail preferences (little gear icon-bottom left) to receive mail from your old address to your new one.
As an alternative to just switching, you might consider switching and adding your previous account back as a secondary account at settings > mail, contacts, calendars. You would still need to move your photos and iWork documents and save your safari data, but you'd have access to your old mail, contacts, calendars, reminders and notes.

Thank you all for the help. I truly apreciate it. I have since reset my ipad for the second time by myself and it is ok now. I have a different problem at this time. My photo stream on icloud is greyed out and there are no backups for my photos. My camera roll and my photostream are both on my ipad, but don't show up in my set of folders on my device when trying to download or copy to my pc. It used to before I reset the ipad. I now have an iphone 4s, and hope to save up for a mac for artwork, but the response I recieved from apple tech is making me think twice. I asked either about the outlook mail dilemma or the photosteam problem, whichever it was I was asked if it was on the ipad or the pc that it was greyed out and I said on the pc and they hung up. I didn't get the chance to tell them that it was greyed out in icloud also. I solved the mail dilemma by using microsoft skydrive, since outlook is not used with windows 7, that solved the contacts, mail, reminders, calendars and notes. I had to figure that out by myself. Unfortunately without beingf able to browse my ipad's folders freely, I can't do anything about the photos. How do I get icloud to save my stream if it doesn't see it? I don't know of anyone with a mac, or I would see if their machine would see the folder. I'm thinking maybe I missed something in setting up. I have a bunch of folders that show that are imported folders, but there are a lot of them, some with only one picture in them. That's not what I would have done if I put in folders, but i am coming from being a total MS pc person to trying to work with apple. Things don't work the same and I'm trying to learn. Are you connecting to a different iTunes library than you normally connect to? That will erase the songs and playlists since the iPhone can't be connected to multiple libraries even if it is in manual sync mode.
If you no longer have access to the original library that your iPhone calls 'home', then the only way to save the playlist (and the songs on your iPhone) would be to use a 3rd party application to extract your iPhone contents to this new iTunes library you're trying to connect to.

Right now, there is no way to upload and access photos in iCloud. You need to import them to a computer if you want to be able to retrieve them later:

Check for 'others' in iTunes against your iPhone.
Restore from a previous backup to reclaim some of it.
Still want more, Restore in iTunes, setup as New.

In Our system we are getting this dump

and because of it no user is able to login into the system.
We have Some classes in the system and we have defined shared memories to all classes according to regions.
So for a particular class means users of a region are not able to logon to systems and we are getting these dumps in the system.
So please suggest first how to clear the shared memory & how to conclude what activity in system made the shared memory full.

Back your photos up somewhere. E-mail them somewhere, upload them to dropbox, back them up somewhere. If you delete them they're gone. Also iOS8 drastically alters how photostream and the such works, so read up and back up your photos or you may lose them.
If you're short on space on your ipad, try doing the upgrade via iTunes and your computer. Then your computer supplies that expansion room and you wont' need to delete stuff off the iPad.
