How to create new audio tracks as stereo by default?

Is this possible?
For some reason all my audio tracks by default are mono.
Would save time if they were stereo.

Open the New Tracks Window and select the Audio Track. When you open the "Details" disclosure triangle, you will see the Input and Output settings for the new Audio Track. Select Stereo and Logic remembers that settings as a default for any newly created Audio Track from now on.

Apple ProRes 422 32-bit Stereo Audio Creates New Audio Track

I imported some Apple ProRes 422 files into Premiere Pro CS5.5 in my Mac, using all the correct ProRes Sequence Settings. But the audio creates a new Audio Track 5 and cannot be moved to any of the first 4 audio tracks. Why?

That single speaker icon is telling you that it is a 1-channel Track, so a 2-channel, or 6-channel (5.1) Clip will not go there - only a 1-channel Clip.
One can set up their Default Sequence with any number of each type of Audio Track, and any number of Video Tracks. My guess is that your Default Sequence is set for 4 1-channel Audio Tracks.

Note: PrPro CS 6 changed how Audio Tracks and channel-count are handled, but PrPro CS 5.5 still used the old method.

A new user created in OCS has only one default folder(Inbox).
I want to create new user with customized default folder.
for example:
a new user has more than one default folder(Inbox,Outbox,Draft,Dustbin...)
And also I want to automaticly enable the functions:
When sending messages, place a copy in Outbox
Keep message drafts in Draft
Move deleted messages to Dustbin

The same reason that Apple and 3rd Party vendors put multi-size templates in one file I expect. I am trying to construct an in-house standard template for use in our company, and it is easier to manage if there is only one file to send to people rather than many - both initially and for subsequent edits / updates to the template.
Of course it would be possible to create several templates (one for each size). But since it is clear that templates can be combined, it appears sensible to do this - unless the doing of it is horridly complicated

Problem creating an audio track

I know this should be simple, but I'm stuck on something really simple...
I've got a project with six audio tracks. If I create a new audio track, it's somehow "connected" to the sixth track. For instance, if I change the volume (or other automation), both change simultaneously.
What am I missing? How do I tell Logic that I want a new track?

Thanks for the response. I had tried changing the channel for the new track (from 6 -> 7) but found that both tracks changed. I couldn't figure out how to make one on Ch6 and one on Ch7.
I stumbled upon a way to do this by opening the audio mixer and dragging the channel I wanted onto the audio object in the arrange window.
Is there a better way? I looked through the documentation, but it only seemed to refer to the "channel" option in the track properties...

How to create and view tracks

I am just getting my feet wet in LP8 and have a couple simple questions:
1.How do you get the create track dialog box to open up? (this opens automatically when you start a new project but I cant seem to find where you open it later on). I know I can drag in a new region and a new audio track automatically appears.
2. How do you get Auxillary (bus) tracks to show up in the arrange window? I was able to get one to show up after I had recorded some automation to it but I would like to have them there all the time.

on top of the tracks header, just to the right of the Global Tracks button is a + sign, click it to open new tracks menu
to get a bus or aux track to your mixer, select the track(s) in your mixer and in the option menu of the mixer select "create arrange tracks...." or you can hold down your control key and select the track and select create arrange track

How to combine Razored Audio Tracks?

Hi, I just razored up a big track into chunks to move around..
Now how exactly do I mold them together so I can export to Soundbooth to DeNoise?
Or I guess I should have done that in the beginning huh?

I use Craig's method, and then just Import the adjusted WAV into PrPro, placing it on a new Audio Track, even if I have to create one. Then, I just Mute the original Audio Track with the Razored Clips, or Delete them. I'll usually leave them Muted, just in case.

I can't create new auxiliary track in logic pro
my way is.....in mixer window .... Option>>Create new auxiliary channel strip
or I click at + in mixer window
I have only one aux track although I added aux track number...as 2 or 5 or how many i want....
It still appeared only old one of aux track.
In my previous project, I could create many aux track BUT in my present or next project I can't create it....I don't know why.
I don't know did I pressed any botton or not... and made this problem.

This should be easy...trying to create more than the eight audio tracks I created with the Logic Set Up Assist. I can't seem to make anything but another identical track to what ever track is currently selected. Do I need to change the set up assistant to create more than the eight audio tracks? ok I used the set up assist again and was able to create 34 audio object tracks. still wondering if more audio tracks can be made after the fact of using the assistant. trying to create a template but just in case I don't want to be limited by a certain # of audio tracks. In my previous post I had mentioned that when I go to create a new audio track it somehow seems to mimic a previously created track...any help appreciated!

Can't add a new audio track without any settings

Can anyone tell me were faced with the same problem. Doing audio post production in Logic Pro X, the latest version, the project is big, At some stage the work I was faced with the fact that you can't add a new audio track without any settings, no matter what inserts I track with duplicate settings of one of the tracks and it begins to sound with this track. I don't add a new audio track with duplicate settings. I add a new one, and I still opens the track with some sort of settings. What is it? This is a glitch or I'm somewhere that we have not considered? Duplicates the configuration of one of the tracks collected in group 1, which I did for editing convenience. Duplicates and also automation and if the new track am I doing something then this machine is transferred to the existing track from this group.

Everything works in full 'Logic Pro X' mode. It's just a glitch in my project. The problem while you decide this: I insert a new track and it reset and set the output.

class, I have retreived the xml content in the meta_data object, after that i have converted into character array and this will be sends to SAX

          1. i may create new row on the grid (empty row inwhich i may enter the data).
          2. i may delete a existing row in the grid

then i have to trace the modification in the grid in one internal table...

I ve created txt file in notepad and saved it as dat file. tried to load that data thru Enterprise manager. used load data from User files everything went well and job was showing suceeded but dont know why that data is not showing in the table. i ve tried it now for three four times. used right table and pathe but dont know. has anybody got idea why that ll be?
