How to create open wifi under domain.

If you want the users to have access to the corporate network/domain they need to be on the same network or have routes between the network allowing access.
If you want the domain to authenticate the users for WiFi access, you need to enable 802.11x authentication between the access points and assuming Windows, Network Policy Server.

Hello all,
I want to create an open WiFi in my office, for mobile. But as the whole network is under domain. So if i connect to the network by WiFi, it getting connected, but as the mobile is not an domain user,it not getting the internet from office WiFi. how to solve the problem & connect my mobile to office wifi

  • How to create open sales order using BAPI....?

    Hi Guru's,
please help me how to create open sales order and which BAPI i have to use for open sales order.
please provide any program logic related to this or step by step process.....
that would be helpful to me.
    thanks in advance...
    Srinivas....

    Hi sreenu,
Open PO or Open sales order means that the complete cycle is not complete. That means the Sales order is not completely delievered or is not billed or is not paid for. Only once the cycle is completed the order status shows as complete untill then its Open.
You can use VA05 to find open sales orders.
Similarlry open PO's are those PO's whos inbound delivery is not complete or whos goods receipt is not complete and whos payment is not done to the vendor
U cannot directly find the open PO and open SO from any table.
That u have to calculate from the status of the PO and SO and then check wheteher that is complete or not.
U have table VBUP for SO status.Check out the fields in that table
    pls see the below link.

  • How to Create an iView under Home in Standard User Role

    Hi,
Can anybody guide me how to create an iView under Home which access the content available from Windows Share folders on a non SAP system.
Its not URL iView , I wanna create an iView to access the content from a windows system (
    share)
    Thanks

You have to create a File System Repository Manager under System Admin -> KM Admin. You can access any Windows Shared drive through that File System Repository manager. The shared folder would be displayed in your portal like a KM folder. You can easily create a KM Navigation iView (from template) over that folder and achieve your goal.
Please see <a href="http://help.sap.com/saphelp_nw04/helpdata/en/e3/92322ab24e11d5993800508b6b8b11/content.htm">THIS</a> for the complete documentation on how to do this step by step.

  • How to create Trust between two domain

How to create Trust between two domain:
    please help

    Hi,
By default, two-way, transitive trusts are automatically created when a new domain is added to a domain tree or forest root domain using the Active Directory Installation
Wizard. The two default trust types are defined in the following table. However there have others many types of the AD trust, please refer the following KB to determine which type you need:

How to do that?It is not clear from your question which domain you want to re-create. The WebLogic server that is installed along with the JDeveloper installation can run in either integrated mode - each time you run or debug your application in JDeveloper, or in standalone mode - in this case you start the server outside of JDeveloper and deploy onto it.
_1. For the integrated domain:_ One way to force JDeveloper to re-create the integrated WLS domain is by removing or re-defining the JDeveloper user directory. The location of the user directory is accesed via the JDEV_USER_DIR environment variable.
_2. For the standalone domain:_ You will need to run the WebLogic domain configuration wizard. It is called config.cmd (Windows installation) or config.sh (for Linux) and can be found in the wlserver_10.3\common\bin directory under the JDeveloper installation directory (MiddlewareHome).

  • Probably broken initrd, how to create one anew under Arch

    Hi again,
I managed to install Arch on my USB flash drive which I partitioned /dev/sdb1 to be /boot,
/dev/sdb2 = PV of vgarch with one lv_root and one lv_var, and swap as /dev/sdb5 (first  partition in extended part.)
The FTP install went fine after I had mounted /boot and the LVs / and /var.
I also successfully ran the setup afterwards, editing each config file, even those where I didn't apply any modifications.
Finally, I installed grub in the MBR of the USB drive, viz. /dev/sdb.
When asked during the configuration what modules I would require during boot
I confirmed LVM, RAID and included dm-mod manually in the MODULES array.
Nevertheless, the initial RAM disk must have been created incorrectly.
Because when I boot from the stick
the grub menu appears and when the default entry gets started I get the error message:
    Booting 'Arch Linux'
    root (hd1,0)
Filesystem type is ext2fs, partition type 0x83
    kernel /vmlinuz26 root=/dev/mapper/vgarch-lv_root ro
    Error 15: File not found
    Press any key to continue...
I know that something must have gone wrong while createing the initrd file.
Sorry, right now I cannot even mount my USB stick in the running Xubuntu from where I write this posting.
The reason is pretty daft, as I was too unwary.
Being used to the RHEL/CentOS initrd image files (where absolute path names are stripped)
I instantly did the following mess and buggered up my running Linux.
    # mkdir /tmp/arch
    # cd /tmp/arch
    # gzip -dc /media/disk/kernel26.img | cpio -di
Ouch, this overrode many important binaries
I should have first piped it into
    ... | cpio -ti | less
    or at least
    ... | cpio -di --no-absolute-filenames
    Did I mention that I haven't made a backup
Never mind, this is a surf only installation anyway which I quickly can replace.
After having extracted the cpio image with stripped absolute paths I looked at the init script.
On RHEL/CentOS there is the mkinitrd script to recreate the initial RAM disk more easily
    than from scratch.
    Exists something similar under Arch?

    MKINITCPIO(5)                             MKINITCPIO(5)
    NAME
mkinitcpio - Create an initial ramdisk environment
    SYNOPSIS
           mkinitcpio [OPTIONS]
    DESCRIPTION
Creates an initial ramdisk environment for booting the linux kernel.
The initial ramdisk is in essence a very small environment (early
userspace) which loads various kernel modules and sets up necessary
things before handing over control to init. This makes it possible to
have, for example, encrypted root filesystems and root filesystems on a
software RAID array. mkinitcpio allows for easy extension with custom
hooks, has autodetection at runtime, and many other features.
    OPTIONS
           -c config
Use config file to generate the ramdisk. Default:
           /etc/mkinitcpio.conf
           -k kernelversion
Use kernelversion. Default is the current running kernel.
           -s filelist
Saves a list of all the files in the initial ramdisk in filelist.
Default: no; This means the filelist will not be retained if this
option isn´t specified. Useful for debugging purposes.
           -b basedir
Use basedir as a starting point for gathering information about the
           currently running system. Default: /.
           -g filename
Generate a CPIO image as filename. Default: no; this means nothing
will be written to the filesystem unless this option is specified.
           -a filelist
Append to an existing filelist. Default no.
           -p preset
Build initial ramdisk according to specified preset. Presets are
           found in /etc/mkinitcpio.d
           -m message
Print message before passing control to kinit.
           -S hooks
Skip hooks when generating the image. Several hooks should be
           comma-separated.
           -v
Verbose output. Outputs more information about what´s happening
           during creation of the ramdisk.
           -M
Display modules found via autodetection. mkinitcpio will
automatically try to determine which kernel modules are needed to
start your computer. This option lists which modules were detected.
           -L
           List all available hooks.
           -H hookname
           Output help for hookname hookname
           -h
Output a short overview of available command-line switches.
    ABOUT HOOKS
A hook is a script that executes in the initial ramdisk. The order and
which scripts are executed is found in the HOOKS=() array in the
mkinitcpio configuration file. A hook will, for example, set up the
udev device filesystem, load IDE modules, etc...
    ABOUT PRESETS
A preset is a pre-defined definition on how to create an initial
ramdisk. Instead of specifying the configuration file and which output
file, every time you generate a new intial ramdisk, you define a preset
and use the -p switch to generate an initial ramdisk according to your
preset. Presets are located in /etc/mkinitcpio.d
    FILES
           /etc/mkinitcpio.conf
           Default configuration file for mkinitcpio.
           /etc/mkinitcpio.d
           Folder containing mkinitcpio presets.
           /lib/initcpio
Files related to creating an initial ramdisk.
    EXAMPLES
           mkinitcpio
Perform a dry-run. This will generate an initial ramdisk but will
not write anything. Use -g to create the real image.
           mkinitcpio -p kernel26
Create an initial ramdisk based on the kernel26 preset.

  • How to create user for a Domain

    Hi
How we can create a User and assign him to a particular domain?
    Thanks
    BS

    Hi,
could you explain more exactly what you want to do? Remember that there is no out of the box way to create a "read only" user or to do "audit" based on a user id.
You edit the users in the EM console in the following path:
    Cluster Topology > Application Server: soa.xxx > OC4J: oc4j_soa > Security Providers > Instance Level Security > Users / Groups
Se my post regaring how to create a permission group for a "custom" domain:

  • How to create a folder under BEA Repository through code

    Hi All,
We are trying to create a folder under the BEA Repository through Java code. Could you please post the right API for it.
We have tried the InodeManger class and its addNode method, which is good for creating any content, but we are trying to create the folder itself from the code.
    Thanks
    Veera

    Hi Veera,
You're on the right track. The INodeManager.addNode method is the way to go. You just need to specify an object class name of a folder object class. Out of the box there's one, and this is configurable for your given repository's configuration. Once you add nodes of this type they'll be badged as folders in the portal admin tools.

  • How to create an empty WLS domain in v7.0.2?

    Hello All,

I'm not sure what you are doing.
You should be doing something like this:
    D:\70domains\test>set CLASSPATH=D:\wls702\weblogic700\server\lib\weblogic.
    jar
    D:\70domains\test>java weblogic.Server

Enter username to boot WebLogic server:
    You should see that.
No need to set WLS_HOME. No need to copy the weblogic.jar. Just point the
CLASSPATH to the weblogic.jar of where you installed WLS.

Also.. Here are the details of BPEL create domain screen..
    Create New BPEL Domain
BPEL Domain is a logical grouping of processes, instances and activities. A domain may be accessed either by the domain or administrative password.
    Domain Id: <<Nattest>>
Each domain requires access to a JDBC datasource to store instances and activities. Tx Datasource JNDI must refer to a datasource with JTA support. Datasource JNDI may refer to any datasource (JTA not required).
    Datasource JNDI: <<<<JUST took default..>>>
Tx Datasource JNDI: <<JUST took default>>>

I've seen this if the database is down or in a funky state. Try shutting down BPEL, and restart the database, then bring BPEL back up. If you're using Oracle Lite just use the "Stop SOA Suite" GUI from the Start Menu.

  • How to create a wifi network between Mac and iPhone

    Hi there,
I have just wired Internet at my house, and i would like to create a network with the wifi of the mac, to connect my iPhone to the Internet.
    Is that possible?
i have tried to do, I've created a network, encrypted it, the iPhone recognize it, but when i try to use safari, the following message appears.
"safari can`t open the page because it can't find the server"
So, is that possible and i am doing something wrong, or it isn't possible?
    thx in advantage

This is a possibility. But please be aware using your Mac to emit a WiFi connection is a temporary solution. And it will get a short range unlike an actual WiFi Router. Also you may find it to be unstable at times. The Airport Card in your Mac was not designed to be a full time Router WiFi emitter. But more of a receiver to get the signal and use it for personal use.
    1. Unlock the network on your Mac make it an open network
    2. Go to your iPhone, Settings-Wireless-Tap on blue circle next to network name, Choose Forget network
    3. Now go back, It will rescan and find an open network, Connect, and see if Safari works
If Safari works, Then you had a Security issue. Try using WEP 128 bit 13 character passkey or WEP 8 Character Passkey.
    Cheers and best of luck
