You need to go to link https://websmp202.sap-ag.de/support. Here you need to enter credentials without which you cannot proceed further. And after entering to this site, you need to create OSS notes according to it's Priority.

1. go to service.sap.com
2. Click SAP Support Portal
3. you can see Help & Support tab (after HOME)
4. click that
5. In that tab you can see Report a Product Error
If you have suitable rights you can post your OSS message from here.

Hi Afi,
If you are looking for creating an oss message with SAP follow the path
http://service.sap.com/notes --> Report a Product Error --> select your system --> Enter the search term ( related to your issue) and componenet ( if its basis BC , change management BC-CTC , if its for solution manager use SV-SMG or the sub component )
Now it will show the related oss notes and if that notes are not helpful you can create a message with SAP by clicking create message.

You can do this by creating a message at the logon screen

SM02 is used to send system messages like prior a system downtime or a scheduled maintainance, etc.

Hi GN,
You have different options to create messages in test component SV-SMG-SUP-TST:
1. if you are on 7.1 you can create message using CRM_UI
2. If you are using lower vrsion then either you can create message using Workcenter or using transaction NOTIF_CREATE or using menu --> Help --> Create support message.

You can't create OSS notes. SAP already provides them.
Only thing is you have to see them and change/modify your programs as per tthe corrections mentioned in them.Again you should have a User id and Password to view them.You can view them through --search notes..

I have a question: how to forward support messages to SAP at non-working time automatically?
Details:
when a support message is created at working time it shouldn't leave my system, but when
a support message is created at non working time, for example, on saturday night it should be sent to SAP automatically. Where in the system I can find the options to customize it to provide these requirements?

Hi ,
To create OM infotype:
1. Go to SE11 and create a structure HRI9XXX (9XXX --> name of the infotype). Add the required fields to this structure and save and activate. then come out of it.
2. Go to PPCI and enter Infotype number (9XXX) and description.
3. Click create.
4. In the infotype category select details for the infotype.
5. Click create button. It should create the infotype.
6. Click on Check. A window with menu will open.
7. In that window navigate to Table Entries.
8. Under table Entries, select T777I and click on change.
9. It opens SM30. Click on Maintain.
10. Select the infotype and add information for "Time Constraint" and "Infotype Per Object Type".
11. Save.
12. Go back to check menu, see if all entries exist. Do not worry last 5 table entries. And you are done

Please follow below steps
(1)Create a class name
SBDSV1 (TRANSACTION) --> New Entries --> Class name (SOME NAME) --> Class type (OT).
2)After entering the above details and saving, the fields Class object name fields   will be blank, make entries as shown below .
1)     Class : BDS_LOC1
2)     Class : BDS_POC1
3)     Class : BDS_REC1
4)     Object name : BDS_CONN00
3)- Now next time logging in to OAOR you can directly refer to this Class name.
4)1)     Go to transaction OAOR, give the class name created.
   2)     Give class type as OT
   3)     Give some name in object key its like sub folder
5) a) Click on create drag down standard doc types will get no. of option chose one
    b) double click on the class name in this new screen.
    c)in the below screen are, you have tabs for details,documentinfo,keywords,create, click on create TAB,
   d)By double clicking on screen you can browse the folder where image is located and select it
   e)Once the image is selected it will be stored in the folder that is created with object key
6) now double click on the image you uploaded & in below screen area select the Details tab, you will get object id,use this object id & code as below
7)form FILL_EVENTS .
